Very good hospitality. Food is very delicious. Service is quick. Suggestion to hotel is to increase hot water temperature n pressure of water.

It was an amazing experience to stay and very well mannered and cooperative staff as special they serves excellent jain food..

Worst management I have seen in my life. The manager over there and his front desk staff is biggest lier. They charged us for the extra bed without informing us. They never informed us that there is an extra charge. They gave us the bill of 12000rs for extra bed. Which is ridiculous. Do not trust the employees of this hotel.

Nice location. Good service and well maintained rooms. Value for Money.

Worst experiance ever. I have been visited many Radissons in various cities but I have never experienced such pathetic behaviour, today I have checked in "Radisson blu Udaipur" I came here because of the name Radissan but the experience is totally different this time they are behaving like I am not paying the money or I have taken a huge discount from them.
I went to the reception asked for the room receptuonist told me the charges and all I said ok and about to did the checkin formalities suddenly Mr Rajat (Seems manager and was managing lobby that time) has appeared in the story and treated me very smartly politely and conningly might be he hired to do that. He said sorry all rooms are booked last night. I graciously requested to Mr Rajat for a room coz I was with my family n 2 small kids.
I came to know that there were many rooms going to be vacant in next few hours n and also available.
He obliged and thrown two options to me one is to take the room which may be discarted or never let out and second search another option.
I asked him to give the other room which was also available and it was same as he wanted to allote me but outside view was prety nice. He smarty refused and said that sorry sir that was business class and rent is on higher side (which was not at all mentioned anywhere nor online).
Then I asked one of the staff of hottel about the room alloted and the room which I wanted She told me Sir both are the same room and it under manager's discriation to whom he wants to give.
Finally I gave up and opted his first option as there were no choice at all, got the cornner one ground floor room which outside view is worst ever I have seen in any hotel seems like 1000 rs rental room.
Some repairing working was going on near by room or place because of that me and my kids could not be able to sleep some drilling and cutting work was going on and was creating huge disturbing noice. But I have tolerated all because i could not have any choice.
It is very very disappointing n disheartening.
I am writing here, I will write everywhere on twiter FB, news paper magzines everywhere and file consumer forum too and let people know how they take the advantge of people weeknesses.
They spoiled my whole trip.

One of the many beautiful properties in Udaipur. It's proximity to the lake might not be as close as others, but still offers a good view. Hotel rooms are simple, but clean and spacious. One can opt for family rooms too.

it is a very good hotel. the staff at the hotel is very attentive and guest oriented, it was a very pleasure experience visiting the hotel. the food served was very tempting and delicious. the ambience of the restaurant and the lobby was very good. the view of fateh sagar from the hotel is the best part of my experience. the white building looks stunning. the location of the hotel is great.

Check-in time is 3 PM, so don't go earlier or you may have to wait for hours. If you want a water bottle or a towel, just go out of room and find any staff, if you call One touch service, you may have to wait for hours. Rooms are very small with way too small bed, basic bathroom. I don't think such rooms should even be there in such grand property. And the front desk staff is not ready to provide rooms with bathtub even when they were available. Very big disappointment. Thankfully I had booked one day in Ramada which costs little less then Radisson and has much better, very spacious rooms and hospitality. If I had seen rooms in advance, I wouldn't pay 7000 for such basic rooms. Hospitality other then restaurants is also very poor.
The hotel is located in the lap of mother nature with a beautiful view of lake. The staff is very polite and welcomes everyone with a warm heart and a beautiful smile. The food comes with a variety in taste and too many options.

It's very beautiful destination for spending holidays.... Spending money here is was worth it. Staff was very helpful and a lot of facilities and amenities were also provided. Place is very huge and had too much public. Not a very quite place.

It's happy to here. Nice food, nice rooms, nice people. It's all about amazing.

Service is good as well food. Naeem and rajesh both are very calm and giving familiar service.

Not worth the money spent REMEMBER !!! the hotel information book in room clearly states that the checkout time is 12 noon it s actually 11 am.
Totally unprofessional behaviour from staff as they forced us to checkout at 11.
Bathroom of our room was a little pool in itself, with water clogging issues.

Overall a good experience. Great breakfast options provided. Location of the palace is near to stores and old city. Decent sized rooms with spacious bathrooms.
Customer service was decent. Everyone always greeted with warmth. Had some papers to scan they did it happily.
Downfall - Food ordered from their menu were pricey and was okay. In addition the property does not have a Microwave to heat something up. They declined it arrogantly to help heat the food which is not acceptable though.

The stay was very nice. They welcomed us with arthi tika and aam panna . Front office staffs are very helpful. Breakfast served in neel mahal was very tasty. My son enjoyed a lot.

I travel a lot across the world and stay in many hotels. This hotel doesn't deserves a 5 star rating. Although the hotel looks grand but its not managed properly. They messed up my rooms cos of a big wedding and I ended up getting the standard rooms with no view. The house keeping staff was not so responsive in delivering items to the room either.
Food and staff at the restaurant were slightly better as compared to the overall service.
Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a quite stay.
