The only enjoyable part of this meal was the waitress. We went in around 9pm Saturday the 24th after some shopping. Parking lot was mildly busy, come to find out it was all employees. We walked right in and got seated. The waitress was prompt and pleasant. We ordered drinks a crableg dinner for my girlfriend and a combo appetizer for myself and two year old to split. The salads came out warm and kind of soggy. We didn't say much. When we received the crab leg clusters their was 1 claw and 1 leg per cluster. I suggest sending them back but she decided to eat them. As she cracked her first claw it was dry and over cooked. So back they went and the three off us split an appetizer and decided to end the night. Come to find out we were the only customers in the resturant, maybe our food tells the tale. Definitely my last trip to this location.

Great service. That seating area in the middle of dinning area sucks. Feel like we area thrown in a pig pen . Fix the seating and horrible music. Music should be set to the sea or ocean theme

I usually never complain but 45 minutes is totally unacceptable to wait for food when it's not busy and you see other tables getting their second and third helping of shrimp and haven't even placed your order yet! We got here as they opened....as well as the other patrons....will think twice next time...

Always have a good experience here. Great food. Great service. Love those cheddar bay biscuits.

Over 20 minutes for service at lunch. Very tiny portions. For a basket compared to other cadual dining, I was disappointed. Biscuits were cold as well.

Terrible. 25 min.wait with about 20 people waiting.walk around inside restaurant and counter 48 empty booths and tables.was told who ever scheduled waiters screw up.gave my order salad came first

Waiting for dessert and got served Soup that had been forgotten at. first meal ordered came with soup salad main course and dessert. Sorry.you asked I replied. No.

I accidentally forgot my leftovers/carry-out on the table when we left (which I planned to have for lunch the next day). I sent my daughter right back in to get it but to my dismay the table had already been cleared. I went in and explained to the manager Deanna the situation and she kindly had the kitchen prepare me another carry-out!!! I truly appreciate the manager for demonstrating excellent customer service!!!

Food is fresh and we'll prepared. Friendly staff. We visit weekly.

My waitress was okay my food was cold did not get refills on my drink one time it was my it wind up being an awful birthday

The food is o.k. Once the waitress was finally told that we were seated, we had good service. More communication between hostess and servers would have made for a better dining experience.

refused service for not wearing a mask to walk from the door to the table, hostess started asking about my medical issues, manager states no mask no service

mask resolution states no mask unless you are not social distancing

this is not a law, ordinance, or mandate just a resolution
waiting on corporate to call back
my plan is to escalate this as far as i can as a civil rights violation

by the looks of the parking lot at noon i don't really think y'all need to be refusing business

Well, I am dropping my stars from four to one. I would do less, but that just isn't possible. The clam chowder was dismal... just a cream soup with teeny tiny pieces of potatoes and what may or may not be "clam pieces" in it. The shrimp was way overcooked and questionable in flavor. The server, barely served...and we were one of three tables she had... very dissapointed for our $81 bill... very dissapointed.

Use to come here all the time but every time we come back it seems to get worse. Service has taken a dive the food isn t good and hell pair your food with a Sam Adams (oh sorry were out, AGAIN!!) must be at least 4 times I ve gone looking for a tall boy and their out :(

Hopefully, they shape up or we just won t keep coming we ll head downtown to Harry s where at least the food is fresh!!

The lobster was overcooked it was rubbery, I was not satisfied at all.
But customer service was great that's why I gave it three stars.

my last experience was wonderful, or waiter was one of the best I've ever had before! I believe his name was JR but I could be mistaken. the whole experience was A+

Called in a take out order, went to the bar to pick it up, waited for a long time, seemed to busy to notice me and I didn't do good enough getting there attention, so I walked away and left.

Always good, consistent food. Never go wrong with a nice seafood dinner.

The old black bartender stole my gift card then ran it for $50. Her manager is a tall chubby redheaded lady and it's pretty obvious they run this scam together. My family loves Red Lobster enough to order ahead to take home from one we have never been to. What a shame. P.S- The corporate office can track gift cards and they know who swipes it and when.

Compared to the original on Lake Parker decades ago, this is a poor copycat. Poor service and over cooked seafood too often the case. The soups and biscuits are outstanding, though.

The staff was very friendly. Lobster pizza is very good. The steak is horrible but it is a seafood place so. Other than that we've been here 4 times and the rest of the food was pretty good.

Lousy I forgot to bring the Tater out for the meal ask for the vegetables to be cooked so they weren't so hard and crispy can't do that set the back then when they brought them back forgot the other part of the side order which was asparagus

Tonight's service/waitress was horrible. We waited over 20 minutes to receive drinks. I have never had such a poor experience. Get it together Red Lobster.!!

Our server Chase was awesome. He made great recommendations and made our meal a fabulous experience.

Excellent lunch. Serve was outstanding. Allow time for conversation between courses. Great place for fish but there are non fish items on the menu. Can be very crowded for lunch.

Cleaner then winter haven but staff is still not helpful and rude. And there was garbage left on window seal from whoever was there before us.

Cody the waiter was a true delight. He was very attentive. Thanks for the great service

The food was good but the service left much to be desired.

Table service was soooooo sloooow. We had 2 waiters for our party of 13. We were starving and decided to slice and serve the birthday cake. We entertained ourselves by singing old songs. Eventually the salads came. Between cake, salad and biscuits we were no longer hungry by the time our meals arrived so we boxed them and left.. minimum 3 hours spent there.

Awesome food and awesome awesome waiter who served us he was the best one I can remember in a long time, not saying I don't have good service but he was above and beyond, keep up the great work. GOD BLESS

The waiter was well trained and attentive. We had to hunt for a table that was not under an air conditioning vent. The food looked and tasted like every other Red Lobster, so that's good. As for the building, it has a lovely front entrance and typical decore that looks to have had a facelift if you look close enough.

Bad service.... We were seated immediately (good) but the table smelled as if it was washed with old sour water... I asked for sweet tea, it tasted like it was made with old mop water ... And all I ordered was a side salad and a root beer after that... It took a whole hour to get that.. We didn't get any biscuits, and my mom's plate was being floated around because they didn't know where it went.. It was just horrible.. The mgr came to the table after we requested him, and didn't do much, he seemed not to care... It was just horrible.. And it was Fathers Day..

The first 15 minutes I did not get waited on when me and my wife got up to leave I asked to see a manager there was a lady came over to us she was very nice and seated as in a different area and we got waited on quickly the waitress was so nice I would give her a A+

Really really, VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE QUALITY. EVERYONE KNOW THAT RED LOBSTER IS RED LOBSTER! .....

I tried the stuffed shrimp on the app menu and will forever order it

The food and service were good. Maybe a little pricey, but I'm old.

Upon arrival, hostess wasn't paying attention, stood for two minutes. Server was friendly, good was good.

We went for the happy hour just few appetizers and drinks and stuck with almost 80$ bills. When I ordered I asked for the happy hour menu. Sure they gave me a lot of options. When the bills came it wasn t happy at all. So I asked that I thought I ordered the happy hour menu and the waitress said oh she didn t know, really? So careless staffs. I over heard the guy next to my table also had a problem too. This place is so uncaring and shady.

The food was delicious! I had the best waiter. His name was Shane. Great smile and his personality was amazing. Best waiter I've ever had! Go see him!

Our entree's were ok at best. Wasn't busy. The desserts on the other hand were very good. The chocolate cake and the vanilla bean cheesecake were delish! Service was very good, ask for Christopher. Attentive and good looking, coming or going.

It's way to pricey for what you get you can eat cheese cake factory for the same price and the food would be great
