Where to start! My wife, daughter and I went in for our anniversary the other night and from start to finish it was a complete disaster! Our servers name was Austin I m sure he was fairly new for the simple fact that he was absolutely clueless about everything! Understandable being new but here s where the whole meal started to go down hill. My daughter is a couple of weeks from being two and we asked several times for a kids menu which my wife eventually had to get up and go find one herself. Then I m asking questions Austin had to keep leaving us to go ask someone else about the questions we were asking! We both ordered a drink my wife had the passion something or other that came with a glass to take home, I ordered a mojito! When we got our drinks hers was very good but my mojito has a whole shrub of mint in it and it was undrinkable, I felt like I could honestly taste the pesticides in the mint! It was so strong with the mint bush that was in it I couldn t drink it! Not to mention upon walking in the bartender got out of his car reaking of weed! I ordered dessert first cause that s just what I do we had key lime pie and the brownie sundae! Got the desserts and the key lime tasted like rusty can and the brownie had one little piece of brownie and no ice cream! We asked about the ice cream and it took 20 minutes to get it. Then appetizers we had the seafood sampler which was good and ordered the new dragon broccoli which we didn t receive til after we ordered and received our entree s about 15 minutes after our entrees! My wife and I ended up sharing an entree the ultimate feast with an add on of king crab smh! That was a mistake! The king had very little meat in it and was dried up just like the lobster tail! The only decent thing about our meal was the shrimp scampi and the cheddar biscuits! I will never go back to this red lobster again! It will be a long time til I ever go back to any red lobster! Horrible way to spend an anniversary and spend $130 in the process
