Ordered 2 pairs of slippers on 6th December and paid for next day delivery. Advised that they would be delivered week commencing 14th December, still nothing and no correspondence.
If you do not have the stock then do not sell the product. They have taken our money and would advise that this company is not used. It is difficult out there, but DO NOT OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER
