Shocking service. Placed an order on 12th December and nine days later, just 4 days before Christmas, they've still not arrived. I have reached out to the customer service team via email and telephone but no one responds. Only today have I managed to get hold of someone briefly via messenger, who have informed me that they don't have the item in stock. A horrible inconvenience given that it's a present for Christmas! Having read previous reviews this appears to be a common theme! DO NOT ADVERTISE AND TAKE THE PUBLIC'S MONEY WITHOUT EVEN HAVING THE PRODUCT TO SEND!!
