If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. They do not honor their price drop promises, if you book with one agent they will duck your calls and pass you around. I had a horrible experience with the actual vacation package as well. I don't recommend anyone use RedTag for future travel plans. They are a joke! Use a reputable, well-funded agency instead.

Just bad. They are friendly only in taking your money. Other than that, their true colors are revealed once you make a legitimate request. I do not recommend this agency and hope you give your money to a company that appreciates your business

My husband and I want to make special mention to Red Tag regarding the outstanding customer service by Tamela Benett. We were initially referred to her by a close friend and they were not kidding when they said she has incredible customer service skills and patience.

We are officially booked for our Honeymoon! What an excellent way to begin our preparations from the start!

I think its important for company like Redtag to let the customers know if you can not take high volume of even take a phone call at all before they invest their time in waiting for your customer service to pick up. This is toally unacceptable. I will never book with this company again. First and last. This was an extremely important call. The wait was way beyond 1hr 30min. I got no reply.. btw.

Read disclaimers super carefully. I had Worst experience ever. Redtag left me hanging with overpayment over $120 blaming on cruise line. Thankfully credit card company could help with chargeback and crediting me all my money back.

Very bad experience with booking. Didn't get what I paid for. Called several times to resolve the issue but no luck. I didn't get airfare tickets and seats what I paid for also room was completely different. This was really terrible experience. Next time I am choosing travel agent for sure.

The worse customer service ever experienced, very rude over the phone!!! The call center manager Brian should be coached and take a course on customer service. The so called "price drop assurance" is a joke, save yourself don't ever book from Red Tag, unless u want to find out the trip you booked ended up $300 less the next day and no price matching can be provided.

Last year I booked with Redtag and service was great. I called them when I had questions and they returned my calls. This year it was horrible. I booked my reservation in between meetings at work I had full confidence that they would take care of my booking without any issues and if anything I can just call them back. But that was not the case this year. Once my meetings were done I called and sent several emails because I was worried about a few things and I wanted to confirm. They never called me back and did not respond to any of my emails. So disappointing. I will never book with them again. Being ignored after spending all this money is not a nice feeling. Very disappointing.

Our customer agent was Paul. From the first greetings to a cordial goodbye and thank you, Paul was very helpful in booking our trip to Cuba. He provided insight as to our options after hearing what we were looking for in a trip. Also, the personal reflections of his experiences and tips when travelling to Cuba were very helpful and much appreciated.

We will be using Redtag.ca again and specifically asking for Paul because of this great experience.

Booked our trip to Riveria Maya, Mexico with Dawna and she was fantastic! She was polite, informative, and patient. Overall a delight to deal with. When we needed to change our reservation she made it seamless. I will continue to book my vacations through Reg Tag with Dawna moving forward.

Today I called red tag and explained to the manage...

Today I called red tag and explained to the manager that my friend I was going on my trip with got into a very horrible car accident where she could have almost died and had to have emergency surgery the day after we were scheduled to leave for our trip. All I wanted was to change the date of our trip for when she was out of her cast I didn't want our money back, I was willing to pay any extra fees and I clearly stated that. She responded very rudely and said it wasn't going to happen. I then stated what would have happened if she would have passed away. She then said they still wouldn't do anything and that they've had people call about people who have passed away and she still said they did nothing to help them. She then goes and says that that's why they recommend to people to buy the cancelation insurance. I told her that my father was told by someone there that the only way you can cancel a trip for any reason was if it was 14 days before departure and this happened 4 days before we leave so even if I had the insurance it still would not have done anything. She then states that my father didn't understand them or they're representative must have misunderstood what my father was asking. I then said the cancelation issuance was pretty expensive and from the way my father was told it wouldn't have helped anyways. She then stated that if I couldn't afford insurance I shouldn't be traveling at all. I asked again if there was anything she could do and she tried to pass the buck onto SunWing(who I was flying with) and talk to them. I told her I tried to call them already and they said to deal with you. She then stated again she wasn't going to do anything to help me. She wouldn't tell me her name and at that point I was so frustrated and upset that she wasn't willing to help me under the circumstances and with the fact I didn't want my money back I just wanted to simple change the date that I hung up the phone.
This is my first time ever traveling and let me tell you with the amount of disrespect this lady showed to me she most definitely made the entire situation much more worse.
I will NEVER be dealing with red tag ever again and I will make sure no one I know ever works with them again because they are just a bunch of scammers

