Very dirty and the smell of sour garbage is very overwhelming. Carpets are torn. Floors are filthy. Very dark inside because you can't see the dirt or bugs

The waiter was awesome. The food delicious. The long Island iced tea was way to strong, couldn't even drink it. Tea is what it is supposed to taste like.

Wait time for a table was reasonable. Food came in a timely manner. Sweet tea didn't have that southern sweetness to it. Champagne vinaigrette dressing was delicious with the garden salad. Waitress was pleasant but didn't keep glass full and had to wait a while for eating utensils to arrive. Otherwise, a fairly good experience.

Outstanding seafood meal. Good service. Wide choice on the menu. Can be very busy.

I took my son & his daughter there for dinner. The food was awful & my son and I both got sick. I upchucked had direah for twelve hours and my son did also! My wife sent hers back and refused to pay for it! I have always loved the Red Lobster but now I'm totally confused, can I ever eat there again? I came to the Red Lobster when wanted a Special Meal!

Food and service were good. Unfortunately there was a funky, gross smell in the bar area like maybe some damp areas haven't been thoroughly cleaned in sometime.

Terrible! Has red lobster become fastfood??! Calamari was horrible!

Excellent service. Had to pawn car title but great food.

I took my wife to dinner, early. The one thing I love is oysters on the Half shell. Now I know how I like my oysters, however, the server Dee brought them to me with a better way. Cocktail sauce, horseradish, tobacco, lemons, and drawn-better, with a just enough saltine crackers. Try it you might like it.

We ordered our food at 6:51pm its now 8:54pm and they still don't have our food ready for take out. And Niki at the front desk is very rude and argumentative i won't order take out from them again i wish I could give it no stars.

Good was great. Valentine's day was busy. Ppl sitting and tables where open so I figured that they did not have enough staff. We sat at the bar.

Steak was all fatty we sent it back and didn't get it until we were ready to leave. We also asked for shrimp on our salad they only put a couple they brought more after out salads were had to be brought back because the server gave me my husbands my salad and they had given me his. It was just
a terrible experince. It was Valentine's day and the manager said at the end maybe it will be better next time if it's not so busy.

Food is average, staff leaves a lot to be desired, when my order was delivered it wasn't the items I had requested.

Poor service, very small portions for the price, waited about 45 mins to receive food, food was cold, ordered another dish in exchange and that was small too. We will Never go back again.

5:30 p.m. Had a 45 minute wait. Over half of the tables were empty. Another 15 minutes of waiting for our server after we finally sat down. Mind you our server had 3 tables he was waiting on. A large caucasion party of 10. Our party of 4 caucasian and a party of 2 caucasian that waited 15 minutes for their check. We had to get the waiters attention just to get a glass of water after sitting in the sweltering heat outside for 45 minutes. Then a brown couple comes in and are taken care of immediately even before we have been served our drinks. Not right. We were discriminated against, and he had the gall to say please be patient. We are at full volume. Really? Read above...the restaurant was half empty.. absolute the worst service ever. and don't get me started on the stale and over cooked or undercooked food. Wrong food delivered and the kid that delivered the food didn't even know what the food names were he was handing out. HELLO? How hard is it to see your holding a plate of shrimp. Never again will I enter through these doors. Worst service, worst food, and where was the manager? Worst!!!

Service and food was great even tho we had a party of 15 so much better than winter haven location

It was amazing! The offer for the Shrimp Trio was true! It's not like other restaurants or buffets that tell you that there is an offer but then when you come it's a lie.

My lobster was a little dry but all n all great service and fare pricing

I like the food but usually feel like the size of the dish, from the amount of seafood to the size of the baked potato are continuously shrinking in their quest for profitability.

We were seated, and 30 minutes later still no service!

I go to red lobster a lot, the server made a mistake and cancelled my party's order. The manager and server both came by and apologized for the inconvenience. When we got the bill it was only a penny. Other than the food being late service was great and very impressed they employees owned up to the mistake.

Best steak in Lakeland believe it or not but the place needs to be updated it is very old and the carpet needs to be redone or deleted

Food and server chase was excellent but the temperature was way too warm. Sweating while eating out is not ideal

So far my favorite place to eat sea food Italian style the biscuits are delicious, moderate prices abd a family atmosphere

The service was horrible, but the food was good. The staff was very disorganized. We have eaten at this Red Lobster many times. This is our first disappointing experience

Very nice large Red Lobster . Clean , friendly . Very good waitress . Fast friendly service . Food was delicious . I have never had a bad meal yet at Red Lobster . Their wood grilled salmon is yummy . Had that with lobster tails and grilled shrimp . Enjoy

Management here is awesome. If you have an issue they will take care of you

Food was ok. Service was subpar. We waited forever for refills or if we asked for anything. We almost finished our main course then our appetizer came out......

Food was great, came out quick and fresh. Joseph Jr. Was on point the entire time. Top notch service.
