I booked this resort only with the expectation that it will maintain a high hygiene standard In the pandemic as shown in their website;
however once you enter the Resturant all norms are at stake. No social distancing. In each counter there are many people standing with and without mask Touching each other.
Even management had no control over the people who are not following the protocol. People were just removing the boards of table closed due to pandemic and sitting there shamelessly. The property was completely booked, whereas I thought they are working on limited capacity due to COVID. So if you are looking for a hygienic property in this pandamic times free from COVID risk, this is surely not a place to be in.

Room service is not at all upto the mark. At a 5 star property it is odd to see that basic amenity like TV set top box is not working. And after multiple follow up calls they came. While booking the executive said, it's a 5 star property so you do not have to worry about amenities. :)
Tarriff of the room not worth. Ensure you get a outside view of the room in advance otherwise there area many rooms at the back side that doesn't have any good view and you pay for a 5 star property.
Resturant staff is awesome.
Parking can be a problem as they do not have enough parking and they may ask you to park you vehicle outside the premises or on a bad terren land where your tyres can get take a toss
