The worse customer service ever experienced, very rude over the phone!!! The call center manager Brian should be coached and take a course on customer service. The so called "price drop assurance" is a joke, save yourself don't ever book from Red Tag, unless u want to find out the trip you booked ended up $300 less the next day and no price matching can be provided.
