A decent place to stay. Has all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. However, the rooms are not sound proof. An important thing, this place is completely smoke free so u cannot smoke in your rooms but rather walk outside the hotel lobby to have one.

I had attended a destination wedding recently,dates-10th-12th March 18,The Kapasi n Kapoor wedding..it was a grand one..really hosted well .. the hotel management was good ..but the service was slow at times..I stayed in room no.2049..
After the wedding..we decided to spend one more night at the hotel for sightseeing n shopping.. somehow,we managed going to the Fateh Prakash palace,which was worth a visit. My hubby was really unwell n during that time,the floor manager,Mr.Vedant Singh was really very helpful, he went out of his way to help me with transport,etc.. I highly recommend his service, a thorough gentleman . He deserves much more! Wishing him all the very best

I booked heritage suite, when I arrived and completed formalities of check in, i came to know that the room is not available due to maintenance. They offered me a down category room with complimentary dinner..!!
As a gujju guy, i refused his dinner,
I had no choice, so finally accepted that down category room only and checked in at 5 pm.
After that all well, well behaved staff, good ambiance, i can give 5star if not hurt like this.
They spoiled my 1 day stay.
Radisson Blu, the name itself is enough to tell you about this hotel. But still i will share my experience of this hotel. Strating with the Ambience, Top class Ambiance, the hotel gives a royal fort look from the outside. The indoor ambiance is also fascinating. Considering it is Five start hotel, you can;t expect anything cheap here. The Dinner's quantity is very less as compared to the pricing and the service is little bit slow. They have Nice rooms with amazing views. You can clearly see the Fateh Sagar Lake from your Room's View. Overall i had a nice experience here.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. However, the staff rely on the fact that it is beautiful and do not bother to provide their guests with adequate service or even respect. I was very disappointed. Not worth the price.

Brilliant stay option. Very good facilities for kids and adults. Good swimming pool and overall ambience was nice. Some areas were not that well maintained for example sofa seats in restaurant were not very clean looking. Wanted to give 4.5 stars but rooms and other things forced to 5

expects a decent experience. Rooms need immediate renovation and the bath fitting were broken and worst Condition, Hot water take few minutes to come and tht also not much hot, sofas need to change as soon as possible,floor corner and door were dirty. I would suggest don t go on online photos and Suggest to go for other good hotels which r worth the price. Please don't waste your money here.

Good property at average location. Expect a slow working staff. Poorest maintenance. You are at there mercy. It is not on fatehsagar lake but has a good distance. Of you want to have view of fatehsagar lake then you have to pay Rs 1500/day. The vision is only from 2nd floor. There drainage system is pathetic and same is there electrical pinpoints. Food is ok ok. Not good one. Reservation staff and every staff works like beurocrates. There is better lake in udaipur called pichola lake..book in any average hotel. You will enjoy better at economic rates.

The property is beautiful and really amazing. Rooms are elegant and comfy. View from lake view rooms is just awesome. Dinner options should be more. Breakfast was really good. Special thanks to Chef Man Singh at Egg counter..Try the scrambled eggs. He makes it best. The hotel was neat and tidy every precaution was there. The staff was very helpful. In the evening sit at restaurant and enjoy some good live traditional music..Bansuri vadak Suresh Prajapati Ji made my evening more amazing. Thank you Mr. Nagar Hotel Manager for the hospitality. He was humble and ready to help you with everything personally. Good job keep it up
