Great Friday Night Special, Coconut shrimp, dragon broccoli and a tasty Caprese salad.
Joseph jr. was very attentive and made sure he met our expectations. He was an excellent server.

Took a bit to long to sit us. Had seven in our party but had other parties with six get sat before us and we called ahead for seating. Food was fast considering that it was busy. Jennifer our server was awesome. Really went that extra mile to make everyone happy even substituting items that they don't do normally. It was clean and bathrooms were decent. Overall great visit besides the wait time took about 35 minutes to get sat.

Excellent food and service need some light bulbs so we could read the menu without cell phone flashlight.

Service is not up to par. Bartender seems like he does not like what he's doing.

Usually a good place to dine. This visit had problems though. The first began with seating. On this visit I needed a cane to assist with walking. The hostess left us behind, then stood waiting for us to find her. Menus were already on the table and she left before my husband finished assisting me with seating. The restaurant was not busy, we were not a late seating and there was no reason for such hurry. We received the wrong appetizer and one of the sides was also incorrect (both promptly corrected). We had to ask for additional tea, never received the lemon we had requested. We were not offered dessert or to go boxes. A second couple, seated immediately after us by the same hostess and with the same server, left at the same time we did. They asked if we had been rushed as they had. We were all puzzled as to the reason for such rude and unusual treatment. Sorry Red Lobster, but you let us down this time.

Consistently good. Sure wish they would bring back Lobster Chops.

Slow service, overcooked food, and apparently takes 30 minutes to get anything from the bar. Never was asked if I wanted or brought another drink. And the management is horrible. Next time I want seafood I'll go to outback, certainly not coming back here again.

The waitress was a 10. Water and tea were disgusting. Food was mediocre.

Non existent service. They were not busy. We were seated by the hostess but no server ever appeared. We sat long enough time for each of us to go to the restroom and return after which, we walked out.

We consistently have awful service here. Always a long wait in an empty restaurant. Food is good but not worth rude, incompetent workers

The shrimp were over cooked, but the fish was great. Great server named Justin.

Great seafood had the lobster Alfredo n cup of chowder. Meals are big so we share a plate. 5 bucks for a cup of chowder. Yes pricey but was yummy n service was great.

I usually get great service when I come here but this time I didn t. The lady who served us was named Sarah and it was a horrible experience.I did like how I didn t have to wait long for a Friday night since I used their online waitlist. The food was okay nothing special. We did wait a long time when other people around us was fast and there was only 2 of us. Horrible service with okay food.

We arrived last Saturday for dinner around 7 pm and we found that there was a 40 minutes of waiting time.
The hostess very kindly told us that this was because they had the promotion of ALL YOU CAN EAT SHRIMPS.
The three starts is because the stufed mushrooms was too oily and the Lobster and Langostino pizza was dry.

Just came fro Red Lobster on 98 North in Lakeland, Florida where I live. Probably the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Upon bringing our drinks the waitress spilled iced tea all over and rather than getting a towel and soaking it up, she raked it off the side of the table all over my nicely pressed slacks, onto and into my right shoe soaking my sock. I ordered chicken ceasar salad and potato-bacon soup. I got a salad only, no chicken, the soup was served long after everyone else started eating, there were 8 of us, and the soup was barely warm. After all of this the manager apologized and we were charged full price for the meal. Eight people, no extra biscuits served and anyone that wanted additional beverages had to ask for it. Ill trained, non caring staff from the manager to the waitress. Our last trip to Reb Lobster.

Had dinner here tonight bill over 50.00 asked for sprite and twice carbonated water finally brought us a coke. My potato had no butter or sour cream. Had to ask for cocktail sauce. My daughter plate missing half of what she ordered. Salad tasted and looked like left overs from someone else s plate. This will be my last trip to this place. Waitress was clueless or didn t care! My husband hates this place and now I have joined him!

Excellence - from the cocktails and cheddar biscuits to the finishing with cheesecake! Our server, Jeremy, gave us red carpet service.

The sweet tea was colored water but the food was as good as ever. My wife loves to come here to celebrate, I love to celebrate with her.

Horrible experience and service today. Spent $91.65 to receive horrible service. Orders were wrong, she kept saying I will be right back to get your drinks, or I will be right back to do this or to do that. Never came back or when she came back she had nothing that she was supposed to bring. Addressed it with the manager and she just brushed it off.

Me and my family just had an amazing lunch experience at this Red Lobster location. I don t remember the last time I ve been there, but I will definitely be returning more often. Our server Keri was a great server and was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager on duty Joseph was also great in making sure our experience was the best it could be. Thank you guys! I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone I know.

I must start by saying that our server Erin was amazing! Top notch service! She was attentive and personable without being overly invasive. Our food came out in a timely manner and everything was cooked appropriately. I only deducted a star because I didn't appreciate my tip being written in for me prior to me receiving the actual receipt. We did have a larger party and the 18% or higher gratuity was expected. It was just the HAND WRITTEN tip that totally freaked me out. I honestly wanted to give Erin more but there was no space left to add or correct and I did not feel like I should have had to scribble it elsewhere. I couldn't even address the matter with her as some other young lady brought our tickets out while Erin was preoccupied with another table. It was the blood of Jesus preventing me from making a big deal and asking for a reprint!

Good good prices are a bit high for this type of restaurant.

We went a couple of weeks ago. I ordered the dueling lobster. The meal was really good. The problem was, we waited for about a half an hour before anything came. And the salad came last.

The service has always been good each time we go here. The food is good and we enjoyed time with friends.

The worst pasta ever!! They forgot to add the alfredo sauce and the linguine was very dry!!

Yesterday I went here and the waitress was a girl named Nikki. Nikki was a very good waitress. She always checked on us to see if everything was going good, and gave us recommendations for the all-you-can-eat shrimp. In conclusion, I liked my visit here and hope it will always be like this.

The food was good. Sam was a good server but it was extremely cold. Air conditioning should have been turned off with the cold weather outside. Prices have gone up quite a bit.

Was very good. Had an issue with a meal once and complained on the online survey and the manager took care of the meal within a few days

The need to have more dinner choices for people who can't eat fish.

Saturday evening it was a 20-minute wait but there's so many comfortable chairs outside so many happy people that were sitting outside we all had good conversation ....when people names recalled new people came and set and joined our group and conversation ...when our name was called we did not realize it was 20 minutes!

When we got in the wait staff was just so friendly so happy even though it's so busy we didn't feel like it was super busy on the inside.

They came right away with our drinks... right away with our appetizers....and right away with our food... it was a very very good experience... in fact my husband and I said this is the place to go on Saturday nights when we want Seafood.

Great job RED LOBSTER!

PS my husband spent $34 for his plate alone and he enjoyed every morsel

1 server was impatient and we had to ask for biscuits,she handed us over to another server who was amazing.

Food definitely didn't look like it was advertised. Waitress never came back once we received our food. Won't go back

It was absolutely terrible! Prices way to high for what you get. Service was very slow! Waited over 20 minutes after waitress took order for drinks including plain water to arrive. Food was barely warm, lobster tail was almost raw.

Standard Red Lobster. The 4 stars are really for the nice staff.

Overpriced and pitiful dishes I ordered shrimp alfredo and what I got was langostino shrimp the size of cashews not really worth paying for

The to go order i ask how long will it take for crab linguine.. Rep states 30 minutes probably. The order wasnt ready when promised.The walking around with the credit card all over the restaurant is not cool while trying to take other orders and prepare food. If its a to go order, would be wise to be paid for at the bar so people can see the cards with all this fraud. First time here not a pleasant one.