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS. They will lie to sell you anything. I booked in a resort and asked the representative specifically if it was a 5 star resort. She did confirm it was a resort , so therefore i went ahead and booked with her. After booking the reservation when i checked online on google, it showed the resort as a hotel and only as a 3 star property. I called Sunwing to double confirm and they did mention the same thing that it is a hotel not a resort. Now i am stuck with a 3 star hotel that i never intended on booking and these guys wants me to buy insurance for everyone to change it to an another resort. Sunwing said they would have changed us to an another resort if the booking was made directly with them. I would recommend directly to book with tour operator rather than these scam artists.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If I could give ZERO stars ...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I booked my flight online last night, got an email confirmation with a confirmation #. Then this morning they send me an email saying that the booking was not confirmed and payment by credit card to Philippines, India and Africa is not acceptable and to pay by email transfer instead. OBVIOUSLY I WOULD NOT DO THAT because it sounds like a scam. I ignored the email, then I noticed I missed a call from them. I called them back and they said the email was correct, and CC payments are no accepted for any of those destinations, and that your booking is not actually confirmed until the tickets are sent. (Fine I get that it's in the terms of condtions, that no one actually reads...but a travel agency that won't accept Visa as a method of payment?!) What a joke. Never again. Will have to scramble to find a more professional agency that knows how to properly run a business. I highly DO NOT recommend booking with redtag or itravel2000 as they are the same company. Disgusting customer service. No managers or supervisors available to voice your opinion too either.

Be careful iPad app. It is misleading price. I have booked 7 days cuba package using iPad for my in-laws. Price was around 1500$ per person. But invoice price is 1829 per person. Called customer care, but nothing was done. Used redtag 3 times in the past but this is the last time. So disappointed.

Warning with this company, I tried to book a flight, but guess what, they have sent me an email that my method payment has to be different way, that I have to do it asap in order to save my reservation, so I have sent them a e-Transfer right away, well I received another email from them that the price has changed and now I need to do an extra payment to keep my reservation. They think that they are smart and we are stupid...

I specifically booked through Red Tag over Expedia...

I specifically booked through Red Tag over Expedia or iTravel2000 to take advantage of their Price Drop Guarantee. Sounds appealing enough, no? 'If the price of the vacation you purchased drops, we'll credit you the difference'
Well I'll the the one to expose that there are several steps involved that you are not made aware of to submit a claim, and they'll reject your submission even if you attach proof that the price was quoted at $XX on a particular day, and then they refuse to allow you to re-do the claims submission! Also, they hardly make it clear that there's a $50/pp charge to even submit a price drop claim, so you're only getting the delta after the admin fee. They're scam artists, don't waste your time.

Scam scam.

Scam scam.
I saw a ticket online. When I click to book it the price went up $100. I called them they said we don t have any reason. If you want to book it then you have to pay $100 extra.
They booked it for me and i find out that my connection is in 2 different airport around 1 hour trip between them.
It cost me over $70US to take a taxi. I am still at the taxi now. I don t think I ll make it.

Sometimes booking a last minute vacation can be stressful and when I contacted agent about joining a group vacation well I was so happy that Jasmine R. Was so helpful. Jasmine was very understanding and always returned my emails. I would recommend her and happy to say I was able to book trip with her help. Thank you Jasmine! We can't wait for our trip.

I decided to book a father daughter trip as a graduation gift for my daughter, she wanted Caribbean but I don t have much experience with booking all-inclusives there plus the reviews are quire confusing. I spoke with several travel agents, one in person, but wasn t get the information and guidance I hoped for. I found the Redtag.ca website and over the course of a few weeks spokes with a couple TA s all of whom were quite helpful. I had the good fortune of eventually contacting Teagan at Redtag who was simply exemplary. She provided me with a wealth of information helping me to determine location and specific resorts that fit our criteria. She also provided an awesome website with verified Canadian reviews that helped cement our decision. Redtag pricing was equal to or some cases much better than any other site I searched. During the booking process Teagan proved herself to be very knowledgeable helping us set room requests and reviewed all the insurance options with us. We are booked and excited for a wonderful vacation.

Redtag saved the day when their partner failed
I'm very happy with Redtag; in my experience they are a company with friendly and helpful staff, offering very reasonable package destinations, and who proved to be exceptional service providers when their partner company Hola Sun completely abandoned me and two other travellers without any sort of support or service in Santiago. Reena at Redtag answered my emails quickly and helpfully and did her best to get us answers Hola Sun should have been providing. I can't say enough about how appreciative I was. Even before arriving in Cuba, Redtag assisted with upgrading my hotel and changing my financing and seemed to genuinely care that I had a good experience. I'm happy to recommend them as a solid service based on this experience.
