We live in Brandon and we were in Lakeland doing some shopping so we decided to stop N. This red lobster is by far superior to our red lobster in Brandon. We had an excellent server named Jeremy who took care of our every need.

The server was excellent. Appetizer the fried clams came out dry and too greasy, they tried to correct it with no success. I have been to other Red Lobsters here there was something off yesterday with a few fried food items. Salad, biscuits soup were excellent. Steamed crab was good too...
We have been going here for my wife's birthday for years now. Found the Admiral' s platter under cooked. Service was good. Hope to have a better meal next time. Peace
Great service, decent food. Everything was cooked well. Nice portions. Whole place needs a deep cleaning. It smells funny. The menus, table and floors were sticky.
Good pricier than what its worth server was kind and very intetactive but kind of forgot his job our drinks stay low or empty other than the drink issue it was a good exsperience
First visit in 18 years. Figured I would just get what I got last time but they wouldn't give me a child's menu. Didn't see any red lobsters, they we're all blue in the tank and I didn't go to blue lobster. I was sick all night after eating dinner here but good food so would dine again.
We went for an anniversary dinner. We all had different dinners. Everyone (6 of us) loved their dinners and we had a very good waitress. Kinda pricey for us so we can't go often but sure wish we could! It's delicious! Not one single complaint.
Due to the covid-19 curbside pickup was fantastic the waiters were very friendly and as soon as our meal got in our car we were mouth-watering hungry and ready to get home
Ordered online, was fairly simple. Said my order would be ready at 6:50. They were very busy when I arrived, so I expected a short wait. However, first they couldn't find my order in the computer. The person left the counter to retrieve a couple other's orders and returned back to the kitchen not to be seen again till 7:30ish. Everyone running around as the pick up line continues to build but nobody to help out. Bar tender complaining he has to do 3 things at once and no management to be found. Woman finally returns to the counter at 7:45 and miraculously finds my order in the computer and heads back to retrieve it. Finally left with my food at 7:53. Horribly understaffed, poor online system, awful customer service, offered nothing in compensation for my time and patience. On the bright side, food was pretty good.
Very dangerous place to Eat, they keep Fire Exits. Locked and Manger has only key to Open them, now I see how people Burn to death and Employees use handier cap RestRooms and shot in them making Personal phone Calls! While people handier Cap , beg them to USE it. No wheelchairs if someone needs one! They said go to Office bore A Stectary Chair, At 80 years Old I felt Sad for my 69 year old Sister to hall me backwards, from one end to other.
Got there at 2:30 ordered sweet tea and peach tea for drinks and mushrooms and salad and rolls to start 1/2 hour later they brought everything at once and later the rest of the meal was not impressed with the service
Nope. Just nope. I always loved Red Lobster as a kid. It was my parent's "go-to" restaurant. But the last few years, our experience has been horrible to the point that we've just stopped going. Horrible food, poor service and mediocre service at best. Sadly, Lakeland just doesn't have a ton of seafood options. I tend to go to Fish City Grill or Bonefish Grill in South Lakeland or Harborside in Winter Haven when I really want seafood.
The food is standard for red lobster. Service is just ok. The place smells a lot better than the Brandon location, but lobster great was just ok. All the lobster dishes we tried were just ok.
The food was great, the service was fantastic, I can't remember the waitress name, but she was on point, all I know is that she was a afro American lady she wore braids. She was great.
Was really disappointed about my evening. Had supper at the bar, waitress was attentive , got me a drink and took my order. On her recommendation, had the mussels, which were over cooked. Tried the mini lobster roll which had minimum amount of lobster on it I did not taste the lobster and french fries. They brought me all three at the same time, by the time I ate the mussels the other two got cold. The waitress told me that biscuits were coming, I was paying the bill when they showed up. Really disappointed.
I can't eat gluten and they were careful enough to not give me anything that had gluten. They checked the pilaf rice and adviced me that it had gluten. Very responsible and nice! The waitress kept coming bsck to check all was good. And certainly it was!
We went on Black Friday and something should have warned me when there was hardly anyone there at noon. We had to wait on a table when there were plenty and it took our server 10 minutes before she ever came to the table. Drinks from the bar took forever to come out and the food was cold by the time it arrived at the table. They could've just been suffering from lack of help but I will not return to this Red Lobster.
We went for all you can eat shrimp but it's just not what it used to be. You can only order 1 kind at a time so your stuck sitting waiting 15-20mins for your next order of shrimp and each year the shrimp get smaller. Lesson learned we won't be doing this again.
Where to start! My wife, daughter and I went in for our anniversary the other night and from start to finish it was a complete disaster! Our servers name was Austin I m sure he was fairly new for the simple fact that he was absolutely clueless about everything! Understandable being new but here s where the whole meal started to go down hill. My daughter is a couple of weeks from being two and we asked several times for a kids menu which my wife eventually had to get up and go find one herself. Then I m asking questions Austin had to keep leaving us to go ask someone else about the questions we were asking! We both ordered a drink my wife had the passion something or other that came with a glass to take home, I ordered a mojito! When we got our drinks hers was very good but my mojito has a whole shrub of mint in it and it was undrinkable, I felt like I could honestly taste the pesticides in the mint! It was so strong with the mint bush that was in it I couldn t drink it! Not to mention upon walking in the bartender got out of his car reaking of weed! I ordered dessert first cause that s just what I do we had key lime pie and the brownie sundae! Got the desserts and the key lime tasted like rusty can and the brownie had one little piece of brownie and no ice cream! We asked about the ice cream and it took 20 minutes to get it. Then appetizers we had the seafood sampler which was good and ordered the new dragon broccoli which we didn t receive til after we ordered and received our entree s about 15 minutes after our entrees! My wife and I ended up sharing an entree the ultimate feast with an add on of king crab smh! That was a mistake! The king had very little meat in it and was dried up just like the lobster tail! The only decent thing about our meal was the shrimp scampi and the cheddar biscuits! I will never go back to this red lobster again! It will be a long time til I ever go back to any red lobster! Horrible way to spend an anniversary and spend $130 in the process
Food came out over cooked and cold . A bottle of beer took half an hour to come from the bar and was warn when it did show up. Wait staff was unengaged and never asked or offered refills of drinks. Will not return.
Classic Red Lobster spot if you like Seafood this is a decent choice for a chain restaurant and not too pricey. If you know what you want you can even order off the lunch menu that contains some items that they normally don't serve during dinner. Good for a low to mid priced seafood dish.
