Nice Place to Stay Frindly staff nice location great Aminities near to Fateh sagar Lake

Stayed a night for my business trip, nice resort. Variety of Food is not at par n room services are pretty delayed.
Yes great views and friendly staff.

Hotel is nice and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay n Waiters are very courteous. Totally value for money.

Worst service ever, testless food. No man power. Room service zero. Sense less staff.
They are not solve the problem of guests.
Don t choose this resort by the name. Food is not good.

Took 45 min for room booking, not at all professional, didn't answer to my complaint, service poor, and interested in marriage groups only

I booked this resort only with the expectation that it will maintain a high hygiene standard In the pandemic as shown in their website;
however once you enter the Resturant all norms are at stake. No social distancing. In each counter there are many people standing with and without mask Touching each other.
Even management had no control over the people who are not following the protocol. People were just removing the boards of table closed due to pandemic and sitting there shamelessly. The property was completely booked, whereas I thought they are working on limited capacity due to COVID. So if you are looking for a hygienic property in this pandamic times free from COVID risk, this is surely not a place to be in.

Two stars Star given for excellent food and room cleanliness.
Room service is not at all upto the mark. At a 5 star property it is odd to see that basic amenity like TV set top box is not working. And after multiple follow up calls they came. While booking the executive said, it's a 5 star property so you do not have to worry about amenities. :)
Tarriff of the room not worth. Ensure you get a outside view of the room in advance otherwise there area many rooms at the back side that doesn't have any good view and you pay for a 5 star property.
Resturant staff is awesome.
Parking can be a problem as they do not have enough parking and they may ask you to park you vehicle outside the premises or on a bad terren land where your tyres can get take a toss

Superbly furnished and upgraded place- probably currently hot favorite at Udaipur, excellent hospitality, tasty food. Very good location. Worth staying in. Definitely a go to place and worth recommending

This a happening place, with a warm hospitality, superb ambiance, great & spacious rooms, great & picturesque views, lovely location and many more.

Good resort. This resort is more popular for wedding and corporate conventions. If you are going for family vacation then crowd and music can be a disturbance, so check prior with reception for any event.

Cooling in the room was ineffective. Bathroom towels were old and need replacement. Meal spreads were good

Radisson is ofcourse a very well known property most of the celebrities are usually stays in radisson blue else shouryagarh resort.

I have been there two times for a music concert and I always amazed with the architecture and lake view from the hotel...just outstanding.

Ambiance is always very lovely and fascinated and the view is like you have got your sun and moon.

Tasted food as well and it was really nice and their staffs are really very helpful and nice still I am in contact with someone from staff they always raise hand for heads up whenever we meet somewhere.

I highly recommend this place for stay, party and fun...lovely place...

4 star is for once in a time I was there and some boys (not from the hotel) were so abusively fighting there and were making inappropriate noise and disturbance and that too in such a prominent property and even security were like let them do whatever they want So that was a bit not unaccepted.

However this was happened for the first so we can ignore it. I wish it will helpful to your visit and journey.

The three stars that i have given in this review are for very good location and nice spread of breakfast.
Now comes the part where the lost the remaining two stars. We booked the cheapest room which is around 5000 per night. It was no surprise the the room is on the farthest corner possible of the property, not to mention did not have any view. This is acceptable considering there are guests who are willing to pay much more for these things. But there are few things that were totally unacceptable. The washroom and shower areas are seperate. While the shower area is good, then washroom is pathetic. The gap between the door and lock is so big you can actually see the person inside.
The room service for food is very veryy slow( this also depends on the type of room i guess). The keycards did not work properly and we were late to our site seeing trips because of this issue more than once. On top of it, when we return from a tiring day and ask the housekeeping staff in the floor to help with the keycard problem, they ask us to go all the way down to reception and get it fixed ourselves( remember the farthest corner?)
I believe that nothing is more important in the hospitality industry other can courtesy and customer satisfaction. Too bad Radisson Blu Udaipur is as bad on those parameters as beautiful is the hotel itself.

