Having previously bought expensive brands for sheepskin slippers I was really impressed with the quality of these slipper booties which are at least as good and very comfortable and about a third of the price. More practical and warm than the non-bootie style. Liked mine so much I ordered another pair for my daughter.
Most of the defective products and do not correspond to the description, they tell you that if you return they will refund your money, that is a LIE these scammers DID NOT REFUND ME all the money I paid for the shoe. I denounced and recommend that you do the same. DO NOT BUY ON REDFOOTO EITHER ON THE INTERNET OR IN THE STORE IT IS A BIG SCAM. I LOST MY MONEY, DON'T LOSE YOURS
Wow some impatient people on here giving reviews, no one seems to realise we are in the middle of a pandemic. My order was delayed over the Xmas period, received emails and texts confirming it would be delayed. Finally got them start of Jan. Absolutely amazing, cosy and comfy, and at a bargain price. Well worth the wait!! I will be back.

My order of 2 pairs of slippers arrived quickly & well packaged.
The items were very good quality but unfortunately I had to return both pairs as they were too big & I felt the smaller size wouldn t fit .. between sizes.
I read some very negative reviews stating dissatisfaction with the order & delivery process which was certainly not my experience.
I was understandably concerned whether a refund would be forthcoming especially as I was unable to make contact by phone.
I returned the item by tracked Royal Mail (expensive but I felt I needed the security of proof of delivery )& they were delivered the next day. Although my email correspondence was not returned the same day ,when I did receive a reply it was helpful & professional & I have now received my refund.
I would not be put off by the negative reviews & will certainly look at the website again.

Very disappointed too, indeed on the site Groupon, the shoes Redfoot appear of a very good quality leather and appearance. At the reception, very disappointed, plastic quality. It is not leather with a plastic shell on the front of the shoe. In short I will not recommend this brand.

Do NOT use this company. Their lack of customer service is awful - 3 emails and a DM On Instagram and no response. No contact has been made to me to explain where my order is - that was promised to be delivered before Christmas (I ve checked my junk emails and nothing there either) and rather than posting one post on your Facebook you should email your customers who have given you their money.
I wouldn t mind there being a delay with everything that has gone on this year but you should keep your customers properly informed.
I ordered some sheepskin slippers on line on Saturday 23rd of January and got an email yesterday that they had been dispatched and I received them today 26th of January. Very happy with my slippers and how quickly they arrived. Will definitely be using them again. Well impressed.

I've now been told that they won't arrive until after Christmas as they are stuck in a port, strange as their website claim they are made in the UK.
I paid for next day delivery, tracking says it's been delivered but still have not received anything, no delivery note, not with any neighbours, no news and no response from the emails I've sent. So disapointed. :(

I didn't see all the recent poor reviews until I made my purchase. Glad I didn't as it would have put me off. Whatever problems Redfoot had appear now to have been resolved as I had immediate delivery, slippers and shoes as ordered, and both seem good value - especially my dream sheepskin slippers!
My first ever Google review but had to in order to make others aware of how poor the service has been. Order 72036 placed 10/12/20 for a Christmas present. Received a text on 11/12 saying they'd be dispatched week commencing 14/12 "in time for Xmas". I emailed, 18/12 and 22/12 to chase, and 28/12 to cancel order. No response to any email, and phone lines not connecting calls or allow messages to be left. 4/1/21 I get an email to say my item has been shipped, so now I have to go to the cost and inconvenience to return to item for a refund, less the postage cost to ship to me. Port closures may be out of your control, but reading and responding to emails really aren't.
Edit - less than 2 hours to respond to this, yet no email response from over 2 weeks ago. Also, don't believe the emails were sent with updates as I, without doubt, did not receive any communication. As mentioned, port closures have zero impact on replying to emails. I'm not spending my time leading up to Christmas checking the social media of everyone I've bought from in case they think that's a reasonable way to deal with customer issues. Delivery won't be accepted as I expect a full refund.

After placing an order on the 5th December I contacted the company via Facebook. The first message they responded to me saying there was a delay with the shipment container and would I like to wait or have a refund. I replied asking when are they likely to ship and they blocked me!
I wasn't rude in the slightest and was purely enquiring as initially I wanted to go ahead with the order and I know these things can happen.
I read previously on their Facebook this happening to another customer so its clearly something they do on the regular.
So I emailed them about 4 days ago only to hear NOTHING. Absolutely appalled by their unprofessional manner.
Do not buy anything with this company for if you come across any issues you will not get a response or be treated correctly. I still haven't received a refund and can only hope that I will.

