WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If I could give ZERO stars ...
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I booked my flight online last night, got an email confirmation with a confirmation #. Then this morning they send me an email saying that the booking was not confirmed and payment by credit card to Philippines, India and Africa is not acceptable and to pay by email transfer instead. OBVIOUSLY I WOULD NOT DO THAT because it sounds like a scam. I ignored the email, then I noticed I missed a call from them. I called them back and they said the email was correct, and CC payments are no accepted for any of those destinations, and that your booking is not actually confirmed until the tickets are sent. (Fine I get that it's in the terms of condtions, that no one actually reads...but a travel agency that won't accept Visa as a method of payment?!) What a joke. Never again. Will have to scramble to find a more professional agency that knows how to properly run a business. I highly DO NOT recommend booking with redtag or itravel2000 as they are the same company. Disgusting customer service. No managers or supervisors available to voice your opinion too either.
