The stay was excellent. The luxury wormth & comfort which the place offers makes you stay at Udaipur worth remembering.

Nice estate......spread across acres along side the lake.

Staff PR skills need polishing. Had some issues with F&B manager Arminder. You as my pair of pants missing from my room. No assistance from the security staff at all. Went through the motions. What else is missing will find out after going home and checki'g. So be careful while staying here.

It's a nice resort but standard facility is very low as comparison to other hotels.

The hotel was very good. The location was perfect, rooms were really clean and comfortable and the services were quick and nice.

Run away from "wok by the lake", their Chinese restaurant... They don't know what they are doing, too many interns managing the place. It is like a culinary school, except you pay to get experimented on!

the location was so awesome,but i think it should be much closer to the lake and rooms were big enough and complete facility but i found some wall side were damaged amd service was satisfactory . Thankyou

Really nyc hotel with awesome services and facilities

I was traveling with my family for a vacation. We had 5 room booked. When we arrived for the check-in, the service was really bad. They gave us all the 5 rooms apart and they didn't have time to listen. Most of the rooms has twin beds and when I asked that we need queen beds, they said that we can't do anything since you booked through MakeMyTrip and you should have booked directly with us. I asked to talk to their manager and they said that manager is busy and doesn't have time to talk to anyone tonight. It took them around 2 hours for check-in and we had little kids in our family and hotel staff didn't care and didn't even provide water despite being asked multiple times.

A few other complains about the room themselves:
- All the rooms had bad smell, we asked multiple times to do something and hotel staff just sprayed with room freshener, but didn't fix it. We had to call multiple times a day
- Toilet paper wasn't provided in one room and wasn't even provided after calling room service

Overall the whole experience was really bad at this hotel and service was terrible. I won't recommend this hotel and MakeMyTrip should look into this.

Beautiful location, just on bank of lake. Nice & cozy rooms. Lakeside Rooms have beautiful view of lake. Breakfast buffet was good & detailed.

Rooms are good but AC are not good enough to cold the room breakfast is okay compared to Ananta.

Stayed at the Radisson Blu for 5 nights recently for a friends wedding that was also held in the hotel. The room was very good, spotless on arrival and plenty of space. The staff throughout the hotel, from the reception desk to the greeters at the door were all very friendly and helpful. I used the travel desk at the hotel to arrange taxis and local tours and appreciated the advice I was given. The food available during breakfast and throughout the various wedding events was spot on. There was a lot of variety and something for everyone. The pool wasn't heated but during the 34 degree day temperatures this wasn't an issue. The spa was very good too, I would recommend the Balinese massage. The only slight negative I would have is that the hotel are in the process of building a new banqueting hall, which is a bit of an eyesore at the moment next to the pool. My friends who had booked the hotel for their wedding were not informed so had to re arrange one of the events to not be next to the active construction site.

View from the hotel is best had a good stay and one can enjoy the hotel's interior designs well decorated and designed with a very pleasant view.

Worst check in and check out experience , for check in first they allot wrong room in which someone is already , than after changing room we have to wait for 30 mins for room card key and after receiving it room key is not working . . T.c remote is not working ,

For check out we called for three times and after no one come to take our luggage . And person come after 45 mins to take luggage .. such a bad experience

The hotel is located in the Fateh Sagar Lake area, away from crowded City Centre Area, yet everything is within 3-4 km radius. It is a huge property with all the facilities such as spa, swimming pool, gym etc. The breakfast buffet was quite elaborate with great variety of indian and continental dishes. All the dishes tasted great! The decor of the overall hotel and room was great. Many nice sitting places across the hotel with great views of the lake. They have pool side and terrace top restuarants. The staff and service was top notch. Very helpful and cordial staff. Highly recommended!

A very good resort, courteous staff and good food. The only irritating thing was every night after having come back from sight seeing, we had to call the customer service for basic items like towels, hand napkins etc. They did provide the same quickly but literally asking for the same thing everyday was very annoying. Else would have been a fiver
