Incredible ambience. However, the TAT or speed of deliverance of house keeping needs to be enhanced and improved. The breakfast should start from 6.30am and continue till 11am as this is a leisure hotel also visited by corporate travellers
Nice Property, But Very Bad Housekeeping Service, No Body Listens In The Hotel For Housekeeping Services Even If You Make A Complaint At The Reception, Housekeeping Staff Never Listens Very Bad Experience I Stayed Over There For 2 Nights And Thought Why I Have Booked This Hotel Only Just Because Of Housekeeping Service The Worst Housekeeping Service By Any Hotel
Wonderful ambience, beautiful lake side view, gorgeous building, lush gardens, great food, great hospitality.. Beautiful rooftops with cool breeze. A must visit, when going to Udaipur
This hotel will make you want to laugh, cry, rip your hair out, and give you enjoyment. Unfortunately due to a family member being hospitalised we stayed in this hotel for 10 nights. Like the highs and lows felt during the trip this hotel provided for it's own highs and lows.
Positives : - the housekeeping staff are very friendly - the staff in the restaurant Neel Mahal were wonderful especially Ashish, Deepak, Arvind, and Naseeb. They really took care of us during our entire stay - the local food was very tasty and provided for some of our best meals while in India
Negatives: - the check in process, front desk staff, and all interactions with the front desk are painful! The staff have not been adequately trained and reaching any outcome requires suitable requests - they levy a 5% service charge on everything including the room charge. This is optional and I'd suggest you ask for it to be removed. We elected to remove all service charges and give cash tips to those staff that provided exceptional service - forget getting anything done over the phone, ask for your bill get towels, most requests result in no response - the rooms are in a complete state of disrepair - from damp smells, leaky showers, no hot water, and inconsistent distribution of towels and toiletries the rooms are awful. After complaining for 3 days we were moved to a suite. Unfortunately it smelled like a sewer and was plagued by all the same problems but larger. At least it had hot water! - your room gets Sky TV but almost none of the channels work. You will also get daily messages on the screen that the account is about to be deactivated - the WiFi throughout the hotel is rubbish! It drops frequently and is slow when it works, multiple attempts to make WiFi calls failed or calls were dropped resulting in very expensive mobile data bills from the UK - as this is mostly an Indian wedding hotel it was filled with local guests - these people are some of the rudest loudest people you will ever experience, screaming in the corridors, pushing people around at breakfast, eating next to the breakfast buffet, pushing in and out of lifts, and they are super rude to the staff
I want to encourage people to visit the hotel for the sake of the staff but actually I think it's best avoided and we hope the staff find better jobs elsewhere
Great place. Good, cozy room for the price... .just right next to the lake...can't take the car to this place.need to park in the parking .... restaurant is good .. food is also great ..the service is a bit slow ..
Relax in the ambience -- a holistic approach in the hotel stay amidst luxury and warmth, eat the succulent lal mas, gift shops are expensive but they cater the best from the city! View the Fateh Sagar Lake from the terrace on a candle lit dinner in the roof top restaurant!
Travelled more than more 25 countries....never since worst service ..I am writing ....while staying in the hotel.. ...most funny part you can hear the conversations of the room beside you.
Wonderful stay. We got a warm welcome with arthi thika. After that with a welcome drink aam panna. Very nice ambience. Staff is very kind and helpful. Specially I need to thank Mr. Aditya from front office. Thanks to nishmitha also for helping us to know all information about hotel.
One of the best hotel i have seen at nice location near fateh sagar lake.just one thing i didn't like is lighting in room is very low, there can be better lighting.
Radisson blu is actually a fabulous hotel with different and amazing amenities. The staff is also very kind, polite and humble. My child wanted to have a bath tub in our room, they arranged it for us immediately. Food was really awesome. I will really prefer my friends and relatives to visit Radisson blu palace resort and spa. The atmosphere was very hot outside but due to the central AC inside we felt very cool in the hotel.
Poor customer experience. None of the channels worked, it literally asked me to pay for it. After paying such a hefty tariff for a 5 star hotel, this is the least I expect. hey Had to watch netflix on my mobile. Pathetic
please elevate the walls , water filter machine is creating so much noise pollution and air pollution , please cover these both water filtration plant with elevated boundary walls. please do this asap. thanks
