Delicious!! We had the pizza add an appetizer and the Captain FEAST. MMMmmmmm. Service was fast and friendly. Great place for lunch.

Called in a curbside order said it would be ready in 30 minutes, went to pick order up and waited almost an hour. They got order wrong and didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience. Worst service ever

The red lobster is finally back on track . Had fried catfish was delicious, not greasy at all and hot ! The potato was nicely cooked, the salad was fresh could have had a little more dressing..Our waiter,Justin M.was very professional ,quick and friendly..it was an enjoyable experience today

My first time in red lobster and I loved it pelarlo ara so kind I liked a lot I recommend it 100%

Place was packed went to the bar and waited forever till we e flagged a waitress for service. Order took 30 minutes and was wrong when it came. Couldn't get drink refills. Never go on a Friday evening again.

Love the All You can Eat Shrimp and there Cheese Biscuits. They Need a Lil Larger Salad

Good service, good food, good parking, clean restrooms

They were short staffed. The salad had old and rotted lettuce in it. The shrimp was barely warm. Although they were not busy it took along time to get our food. The biscuits we're amazing but I won't go back. Next time I want seafood I will head to Outback.

I loved red lobster for there fish and chips (haddock) but they recently dropped there fish and chips from the menu.

This is the best Red Lobster I have ever been to!!! I felt like I was in a five star restaurant....lol. the last time I went to Red Lobster was probably 15 to 20 years ago and I remember it as more of a 2-3 star Family Restaurant, Open Spaces with big booths and kids screaming. This is more of a intimate, comfortable, cloth napkin, wine, excellent waiter service, fantastic meal type dinner experience. Impressed!

So I used to always love going to red lobster in the past especially during shrimp feast. But, now their portion are way smaller but cost more money and dont get me started on the take out, the portions are fit for children not adults. Not worth my money

Clean, calm environment. Wonderful staff. Quick with pick up orders. The manager Mandy is very nice and respectful. They are only running at 50% staff so knowing it may take longer for orders they still do a great job amd are always smiling.

It is not up to the standard of other chain restaurants. The service was poor and the cleanliness could be improved.

Hadnt been here in a while but after todays visit will definitely be returning everything was on point.

We had reservations for our group of 13, however, when we arrived they couldn't find our reservation in the computer, so our table was not ready. After being seated, it took a long time for the waitresses to take our drink orders. When our drinks arrived, we were informed that they were out of biscuits! We had to wait quite a while for our food orders to be taken. The waitresses were not friendly and we never got a greeting or a smile from them. Our biscuits were finally brought to the table just shortly before our food. We informed the waitresses that some would be ordering desserts, yet after we finished eating, we had to wait a very long time before our table was cleared, and then we had to wait a long time for them to take our dessert orders. After all that, we still had to wait for our bills! We were in the restaurant for 2 1/2 hours simply because they were so slow. We were never made to feel welcome by any of the staff. All in all it was a very disappointing visit. The only reason for 3 stars is that the food tasted
okay. The service was ONE STAR!!

Yes u sent me a email response I took my daughter out to the north 98 location for her birthday on Dec 8 the lady at pickup counter was very nice considering the kitchen for to make half my 78.00 order I love eating at red lobster but that day left bad taste in my mouth for management the lady at pickup counter kept calling to the back for our food they stayed confused she alerted the manager on shift she didn't seem to care she was more concerned about how many heads came thru the door next time I will go elsewhere it was very sad people Pau good money to just walk thru the door they deserve same respect

Food wasn't the best. Took forever to get our drinks. Sure I will go somewhere else next time

Great staff, great food.

It's so nice to go out to dinner and have everyone employee you interact with be welcoming, cheerful and seem like they are happy. From the receptionist to our waitress Keri to several other waitstaff all we're awesome. I wish every where we went it was the same. Oh and the food was hot and tasty.

Food and service were great. My sister and I split the Ultimate Feast plate and each got a side perfect for two.

I got the admirals fast you can go ahead and with the shrimp the scallops and the clams it went ahead and was all nice with the fish none of it was greasy I got the french fries and they were not greasy and they were nice and hot

The parking lot is empty. The Inside has multiple empty tables yet the wait is 30 minutes. REALLY!!! Corporate office would not be happy with this performance. Totally unacceptable and definitely not to red lobster standards. Been sitting for 50 minutes still waiting for dinner

The wait to be seated was an 1hr and a half long. Once we were seated it took another hr to get our food which came out cold. Waitress didnt give any refill until we asked for the check. Asked for Management and the never came to our table but walked passed us several times. Just a really horrible experience. the only nice or good thing about my while experience at red lobster was the hostess Peaches. She was really nice and consistently made sure I knew how things were moving along.

Very nice and pleasant dinner experience. Our waitress Ashley was absolutely wonderful and beautiful person. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and would help & guide you to what you want. I didn't give 5 star due certain items were to pricey like the desserts and where I was sitting the AC was blowing on top of our food making a cold quickly.

Not very hot, chips dry and disappointing. Fish dry and not as good as battered cod in Britain!

Dinning by myself tonight and was seated at the bar. I was good with that for they had not begun to get busy. Bar tender was very friendly and quick to get my drinks and order my food. Would go back to this Red Lobster any time. Good experience.

Server, excellent. Can't remember her name but she sounded Australian. Took a while for bread because it wasn't baked but no big deal. 2 salads were just a little yuck tasting, think it was the greens mixture and it kind of tasted like it More
