I am very angry!! Ordered two pairs of slippers 434158. Received an email on 22nd Dec stating shipment delayed. Emailed back immediately same day requesting them to cancel my order and make refund. Slippers turned up two days ago. Went to return but says I have to pay return postage. I DON'T THINK SO!! NOT MY MISTAKE!!. Have sent two emails and tried to phone several times. Not taking calls. I'ts a disgrace, not only did I have the stress of finding slippers for xmas gifts on 22nd Dec whilst shielding. I now have the stress of trying to converse with Redfoot. I leave you to make your own mind up.
