This is a family tradition. We come every year for our daughters birthday. She has been eating and enjoying the lobster since she could eat solid food! I am sad to say that the quality had been declining at our Tampa location. This location in Lakeland however has renewed our faith in the brand. Great food, awesome service (Thanks Keri Ann) and a really clean restaurant. This will be our new spot

Good food, service was a little slow and the AC was broken but got fixed near the end of dinner.

Its Red Lobster! Had a great meal with excellent service... Again...

My son wanted Red Lobster for his birthday. We were sat right away (arrived about 5:30pm on a Tuesday night); however, there wassome unGodly smell comong from something. It maxe me nervous to eat anything but we gave it a go. I ordered the steak with scallops. I ordered my steak medium rare and they nailed it BUT.....I wish they would train their cooks NOT to slice a steak open to check doneness. Teach them the proper techniques and our food would be that much better. Not too bad of an experience. May give it another try but will wait several months before returning.

This location was great. When we first got there it was cold in the dining area. After 2 complaints they turned up the air to make it more comfortable. It's the little things that bring people back.

waited 45 minutes and they said 30minutes ,service very slow and my wife's silver ware had never seen a dishwasher before,she ordered chicken tacos and said leave the hot dressing off ,come out with hot dressing,sent it back took 20 minutes to return and she and myself eat a 34.00 Dollar meal with a plastic silverware. Building is been in lakLakelfor years and is very run down.BUT THE BISCUITS WAS GREAT

Food and service was excellent, especially considering it was a busy Valentine's Day.

Was not worth the money,pasta was cold and there was an up charge on everything even when you are getting a 32.00 meal which makes me say not again.

Had 7oz ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Steak was exactly how I ordered and the broccoli was very good. It's hard to cook broccoli to where it is good. We were at a seminar, so the servers were just a little bit slower as at a very busy time but got my steak at a good temp. Their specialty biscuit, as always the best.

We went there on a Sunday afternoon. It was not crowded and we were seated fairly quickly. Our server came and took our order, my salad arrived and we had no utensils to eat with. Our dinner took over a half hour before we got it. The server kept saying she was going to check on the order, that it should have been out already. My husbands looked like it got cold and they threw it in the microwave and reheated. Everything tasted like rubber. We will not be going back again. Red Lobster has always been a favorite of ours. This was a bad experience.

Since am new around here, this was my first time visiting this restaurant. And oh yes did i enjoyed every bit of it, our waiter was very polite and nice. The food is worth the money and you get such a huge amount. Will be going back soon!!!

Great food as always and good customer service. Social distancing and masks being used inside the building. Wait was longer than I hoped but understood during these circumstances.

We dine it to eat lobster! It was so good when its grilled. Place is cozy...Customer Service is Great! I love the chocolate cake slice!

Very clean and service is top notch!!! Very nice and friendly staff. Wait time: Saturday afternoon at 1:00 P.M. 0 minutes. Food to table time: Appetizer, Cheese sticks: 5 minutes. Main course: 15 minutes.

Everything was very good except the Tuna appetizer. It was horrible. It had no taste. Crab legs were delicious. Biscuits and shrimp appetizer were delicious.

The food was great as usuall, but my waitress was outstanding

Jen H was amazing very personal and professional The meal went very smooth; expecially since I had to bring the kiddos on our Valentine date. I have had her before and hope next time we get her as well. I felt we got more than we payed for with food and service, the food was great and those lobster biscuits rock. The lobster was great and my son was happy with his mac and cheese. Which he ordered himself. I Can't wait to go back.

My wife & I had a wonderful meal. The best Scallops, Shrimp, Steak & Salad you could ask for. The waiter was also at the top of his game. There's no wonder why Red Lobster is the place to go in Lakeland. When you get there yourself, order the Mix Grill. You will not be disappointed. Everything perfectly prepared.

Compared to the Red Lobster in Winter Haven, this location was a pleasant surprise. The food was cooked well and the service was great. Come here if you're wanting to go to Red Lobster.

Reasonable food at a reasonable price. My snow crab legs could have come out a little hotter, but overall, the food was good.

Food was great. Waitress Jamie L. was fantastic and even with it being a crazy Mother's Day. We only had 3 people and it did take a good hour before we got our food and about 30 minutes of us talling and eating. Took another 30 minutes to pay and get out. Food was definitely worth the wait. If it had not been mothers day this review. Would be much different but unlike most I completely understand how hard those people are working to make sure your wives, Mothers and sisters are having a Great Mothers day meal

The most friendly and hard working red lobster staff I've encountered from Daytona to to California...

Don't go here if you have celiac! All they have is a binder with all the food in the restaurant so you have to find what you want and check the binder. Very annoying when your hungry. It really wouldn't take long to just put all gluten free on one paper. I'll stick to fish city from now on.

Food in always been excellent I eat there about three times a week until I got food poisoning or last week now I can't eat anything thanks Red Lobster.

Had all you can eat shrimp dinner even took some home great service clean restaurant
