Locked and Manger has only key to Open them, now I see how people Burn to death and Employees use handier cap RestRooms and shot in them making Personal phone Calls! While people handier Cap , beg them to USE it. No wheelchairs if someone needs one! They said go to Office bore A Stectary Chair, At 80 years Old I felt Sad for my 69 year old Sister to hall me backwards, from one end to other.
