Whenever I visit udaipur, I always stay here. The rooms are very nice, the food is good, and the service is also great. I would gladly recommend it.

A great stay with good food one can get the view of lake

Very poor services. Hotel lakend is much better than Radisson Blu in Udaipur.
No food quality + zero staff service

This is probably the worst experience i have had across all the places I have ever lived in. I typically wouldnt write bad reviews publicly as I prefer giving candid feedback to the staff and owners but this was beyond that as despite repeated complaints at the hotel, the staff just seemed to have given up and resigned to the fate of the hotel.

I expected a Radisson Blu hotel to be nice relaxing and of a particular standard when it comes to the room. We weren't looking for any fancy service or amenities as we were visiting during the COVID outbreak. Despite that the rooms and service was dismal. Across 3 rooms that we stayed in these are the list of issues there were in the rooms itself.

1. Broken Water Kettle
2. Phones not working in 2 rooms plus broken buttons on them
3. Stained Sofas with worn out cusions
4. Had to wait 20 minutes everyday before getting luke warm water in the shower
5. Rusted fittings in the bathroom.
6. Taps with salt deposits, which meant spraying of water all over the bathroom when switching them on.
7. Toilet bowl was not cleaned and had used tissue inside despite being 'sanitised'.
8. The Tata Sky connection was not recharged and had to wait for a day and a half and then finally goto the front desk physically to get it recharged.

These are just some issues that I felt were worth highlighting. There were plenty others that I don't even want to mention.

I have a genuine request from the owners or management, that I understand these are tough times, if you are short staffed please don't fill the hotel upto capacity. We had to wait for 3-4 hours for towels to be replaced, and most of the things I got done by going to the reception desk and asking them to do something while I stood there.

This is a great property but if it continues the manner in which it is going, then you might have a few serious issues.

Staff need training on hospitality and service management.

Too formal. You feel overwhelmed by lots of things packed inside a small lobby. Elevators are small for a hotel this size.

Nice hotel.. so many rooms.. hotel floor plan is also very clumsy.. too much squeezed and like tunnel plan of foyer service due to over crowd is pathetic during break fast.. felt like not in five star but taking meals at railway station platform...shower rooms near pools have broken Lock's n door...room ac got service after 4-5 reminder ....due to festival pick season if hotalier charged high we must get basic facility of Radisson Blu standards which were missing...
Not worth of money charged..

Staff were not little rude at times. Restrooms in rooms were not well maintained. Changed rooms 2 times due to broken showers. Food was good. Beware of parties. The rooms are not soundproof. If there is a late night party, you will hear the music all through the night.

Nice luxury place to stay, good food, good staff, exterior view also very beautiful. Equipped with swimming pool and lawn tennis ground. Fateh sagar lake is very near, one can enjoy boating here. Best time to visit udaipur is rainy season

Ac was not working Properly. I gave a call to reception, first time noone picked up the call and second time he asked me to wait
I waited waited and waited. Secondly Bathroom was not clean. Jaquzi was not clean in the bathroom so we couldnt use that. Tv was also not working. One good thing I felt was I requested them to provide me a glass of Milk and they gave it complimentry.
We asked for check out and the person came after 30 min. What kind of service are you providing? Pathetic.

We didnt find any hair dryer in Superior room as well as a tooth brush and paste. Flush was also not working in bathroom. Newspaper was not provided though we requested them. Service response was too late. Any thing you asked you get things after 30 min. No one asked us to check the full hotel. Sports and games were not in proper condition.

More of a business hotel and as that its nice. It doesn't boast of an old world charm except the roof top that's divine on a full moon night

Went for a sisters trip to Udaipur and decided to stay here.
The property is beautiful and the view from the room is great no matter which side you are facing.

The staff is really sweet, accommodating and helpful. Their rooftop restaurant has great food and the view is even better. The rooms are nice and spacious and room service gets them cleaned promptly.

They have an in-house tour service and their drivers are well informed about the routes and the city.

All in all, it was a great stay.

I had huge expectation for the Radisson property in the lake City and it disappointed me badly. A lot of construction and maintenance work was going around the first week of December, which is a peak holiday season in Rajasthan tourism calendar. They pointed out the reason to be prep for New year bash, but it doesn't mean that they can belittle the experience of their guests before New year.

A few dishes on their dinner and breakfast spread was exceptional in taste and the spread was very limited. It is better to order the good dishes in alacarte instead of opting for buffet.

Nice hotel it's having amazing view of fathesagar lake .The hotel needs to improve there service and quality of food.

A palace/heritage property converted to a hotel. A stay here can give you the experience of how the king used to live. The sheer size of the fecility shouts grandeur.
Overall very impressed

I had booked business class room on 24th october 2017 on make my trip....but when i reached over their...the hotel gave me a deluxe room with no bath tub inside....and told me that this is our business class only.....now everybody can imagine whats the scene.....later on MMT said sorry and refunded me 25% back

Location is great, staff is courteous but not a well maintained hotel.

Great resort to be in and good rooms. They have room service till late and the curved pool is meant for the vacationists and not the lap achievers. The food is ok ok

Location and Ambeince is lovely, but the bathroom is not up to standard in terms of Radisson. The Staff is very friendly but less knowledgeable. It's not at all peaceful as guests make a lot of noise in the corridor that disturbs the guests in the room. Towels are smelly and unclean. Shower is not warm and has no force.

Ambience and view is good but staff is arrogant. Services are thirdclass. They cut phone in between and they talk to other people in between conversations without any notice. They do not call back even if they said so. Worst experience. Not worth it.

The property is beautiful and at a great location. We had dinner at arravali and the views were quite good. The food was average though

Top class resort with the property alone being so scenic that you don't want to go around !! The live music rooftop restaurant is one of its kind. Featuring two swimming pools, this is one of the best and most awesome place to stay in whole of Udaipur. Moreover you can have an uninterrupted view of the Fateh Sagar Lake from here.

Very poor service, we tried checking in for pre paid rooms and they asked for voucher number even when we gave them our identity cards and they said could not find our reservation. Probably flawed process or flawed service. Waited 45 mins, didn't bother to even serve water, had to ask for it and wait again. Not worth. Lacks customer service and respect for business. I hope they realize and correct it because they do have beautiful property, well maintained. Most of the staff was good but probably front desk management is lacking accountability.

Beautiful hotel, very sweet staff and really nice swimming pool.

One of the nicest place to stay. Well cared staff. Rooms are well maintained. They have almost every accessory that is required in the room.