I am very angry!! Ordered two pairs of slippers 434158. Received an email on 22nd Dec stating shipment delayed. Emailed back immediately same day requesting them to cancel my order and make refund. Slippers turned up two days ago. Went to return but says I have to pay return postage. I DON'T THINK SO!! NOT MY MISTAKE!!. Have sent two emails and tried to phone several times. Not taking calls. I'ts a disgrace, not only did I have the stress of finding slippers for xmas gifts on 22nd Dec whilst shielding. I now have the stress of trying to converse with Redfoot. I placed an order on the redfootshoes website. Now to look forward to my one pair of shoes. 4 days go by and no shoes. I send an email and inquire where they are. The reply came to explain I had inputted the wrong address details. I bought them using the Pay Pal platform so I did not understand this excuse as every other company I had bought from using the same payment method had resulted in my items be delivered. Once I had mentioned this I had another reply that the person did not know this and thought I had written the wrong details.7 more days passed by and still no shoes. I emailed again, this time the reply mentioned a 40% refund due to the on going issue. I was then told next day delivery. Well 2 more days past by and I again emailed to find out the reply was that the shoes had been damaged in transit to my home. YOU COULD NOT MAKE IT UP. I thought at least I would receive my shoes before I go away on my up coming holiday. NO that was not the case. Rather than sort the issue out red foot shoes decided to refund the rest of the money and wash there hands completely. I sent another email and explained as this issue was not of my making surly you would compensate me by sending the shoes as a way of saying SORRY for all this. The reply has still not come. It seems that if they go silent then I will go away quietly and forget this ever happened. Actually I believe that both good service and BAD service should be shared around so every body knows what they could be in for should the same issues happen if they buy a pair of shoes. In my opinion, supplying a pair of shoes because if you think of it. Offering a 40% refund when I had waited many days was a given but when another issue happens i just get nothing. I run and own 3 businesses and if this ever happened to any of my customers I would do the right thing and give the customer the refund and send the shoes. I guess we are not all the same.

As already mentioned by others. Ordered Christmas presents which did not turn up. No actual way to speak to anyone at the company and emails ignored. Avoid these people like the plague. I emailed them twice to not send the slippers as they were no longer needed after Christmas and they still sent them then asked me to pay to send them back. It's crazy
I have bought the slippers and after few days the fur started to come off. They are really comfortable and looked so nice. I wrote to the company and didn't hear back. Wrote message on Instagram got ignored. Then commented on their posts on Instagram they removed the posts. It is definitely not right. I am so disappointed as in this current environment you'd think businesses would appreciate people's custom and care better. Shame really.
I never write reviews but I though I would help others AVOID this website. My order ( #75549 ) was placed and after a confirmation email and payment being taken from my account, there was no communication whatsoever. I wrote to enquire when I could expect it, and when there was no response for a whole week, tried the telephone number and it's not working! I then wrote to cancel the order and ask for a refund. Days have gone by without any acknowledgement or response.

This is one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had and I shall never use this company again. I placed an order online and paid by PayPal. I did not see anywhere to enter my address and assumed that they would pick up my address from PayPal as other companies do. My order was delivered to an address they say I entered and which I DID NOT ENTER. When I mentioned to Redfoot about the address they virtually called me a liar by claiming that I had put in the address when I didn t. The shoes were delivered to a garden centre. The garden centre they sent the order to returned the goods to Hermes. However. Redfoot have completely washed their hands of this and say since it was delivered, it Is no longer their problem. If I send them the return tracking number, which I don t have since I didn t make the return, they will refund my money, when they receive the order back. They also said that I should reorder the goods, which have now increased in price by 25% and does not include postage. So far numerous emails have been exchanged with Redfoot and so far I have got nowhere. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. EVER!