Good ambience but the internal hygiene of room was suspect. I had to request for a change of room because of heavy tobacco smell in the room.

Worst hotel of my Rajasthan trip. Will never come or recomend to any body.

Breakfast lunch dinner ....all were pathetic... Nothing reflects any rajasthan touch.... I went as a part of corporate event but still arrangements were poor, 4 people stayed in 1 room for 2 days... We can adjust and understand but what is the excuse for food...

It's an amazing resort the service provided here is great. The morning buffet is best you should try it. There are numerous amenities are available here such as archer and etc.

Awesome property.. 5 STAR!! Luxury at its best. The stay was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast amazing. The food was definitely delicious, be it Dinner at The Aravali Rooftop Restaurant or Lunch & Dinner at Neel Mahal Restaurant. The property also has a Swimming Pool which is very clean and extremely well maintained. The pool manager / swimming instructor Mr. Zahid was a thorough gentleman.

The room i stayed was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast in neel mahal restaurant was very good. Even I got to enjoy the swimming pool also. All over it liked my stay very much. All the facility given by hotel was nice and appreciated. Staff also very helpful. The service is very
good. I hope if indoor game was available it was nice because of rain we couldn't enjoy any outdoor activities.

It is definitely in Indian standard .....
The room It is not the maximum of cleanliness ... the windows You cannot open it seems to be in an aquarium.

Seems Under staffed with basic things missing in rooms such as bathroom slippers, toiletries, gowns etc. No/ slow action on request to provide same.
Though property is huge, big rooms & well maintained but overall experience been just average.

@RadissonUdaipur Worst experience. It's a five star property but not even equivalent to 1 star property.Charged huge money. Worst stay experience. Food made me sick in five days. Swimming Pool, really after being in the pool you ll feel like you should go out. On the name of business class room they are offering same standard room. I ll go there and suggest you to not go there. It's a fraud under the Five star.

The place is okay. But the biggest disappointment is the food here. It will be acceptable if you are not health conscious. The food options get really limited for people with allergies, like me. I had the occasion of just having the buffet breakfast here and there were just a handful options left for me. As they have any arrangements for lactose intolerant people, you cannot have cereal, tea or coffee. And then, most of the dishes are just oily and heavy on stomach. Not enough heathy options!
You can eat fruits but that doesn t last long if you have a full day journey ahead. Not upto the standards. If you have any allergies, do make sure to ask ahead to make the necessary arrangements yourself.

Can you charge us over MRP that too when its water at such places?

Stay at hotel was not satisfactory, front desk is not ready to help you out for any thing, they does not provide anything complementary I.e B-Day cakes like other five star hotels. Food is too expensive with very less variety. Breakfast was gud, outside area was nicely maintained.

Hotel doesn't live up to Radisson standards.
Rooms are smelly, Buffet breakfast spread is not upto the mark, average food taste, overall not a good experience.

The property is amazing, such a beautiful hotel it is, giving it one star coz the staff in restaurant are so ill-mannered, they point fingers towards those eating there and they laugh by making fun of them. I was shocked to see such idiots in such a good hotel, the other staff in the hotel were so polite and good, the people who are in charge of this hotel should look into this issue insulting guest not only applies your business but name as well, a chained hotel like yours should have someone at dinning areas who are polite and nice, the other staff there were wondering And hotel, room and food was amazing...

Nice property and warm welcoming. Some what lack of management was experienced. Check-in @3pm is very odd. Called thrice for luggage deliver at room. Breakfast restaurant was so much crowded, we thought of lavish experience even it has potential to do it but it will turn you down. Five star hotels are not everyone cup of tea and any one who book here room will always think of decent and less crowded place. We entered reception area and it was flooded with 50-60 people . Radisson has potential to make it more comfortable and decent for guest. I hope they make you feel awesome and memorable.
