Awesome place just acc not working else so beautiful one

One of the best hotels i have stayed in some time. Very courteous staff, awesome property and very good food. Worth a vist!

The place lacked a couple things like room slippers and also the fridge was completely empty there were no snacks in the room otherwise the hotel is splendid in terms of location and service and staff!
Would recommend it!

I enquired about the rooms, at first these people said Rs1200 for 10 year old kid which include breakfast and dinner per day. Next day they denied this offer and said this offer is no more valid and charges are 2400 per day. In evening this staff named 'sonam' called us and said charges are 2800 per day for 10 year old kid. This woman works in hospitality industry yet spoke rude to us. They should sit and discuss the disparity in between staff and let only one speak to customers. The whole experience is nuisance and headache I will never ever stay in Radisson blue again.

One of the best resorts in Udaipur. Enjoyed my stay. Great food, ambience, property and location. Staff is fine. Worth the buck.

Hotel service is very excellent. Hotel met with the expectations of five star. Pool party was awesome. Thanks to front office for helping in smooth check-in and checkout. Room was very comfortable. Food was very tasty. We are looking forward to visit the property again. Welcome drink aam pants was very refreshing.

Beautiful hotel, huge rooms and nice interior. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights with breakfast included. Breakfast is a typical 4* buffet which tries to accommodate english with indian cuisine. Only disappointment for us was their swimming pool timings, which was 7 to 7 only. Being tourists, we used to be out for whole day and never had a chance to chill in the pool because of these inconvenient timings.Otherwise, recommended.

Awful. Place is used as a convention hall. Buses bring in students. Pool is full of rowdy and unpolished locals. Breakfast is a good pushing and shoving exercise. Stay away.

Wonderful place to stay with your Family & Friends. Nice spacious rooms, excellent service, good food, great Ambience & proximity to landmarks such as Fateh Sagar Lake, Maharana Pratap Smarak / Memorial etc makes this place all the more better.

Amazing Location. Everything here is up to the mark as per the price point. Not too fancy. Quick top. Look inside the room if you are promised a lakeside view.

Stay was awesome . Try their dinner buffet too .. food was excellent .. if u are starting more then a day then try their rooftop restaurant. Superb ambience and food too . Different feeling.

The hotel was good in terms of room, the staff was very courteous and the room. Cleaning was done perfectly. The breakfast was good too and since I had an infant they used to provide special on table assistance as well as customised food options for my infant daughter. The only disappointment was the hotel did not had any First Aid kit! My husband got sprain on his leg and there was not even a ice gel with them!!

Staff was very rude and towell have been very durty and hotel reception staff are very made person and he undstand for owner this property

Extremely mixed feelings about the place.
A. The property and rooms are superb.
B. The service staff individually are good.
C. The food, if specific instructions are given come well made.
D. The open spaces are superb
But:
A. The staff seem under trained. Simple cardinal mistakes during check-in (gave keys for an occupied room!)
B. Housekeeping never cleans under the bed!
C. No social Distancing or uniform mask use by guests or staff
D. Crowded breakfast settings (buffet!)
E. The parking is an open field full of rocks, unlit.
F. Default setting of the kitchen is - super spicy, you have to specify that spice must be (?) (Penne Arabita, spicy by Indian standards?)
Summary, the place could be amazing, ends up building expectations and being ordinary, good but ordinary.

Very Poor Service. A.C. is not working. TV is not working. No response from service also. We are family with child but still they have no double bed also they are offering twin bed. It s totally unfair the way they are treating us.

Food quality is just ok..this is a hotel for marriages... don't expect any personalised service...

Horrible management and totally careless people over there, they just want to fill their deep pockets and nothing else. They gave us an extra bedsheet without any clarification and charges from which we could book an another room . Thought room service and breakfast are the best of it

My first visit in Udaipur and it was amazing bcz of Radisson Blu resort and spa nd I would like to visit it again . The staff of the hotel is very friendly and cooperative especially house keeping RK A , chef maan Singh , hotel staff Prem Singh , Ashish , Aditya , Anuja . Made my stay amazing.

The toilets do not have good flush system. Staff is also a bit slow

Nice place to spend a long weekend. Located in a quiet corner away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The resort has plenty to offer for all ages. The view of the lake from it's podium and the roof is mesmerizing at dawn. Had spent three nights there and explored the property as much as I could. The staff is courteous.

Well mannered staff..very proffesional, quick service , rooms were clean with all the amenities . breakfast buffet at neel kamal restraunt was good . Very beautiful property . Cultural shows like puppet show , dance shows are held inside the premises.a must visit place in udaipur.

You can't feel like 5 star hotel because of room and their is no special service even you have to take care of fashwash which I didn't find next day morning in my room also no londary bag available in room after requesting no body gives you. I personally gone to waiter and ask than he gives me. No amenities just swimming pool archery game will be there for that they charge 500 + tax, no steam bath if you want then you have to go for Spa.

If your expecting a 5 star hotel then you will be really disappointed. Rooms and location are good but when it come to service, food , manpower it can be compared to a 3 star hotel.
1. As soon as I enter the room the bedsheet had hairs all over it. When I complained about it they told me that room was closed for a week. I mean in this vividh period they should have double checked the room before allowing the rooms.
2. If you call room service they might not pick up the call for few time. Trying for number of time they won't do the servjce.
I had to call atleast 4 time for a bottle of water.
3. My package included a extra bedding which I booked a month ago but no one was informed and I had to call them and then to visit the reception to get it done.
4. The receptionist seemed untrained because every time I had query they have to call their manager.
5. I went to celebrate my birthday and asked if some arrangement can be done for celebration (a table, some music or anything) but I was told that we can celebrate anywhere but only in our room.
6. We were really disappointed by the food. Most of the time I had wait for the food. There was no presentation at all and taste was disappointing.
7. Most of the things they have mentioned on their brochure is just to attract but when you ask even the staff seems they heard for the first time.
Overall my experience at Radisson was not as expected for a 5 star hotel. Yeah you can consider it for a 3or 4 star hotel.

Historic palace style constructions and yes it's really a PALACE. Large no. of rooms and conference rooms, large dining areas. Class and Mass hotel.

A Marriage Palace : Radisson Blu

Unlike a Hotel but a Marriage Palace.
Definitely not a place to relax or stay as an in-house guest.
Commotion, crowded & virtually NO hospitality.
Stay Spoilt our Holidays as we intended to enjoy given name of the Hotel.
Breakfast time was a scene no less than a commoner fish market.
Everywhere arrangements being done for marriage altered the ambience of that place to enjoy.
Kids corner was a space to avoid because of poor maintenance & upkeep. Dingy & foul smelling with probably no ventilation.
Pool was again with NO rules on swimming costume as marriage guests seemed to have owned the hotel & management allowing it.
Washroom in the Room too had issues with tap & cleanliness of water.
Management has to decide whether to build business or build relations.
It s a strict NO place to stay when they are organising a marriage function coz they only do that.
You would be disappointed as a guest looking forward for a quality time coz there won t be any.
Pl ask hotel or booking sites Before booking if there s such function in the hotel & then only book else you would also end up having The worst experiences of your hotel stay.
Two nights stay with functions on both nights. Strictly avoidable.

Excellent location. Good hospitality. Swimming pool was too cold. Would have been great if it had temperature control feature.
