I think its important for company like Redtag to l...

I think its important for company like Redtag to let the customers know if you can not take high volume of even take a phone call at all before they invest their time in waiting for your customer service to pick up. This is toally unacceptable. I will never book with this company again. First and last. This was an extremely important call. The wait was way beyond 1hr 30min. I got no reply.. btw.