Don't waste your money absoloutely shocking customer service. My wife ordered some sheepskin slippers for an xmas present on 10/12/20 ORDER#71987. Its now 11/01/21 and haven't received a thing, no slippers, no message, no email. We emailed them on 21/12/20 to tell them we hadn't received anything and didn't get an answer. We have been calling the number on google and don't get an answer. I have just sent an email from my address hoping to get some kind of reply, to receive an automated email telling me to wait 2 days for an answer and all the things they won't/don't do..... They obviously have plenty of experience in customer complaints and returns/refunds to need all this inplace and nothing else.

Felt it was only fair to submit my honest review after reading the, what I'd say - unfair reviews, that I've read. My shoes (I've had for nearly a year now) are in really good shape, after wearing almost daily for nearly a year. They still look great, can't believe the cost - so cheap (I didn't expect them to be such good quality for the price!) I still get compliments on them (the blue suede and tan leather ones); I actually bought another pair a few after the first pair as I wanted to have another for when these eventually wear out. Which going by the current state, will be a while. 10 out of 10, honest review.

Having not heard anything, she tried calling the number in the Google listing, which seems to be permanently unavailable. She emailed on 5th January to check if the return had been received, but has not had a response. I messaged on Facebook yesterday and am writing this review for lack of another route to take!

These shoes are comfortable and have a true to size fit. Very nice colour and texture, easy to walk
around in with no rubbing or pinching, and unlike some shoes do not need breaking in. Downside they can be difficult to drive in, but that could just be me.

Only today have I managed to get hold of someone briefly via messenger, who have informed me that they don't have the item in stock. A horrible inconvenience given that it's a present for Christmas! Was asked to leave a review by Redfoot but have checked & it has not been published. I can only assume that as I highlighted I was unhappy with the slippers - they smelt fishy (maybe glue used?), they chose not to use it. The reviews are all strangely 4 or 5 stars & gush about how wonderful they are however it's clear from this site it's not true. Thought I would leave a review on Trustpilot instead but oddly Redfoot have prevented customers doing this by stopping any further reviews (didn't eve know you could do that)! I imagine because they were not getting 4 or 5 stars again! Unacceptable manipulation of feedback.
Placed an order on the 17th December, 7 days have now gone by and I still haven't received my item - bearing in mind I paid for delivery too. I made an account to check on my order as no one has got back to me via email and it turns out the order hasn't even been fulfilled.
I had been looking online for a pair of Saltwater sandals for my daughter when I found the Redfoot website. I had never heard of them and I was a bit sceptical due to some bad reviews, but they were much cheaper than elsewhere so I went ahead. My order arrived next day and the product is perfect so thank you so much. I will definitely order again!

Initially purchased on 10th Dec 2020, items were in stock according to the website and described as dispatched same day if bought before 10am (all good!) Until i didn't get a dispatch email. I chased them via email 14th Dec, again on 17th Dec. I checked the website after also getting no response on their social media (--this is clearly outsourced to a media company as they delete any query or negative comments or don't respond to DM's--) web page had been updated to "shipping 23rd - preorder"... not the thing you want to see after getting no response and paying for goods under the impression a company could fulfil an order in ample time before Christmas. I finally got an email back on the 19th advising their stock was stuck at customs in the container. FAIR ENOUGH! I have worked in a business where this has happened and understand.. but to not send a blanket email out to everyone and prevent probably thousands of angry customers? It's really not that hard. The website was updated - and we should have been as well. *I even had people messaging me on social media asking if i had heard* - to which at this point i could suggest their order might have been stuck on a container with mine. They were grateful as had not heard and this was closer to Christmas. I wouldn't purchase from again just due to the lack of communication & customer service. NOTE: the product is great and as described, just a month late.
I placed an order on 28th Nov. I received a confirmation email, which is meant to have a clickable order number which leads to the tracking details.
Nothing on my email is linked to any tracking details, all my emails have been ignored, the money has been taken from my account and I have no idea when I am supposed to expect my delivery.
They say its usually 5 working days, but even with slight delays due to Xmas / Covid, I m still nearly 3 weeks without a single update or delivery.
Unacceptable, your company is behaving like fraudsters.
I want an answer and my items delivered ASAP or I will escalate this further.

I have not received anything yet. The phone lines don t work and no one responds to your emails. This is a scam. Don t fall for it.
Really bad experience, slippers had a fault and returned using their own process in December. As today nothing has been received either by refund or replacement. Emails sent but not replied to or telephone calls not answered, PayPal case opened order 62351 placed 10th October 20. I really cannot recommend this company!!
