Radisson Plaza spa & Resorts udaipur Reviews

The restaurant downstairs is the worst. They treat women as invisible. I have never felt the way the staff in this restaurant made me feel! They pulled out my boyfriends seat and ignored me. They gave him 3 menus to look at and didn't give me any. While we were eating, they repeatedly asked "are you ok sir" - not caring to ask how my food was. They seriously need to train staff about equality!

Beautiful Property tough the rooms are pretty good but food is not upto the mark.

I am staying in Radisson Udaipur.
The food is pathetic
Ambience is just ok
Room is just ok

Comfort of room is pathetic as the AC is not working and the team took 30 minutes and still was not able to do anything to the extent that the manager was going to send a table fan.. OMG... A brand like Radisson with table fans in rooms. I guess I am in a wrong place, it wud not be Radisson palace n resort. It wud be for sure Radi-son ka dhabha and lodge.

The customer care is pathetic...

I won't talk of money but it's a waste of time being here for a holiday or an official stay.

A very big and nice property behind fathesagar lake. We had our share of bad experience with the hotel due to ac was not working, broken lights in the rooms, toilet faucet with leaking water and random phone calls throughout the night (for continuous three days).

Bar and lounge was great so as the food (yummy and delicious). Staff was very courteous and supportive and the one fellow at the restaurant in particular Mr. Harinder . He was just awesome.

Overall nice stay with few bad experiences.

The place has everything. The pool is two storeyed with 3.5 feet upper level pool and 4.5feet the lower one. There are two restaurants, a pub and a cafe with quite a good menu although a bit expensive. The rooftop restaurant looks over the beautiful fateh sagar lake and the udaipur city.
The spa is amazing with quite a good spa and massage options and is equipped with jacuzzi and steam bath. There is also a kids activity center and a gymnasium. The udai chowk or the open area is the place where local folk dances and other activites like live music or a puppet show is arranged for the guests.

The staff is polite and helpful and the service is also fast. Overall an amazing stay.

As an American chain of hotels this hotel does not deserve the honor or stars! Check in was slow and unorganized the manager on duty is not trained to handle customer complaints. Wedding parties are given more priority than other guests. Lobby is extremely noisy given there s rooms around it. My bags were left by the front entrance for an hour after I had checked in and not in my room as one would expect a hotel to do. This hotel discriminates, I would never recommend them to anyone. Staff need more training and treat everyone the same!

Great stay and location. Highly recommend for stay in Udaipur. The management was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend having dinner at their rooftop restaurant - Aravali. It has na amazing view of fateh sagar and sajjangarh.nice property

Good location but you will have to compromise on the customer service. The reception is very poorly managed. Two lifts carrying dumb buffalos(I call this for reason) most of the time can be hardly used..bathrooms were not very clean. I requested for cleaning and that never happened.. I think the staff all need some basic training . Overall bad experience . Had much expectations but the hotel is let Down mainly be customer service.. Wont stay again

The hotel rooms r really good ,nice view from the rooftop restaurant, good food...

No complaints really. We had a very good stay here. The Redisson Blu hotel was clean, everthing worked in the room.

We were really thankful to Mr. Abhishek, because he helped us a lot for better and faster food service and also for non-alcoholic drink service.

We also thankful to the folk singing team, who sing a beautiful songs on our request.

The only reason I took away a one star is because I felt food choice is not available in breakfast, hi-tea & dinner otherwise I would highly recommend Redisson Blu.

This is one property which I like the most in the city of lake. Well, there were many more attention too. But still this property has vintage and corporate touch. And this is the reason I liked it most. Moreover, in monsoon n in winter just don't ask what ???? Its damn good.
