Service not adequate to the overall level of the place.

Imagine the charm of the lagoon, the blue sea, the dunes of white sand mixed with that color of gold, the scent of the Mediterranean scrub, the silence. Imagine being able to admire from your finely furnished room, the sun rising directly from the sea and in the evening find the moon in its place that gently illuminates the hill. Imagine a rich and colorful breakfast and a dinner where every course and every bite is a delight for both the eyes and the palate ... imagine the kindness and courtesy of those who welcome you and pamper you for the period of your stay ... here ... this is the scenario I found at ChiaLagunaResort.

It is an excellent 5-star hotel, not far from the beaches which can also be reached by shuttle service or by the resort train. The sea is clear, the sand is golden. The bar / restaurant is just a few meters from the beach, but if you really don't want to get up from your sunbed, something to fill your stomach can be delivered right to the beach with the "PANINO GIUSTO" service. The hotel is in an excellent position, with a splendid view of the lagoon from the rooms reached by the scents of the Mediterranean scrub, they are spacious, bright, truly furnished with taste and attention to detail, and the equipped terraces are also beautiful. The cuisine is excellent, I highly recommend the restaurant "LA TERRAZZA" which guarantees a refined menu and a candlelit dinner on the terrace under the stars with a sea view! The staff are all very courteous and helpful and there is also entertainment both on the beach and in the resort; in the evening, after dinner, you can go for a drink or eat ice cream in Piazza Sardegna, where, in addition to a series of boutiques and shops, you can sit down to watch some shows or even just listen to some music. It is the ideal hotel for those who want to take a relaxing holiday.

top location, large and well-kept rooms. in the midst of luxury there is a relaxing atmosphere. excellent services including a diving center to fully enjoy the wonderful Sardinian sea. it is not by chance that it is among the destinations chosen by the VIPs, but the value for money makes it an accessible dream.

Splendid location, different from other tourist villages visited by me and my family in recent times. A place open to all, a mix of different cultures and languages. Perfect rooms, even in the three-star part. However, it is better to book a room near the pool and not too far from the beach so you don't have to walk too much every day. Very friendly staff, well-organized entertainment for the little ones and a beautiful adventure club especially during the period from 27/8/2016 until 27/9/2016. The animator is great!

Beautiful resort with all inclusive. Only downside is far from everything if you are up to do some tourism.

Although I did not stay in this magnificent structure, I wanted to review it for the farsightedness of the managers who opened the village square to the outside public allowing them to fully enjoy the international entertainment performances of the entertainment staff and sip a drink or eat an accompanied ice cream from the excellent piano bar music. A valid alternative for a summer evening for those staying overnight in the area and has already admired the beauty of the towns of Pula and Cagliari.

Prestigious report located a few meters from the beautiful sea of Chia. Different possibilities of choice in the various structures, swimming pool, restaurant and beach services above expectations. Cheaper prices than other competitors in southern Sardinia.

Wonderful facility and surrounded by fantastic beaches

The hotel area is located on a very beautiful beach and is beautifully embedded in the mountain. Of course you have a very nice view over the lagoon and the sea. There are free shuttles available and the drivers are all very nice. We did not use the service as we like to walk. The rooms have been updated. The pool was definitely nicer than expected. Since we had a car, we also traveled a few stretches of beach and there Sardinia has a lot to offer. Also, you should look at Cagliari, a very nice old town. Now to our points why we would not book Chia Baia again. The food was O.K. but not more. The choice would have for the prices in any case more. We as a vegetarian (which is no longer a rarity) had it a bit harder. The taste was too spicy despite the beautiful herb garden was also used by the cooks. But what I definitely found outrageous were, for example, the prices, we were in the area opposite us to get an ice cream, 2x2 balls = 10? If it had been the best ice cream I would have liked to spend it but in Pula we definitely had better food. There were still some points that bothered us. All in all, it was definitely not worth the price. From a certain price range you expect more.

Gorgeous resort 4.4. Has chilled vibe. Lovely pool. Fabulous beaches. Mostly friendly staff. Great food, healthy choices. Definately Would come back. Martini expensive though so be prepared costly bar, but minimarket close by. Great entertainment team offering exercise/ fun programmes often free.

Very well-kept resort, a stone's throw from the splendid sea of Chia. Inside 4 hotels of different levels. In the Laguna (5 *) the rooms are spacious, the services impeccable, and the restaurant excellent.

To the hotel: A beautiful area with a great atmosphere! But you definitely need a car to explore the island (if you want that) because the area is a bit far from the big cities. The food could be richer and the quality at the price level it would definitely be better !!! The breakfast is a total failure! Although we had booked half board, we preferred to eat the last few days. The prices in the hotel are incredibly high (1 small bottle of water 3.50 - in the restaurant for comparison 1 large bottle of water 2.00 !!!) A small cocktail at the show from 14.00, and the most violent: It In the hotel constantly photos of one made - without first the price to call unbelievable 15,00 per photo! Now for the two worst things: in the hotel with one exception no German spoken although it was in the description, and with English it is not much better. The hotel has 5 star and 4 star rooms - we felt like people 2nd class because we had booked only 4 stars (2/2 for 9000 )

Wonderful beach price x affordable umbrellas and deck chairs. The only flaw, you have to go a little way to use the services. But the beach is worth it.

My husband and I stayed the last week of June at the Lagoon Hotel ... everything perfect as always !!!! We have already been so many times 6/7 ... over the years.

A resort immersed in the unspoilt nature of the south-eastern coast dominated from above. The resort is located in Chia with a lot of possibilities and entertainment with pristine beaches and many services within walking distance ... through the bar you can have the sandwich service directly on the beach .... in the bar you can enjoy excellent aperitifs with friendly and qualified staff.

Very comfortable and really quiet, you really spend a moment of absolute relaxation.
The prices are just a little high otherwise it would easily be a fifth star for me but otherwise the establishment is really up to the task!

After a night left. Booked 8 nights. We had to search the 5 stars everywhere. We found at most 3 stars. For me, the 5 stars to cash. Our trip home does not itch the hotel, is charged full credit card. In every other 5 star hotel the manager would have personally asked, of course not here. That already says everything. How such a hotel is to come to 5 stars is beyond me. To mention single flaws does not mean anything, are too many. Never again...

Beautiful place, beautiful sea but extra costs preposterous prices out of the world (an aperitif 14,00) services including shoddy, non-functioning Wi-Fi, a restaurant with the usual food all night ........ in short, a 4 stars? but it seems to me ........

We had a nice stay in the resort. The staff is friendly, motivated and professional. The buffet was plentiful. Sardinian specialties, which we liked very much. Beautiful sandy beaches are a few hundred meters away. Shuttle bus.

The resort is huge (from a distance it looks like a small town) and well organized. There are various shops serving resort guests. To reach the sea there are trains that pass quite frequently. We eat quite well. There is an auditorium for shows and for companies that organize meetings at the facility.

A little corner of paradise that deserves respect to leave it for future generations. Show!!!!
