I ordered some slippers before Christmas unfortuna...

I ordered some slippers before Christmas unfortunately they were too big. I returned them on 31 December with proof of sending from the post office. I have not heard anything from them. I have sent three emails but again have not heard from them. I also tried to phone but there is only a voicemail saying they are not taking any calls at present. Very disappointed.
