My latest experience i have checked in here on 14th august.The service in the raddison resort udaipur is Worst to worst ,food is worst,tasteless, no man power in the resort, have booked 3 rooms and suddenly after we checked in after 1 hr our family friends father death news were received so the immediately left the room and we have submitted the key rooms but the here no one is ready to understand our situation.With compare to the price worst service.have gone through many 5 star 7 star resorts but this was the worst experience ever

Very bad response from reception staff. My samsung smart watch got missing from the room after we checked in. But no cooperation from the hotel staff. I checked in today on 16th nov20 , and traveled from vadodara. I am planning to lodge police complaint. Please don't stay in this hotel.

Best place to stay if you are visiting Udaipur for work, liesure or any other purpose. You will be overwhelmed by their service to make your stay worth the experience.

Location-
Located near the fateh sagar lake, you get a great view of fateh sagar lake from your room.
Away from the main street, but very easy to travel and located very near to major places/attractions in udaipur city. almost all major places of udaipur are hardly 5/10 kms from the hotel.
This hotel is located 25 kms(40mins) from udaipur airport. They offer you airport pick-up and drop service.

Ambience & Surrounding -
This property is very well maintained and taken care of. Each and every thing over here has its own beauty. The property is huge, with 3/4 restaurant( including roof top lounge, pool side). You can also enjoy a camel ride inside the resort(imagine how big this resort is).
Enough parking space for many cars.
The property walls/ design/ chandeliers/paintings give you a feel of the rich history of udaipur and rajasthan.

Rooms & Service -
Rooms are very spacious and clean with all the required things(Bath tub, iron board, iron etc.) Huge window with a magnificent view of lake fateh sagar or swimming pool will make you smile everytime you watch out of your window.
All the staff member including the guards, reception staff, liftman, room service staff, waiters etc. everyone one was very humble, polite and very helpful. Always greeted us with a smile, day and night.
Special thanks to Mr. Mahendra singh & Mr. Nirmal Singh Rathore the exceptional service during our stay. You really have been very helpful and very nice to us. Thanks a lot.

Food -
Food is great.
24 hours food available, very quick service.

As always Radisson has been my first choice of stay wherever i travel, but this place makes it more special.
Would definitely recommend this property for stay to everyone, and would surely stay here whenever i visit udaipur.

The best hotel to stay in udaipur, very good service and very good ambiance and rich and royal infrastructure give us more traditional freeling.

Recently visited the property for a friends wedding, grand entrance with well spread lawns, fountains, banquet hall with a seating capacity of 400-500 people gathering. Staff was welcoming & polite. Had a great experience & memorable stay.

Excellent place to stay with friends and family. They have nice restaurant cum bar with good lakeside view.

Ambience and the location are perfect for royal weddings. Plush interiors and hospitality is great for visitors.

Radisson blue is located bang opposite to the lake and the lobby and the balcony gives u an outstanding view. Business class rooms have the same view and their roof top restaurant is worth exploring. Over all a decent place to put up at udaipur. Have a limited buffet spread but the checking process is smooth and fast.

Very good service. Rooms are neat and clean, & very good view. The main thing is that I Love the service .

The Hotel is not worth a penny ...
There is no notepad , no pen , nothing in the mini bar all these basic things that should be present in the room is not present ........
Also the dining Staff is very rude ....
Did not maintain the Hygiene , There are so many ants in the room ......
Also the rooms are luxurious but the scratches on the floor and on wall are not acceptable .......
The Hotel does not stand up to the expectation ......

Very poor hospitality, I have stayed there on 14 Aug to 16 August. When I want something like towel, glass or any thing, I have to make 4-5 calls to reception for a single thing after calling the numbers of time I have to go on the reception to collect the same thing. I have asked to receptionist about the cheep hospitality, they replied that they don't have sufficient staff due to Corona. My simple question is that if you don't have sufficient staff and not able to give a proper service to your customers then why are you make a huge numbers of bookings in you hotel. We were 5 people and booked two rooms, wasted Rs.19700 / for two days. The same problem happened with others who were stayed in the hotel. All were very disturbed from your hospitality. I'll never visit again ND never refer to anyone.

Luxorious hotel, a bit far from city, but good rooms and food for family and events. Good for weekend gate away at Udaipur. U can get bargains.

Very beautiful property. Toilets need slight improvement

I'm extremely surprised this hotel has good ratings online. Perhaps they are under new management? The staff had to show us 3 rooms before the third room was acceptable, or so we thought. One person from the staff actually told us that the guests often complain about the smell. The first 2 rooms they showed us reeked of mildew. We soon realized that in the 3rd room, all the sheets were filthy. They had makeup stains, dirt, hair, and food stains all over.

This was sadly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When my husband and I arrived to the Radisson Blu, we had been in India for a week already, so we knew the caliber of cleanliness and service to expect. I recommend never going here.

There were spills on the floor throughout the hallway. The hotel also did not tell us that the pool was out of service; as we were walking to the room, they mentioned the pool is a "wonderful double decker pool." It was green with an "Out of Service" sign.

While we were in the 3rd room settling down, two men knocked twice- once claiming we asked about the AC (which we did not), and the second time asking if we ordered room service (which we did not).

They also made us pay upfront as soon as we got to the hotel, which no other hotel in Udaipur ever did.

In the gym, there was a water bottle that had been refilled and thrown in the mix with the other sealed water bottles.

When my husband and I told the front desk we decided we were not staying (after having only been there for about 2 hours), about 5 men came out to us in suits all at once begging us to stay. They would not respect our wishes and we spent about 15 minutes asking them to please let us leave because we already made our decision. Eventually, they voided the charge and we left. We not only felt a severe lack of hygiene there, but also started to not feel safe. I recommend to please not stay here.

Although the rooms were good, 1. Hotel reps at concierge were not available most of the time and 2. Driver availed from concierge from Radisson blu udaipur to radisson jodhpur was horrible. In fact he came to us when we were having lunch and told us that he has got another pickup and hence would be better if we resume journey. He doesn't have any rights asking us this question.

Nice ambience with great service. A perfect place for destination wedding organised properly by event management people.

Mr. Maan The biggest drawback of your hotel is that the driver is not a facility, due to which the guest has a lot of trouble on the way because if the driver does not get blasphemy, then that journey will be troublesome because even if the driver is in the facility you do not give There is no place to grow in the light, even there is a showroom facility, you should also bother to pay attention to it.

The hotel is extremely comfortable and lives up to the Radisson Blu name. We had a really good interaction with staff members like Samar. Can do better with amenities for kids but overall a big thumbs up

Very polite staff and a beautiful location. I went there for evening snacks, the prices are little bit on the higher side but quality always comes with a price. Over all a very nice place to stay, you will feel welcomed at every point of your stay. Good job guys!

Extremely disappointing stay during Diwali. The heritage suite had a lot of fitting issues. Knobs fell off, bathtub wasn't working etc. They moved us to a smaller room where there was a short circuit and had to wait for them to repair it, found cockroaches, shower wasn't working and the intercom stopped working. The manager there in response tells us that we were shown the room during checking in, so we are responsible. Didn't realise we had to check showers while checking in. Extremely disappointed in this so called 5 star hotel.

Nice property. Boring breakfast with very little variety. No great Rajasthan food. Average housekeeping service.

Above all, forced me to pay for a compulsory new year party. Make My Trip had hidden this loot in its long T&C. And, the event was pathetic - with every hotel having a new year, getting good artistes must have been a challenge. My 2017 ended with a loot by Radisson Blu Resort Udaipur.

A worthy place to relax.. location, rooms and service are too good.
