Overall a good place for a weekend getaway! The only problem is the Vegetarian cuisine offered is not as varied as one would like. Other than that the pool is really nice and well maintained. The gym is equipped with all the latest machines also nicely maintained! The rooms are spacious and have nice views of lake and pool!
If you want to feel like a family member of Royal family then you must stay here to feel it. This was a Palace before which is converted into a heritage hotel. It has a rich interior keeping the traditional values untouched. You can find many foreigners as well as Indian guests here. Many functions like marriage and parties are arranged here. Both open lawn and closed banquet halls are there for parties. If you visit Udaipur then you should spend at least a day at this hotel.
Worst Room service! Paying heavily for 5 star services. And still room tv isnt working. And adding to the worst one touch services whi are not even responding properly to my request to correct the issue.
Room service response is very slow. It took 1 hour and repeated follow up calls for us to get used plates cleared from our room. The lady at the reception was looking helpless to get us even a glass of water as it took more then 30 minutes in finally getting us a glass of water at the hotel reception once we arrived. The overall ambiance gives you a feel that you are in a old club house as room doors, TVs and other interiors are old and have not been upgraded with time.
Pest control very poor. There were flies in the bathroom

Ambience is really good, service is fast. But food is pathetic. There are very limited food options and taste is awfully bad for such a big name.

Nice hospitality..Housekeeping great.Hotel room quiet..area v huge ..land scapping nice..morning tea at Larry near swimming pool with live music of Ravanhattha playing is extraordinary nice experience..in a lobby area of gym very peaceful instrumental music for meditation ..walk..Gyem is v v nice..u can have mint water to refersh..breakfast so much varieties..lobby area with veiw of lack great..v nice bathrooms with rain fountain..two things to be careful are one area where to put bag is dangerous. When u open bag to get stuff.Roof or top wooden part is little outside..y can get head injury.we faced 4 time..and beds edge r very sharp..black solid wood edge when u turn to sleep gives injury..due to less space..a table in room covers more area. Beds all edge which r c sharp can be covered with U form to protect direct injury to leg due to less space .stay was good..2 changes highly recommended..bag area upperside wood must be removed or cut..and bed edge must be covered with u form .

Very gentle staff. Loads of recreational activities and amenities (archery , paddle boat for small kids,tennis, badminton ,pool,etc.). The room is very luxurious and has many mordern facilities. The food is also very nice. The breakfast has a large variety of food items. Loved staying at the hotel.
It does not have very good view . The maintenance of the place was not up to the mark .

One of the best resort in the Heart of Udaipur. Easy access to udaipur city and all nearby places from this resort. Great hospitality. It does fulfill all criteria of resort. Staff was super friendly and fluent in hindi and english. Rooms and especially toilets were super clean. It did match the American standards of a resort. Bar was good, limited options. Valet parking, Camel ride, folk dance, archery and last but not the least..the morning "Breakfast" So many fresh options, Indian, continental, swedish. Very Safe, clean and royal stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to experience royal service.
I was going for a training in udaipur and after 4-5 days and I am not feeling good and I ask for a 1 day leave but chef not given me and use abusing words manoj chef and other chef and hemant chef said to me don't come from tomorrow and I ask again chef what do u mean but chef hemant said take rest and don't come. But chefs abused to me and finely I leave udaipur.
The room is quite spacious, the ambience of the hotel gives you feel of palaces. The swimming pool can be kept little clean. Good place to stay as it's very near to all site seeing places.
I visited hotel on 11 th November all things were very good hotel had a great look nd property also was very nice , amenities provided were nice but only issue we faced was with the room . The room which was was provided to us was not at all satisfactory nd at the counter mr arvind who was on the counter did not cooperated properly .. after requesting him a lot he denied to give us another room nd give us excuse that hotel was pack nd when we talked to another lady on the counter they provided us another room.
Excellent Place with great Rooms ! We got this place for a very decent price. Restaurant at the rooftop was great with excellent views. Wasn't very impressed with Breakfast as the service was not very quick and the place was very crowded.
No a 5 star category hotel my bathroom was leaked and room was like 2 star hotel
Very bad experience, can't expect such kind of worst services in a property like Radisson blu, can"t write everything but can give a little example of poor service like that they don"t even provide a Newspaper in room, which other very small hotels provide...

Beautiful hotel located in a scenic location in Udaipur. Recommended for a family stay. 3-4 restaurants inside, food quality is not top notch. Could have had a Traditional Restaurant inside. Rooms are clean, spacious. Staff very good and courteous.

The place is mind blowing. Second only to the lake palace. Great place to stay. The service is good and staff is polite and the hotel is spic and span. The service is timely and the good leaves nothing to be desired. The view from the hotel is heavenly and it is quite accessible from the railway station. It is located very well, hence makes it easier to get to the site seeing locations and shopping complexes. Great venue for a wedding as well.

It's old shereton ..they have tried to be better than what shereton was . It has big rooms ..check-in at 11am
No system is good, there is no drinking water, no littering or bathroom, the driver has to stay on the road like an animal; Waiting for the passenger in such a large hotel, where a poor driver will go, the minimum water and bathroom arrangements Then there should be at least arrangements for sleeping. I also request the passenger to at least make this arrangement for the driver before booking this hotel. A. Thanks be questioned
Had been here for a colleague's wedding.
Rooms: Pretty spacious and nice. Well kept. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Property seems to be an old one, bathroom shower looked old. The rooms facing the entrance side have the hotel entrance as the view. The rooms facing the other side have a lake view (not a stellar view).
Breakfast: Buffet had a decent spread. Pretty good.
Pool: Small pool with some sun beds around
Staff: Staff was pretty welcoming and helpful.
The property is close to the old city. Overall all a pleasant stay
