Room was very comfortable - all the amenities you could need. Room service and front desk staff great as well.
Room was very comfortable - all the amenities you could need. Room service and front desk staff great as well.
"No clean rooms" when we checked in, called 2 hours later that a room was ready as multiple other guests were checked in and went to their rooms in the mean time.
Have to use one elevator or escalator to jack n Jill through to the main hotel elevator. An elderly tour group also staying here, had a hard time with this.
Tv signal wouldn't come in to our 10th floor room.
Our room was finally cleaned at some time between 3:30-6pm between nights 1-2. Obviously their house keeping is short staffed. Multiple areas with hair gel and other streaks on furniture in main hotel room.
Beds are lumpy-agree with another reviewer on here and pillows are not in the least supportive. Don't see why these rooms are so great. Have stayed in much nicer hotel rooms in metro area including crowne plaza St. Paul, old Sofitel now Sheraton.
Conference food has style over substance/taste. The vegan wheat berry has been the best so far. And usual over done beef, barely warm food and many desserts are left untouched.
Great service accommodations. Beautiful in every way
You pay only for the convenience of being so close to the MOA. Service was far below acceptable, hurried us through check in even though I had questions and nobody in line behind us. Lobby was nice, rooms were nice. We were told only pay breakfast or room service was available, for $187 a night, continental should at least be provided. If your soul purpose is to visit the Mall, good place to stay, but be prepared to spend for the convenience.
I attended a multiple day training for work at Radisson Blu. The room was big and clean with water, ice, hand sanitizer, and mints set out for us daily. The hotel staff was great at refilling water and making sure we knew where to go. The restrooms were very clean. The lighting setup in the room our training was in seemed overly convoluted, but once we figured it out, it worked well.
Beautiful bar with unique crafted cocktails. Only complaint is that you have to deal with the mall traffic to get to it, otherwise I would go here more often.
The staff is highly professional. Great place to get drinks and spend a weekend at the mall
Gorgeous at every level. We attended an event there and everything was excellent from the location, to the staff, to the food. I give it the highest rating possible.
The Radisson Blu is chic hip and wonderful. The rooms are also quite nice. The outside of the building reflects the inside nicely. The employees are professional. Do you need more than that.
Hotel itself was great, staff was helpful.. but parking is not so great. Only option is the ramp under the building, our young son's wheechair van bottomed out hard 4 times on the steeper than usual ramps. Actual elevator to hotel is not wheelchair accessible, must use elevator to neighboring buildimg amd walk outside to get to hotel. Plus it cost us $50 (25 x 2) to park from 6 pm till 2 pm the next day.. Whole point of paying for a downtown hotel was so we wouldnt have to take our son out in the sub zero temps.
The facility is beautiful, but we were disappointed to learn of the $17 parking fee for guests and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of being at MOA and did enjoy the bar. The chips with dips was a delicious nighttime snack.
Had a work even held here and the atmosphere was simply amazing. The staff were very professional and very polite.
Fantastic upscale hotel in a wonderful location connected to the Mall of America. The rooms, lobby and overall whole hotel are clean and modern. Obviously pricey but if you are looking for a very nice hotel with plenty around to do, then go Radisson Blu
Super easy access to the MOA and very friendly staff.
I don't knownwhy you'd stay anywhere else?
The rooms were clean, lobby and facilities were modern and well designed. It was strange that there was a wanna-be secret service agent complete with the Ray bans and ear piece standing every 10 feet. i felt like they were waiting on ISIS to attack.
Good hotel. Nice location, comfortable room, good view
Too much just to sleep there. The parking fee was inconvenient.
Great place. Wonderful atmosphere. Didn't have a hot tub at the pool area.
Beautiful hotel. Clean and classy. Perfect to visit the mall.
The Radisson Blu was one of the best hotels that I have had the pleasure of staying at. It is conveniently connected to the Mall of America, making the shopping and attractions a breeze to get to. The room was clean and had welcoming, yet current, decor. There was a small refrigerator and safe for our (mine and my husband's) use and the bathroom and the room was spacious. Amenities such as lotion, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, etc. were supplied. I was extremely impressed with the guest service. The soda machine took my change and would not give me my beverage. Upon calling the front desk, they brought up some soda and were more than generous in accomodating us. The customer service was superb. I must note that breakfast at the Radisson was one of the best that I have ever had. The waiter was attentive and had our beverages filled immediately. The fresh-squeezed orange juice was delicious. I had a very pleasant experience at the Blu and would love to go back and stay again.
Clean rooms and secure facility. Room card required to get to all guest room areas. Great location of sky bridge to mall.
I just went to a MOA birthday celebration in a ballroom area, it was pretty
We had a lovely stay after a military ball in this hotels banquet hall. The ball was beautiful and the staff catering were very sweet. Then the next day your connected to the mall so no need to carry your winter coat through the mall and can drop off your packages so it had many benefits with this stay!
Nice place but quite expensive. Also, there was no door on the shower. Felt weird.
Decent modern accommodations. Bed was a bit hard though. Internet was lacking good service.
Nice area for a wedding on the second floor. Servers were kind of rude, but not a deal breaker.
Room was clean, food was great, great atmosphere. Paid parking -1 star.
It was pretty nice! Proximity to the mall of America was unbelievable. Comfy beds, fridge in room, transportation to the airport. It's a good stay!
We went to dinner at Fire Lake. As always our service was excellent! We had the bison ribeye and salmon. Both dishes were cooked well and quite tasty. Drinks were STIFF!
Beautiful hotel, modern decor. Cleanliness 8 out of 10. Beds very firm and a bit lumpy 6 out of 10. Staff 10 out of 10 very friendly, attentive, professional.
The staff was very helpful super nice and I would definitely go back
It was one of the best experiences . Great customer service
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here the room was awesome the staff was very polite Amanda the concierge went above and beyond helping us understand light rail system from here to the stadium we can't say enough good things thank you very much
My husband and I got married on August, 29th 2020 near Minneapolis. Two days prior to the wedding, we had to switch our block of rooms and rehearsal dinner from downtown Minneapolis to Bloomington. Kate was absolutely incredible to work with! We expressed the bind and time crunch we were in and she helped us secure a block of rooms for our guests AND plan a rehearsal dinner at FireLake; all within a couple hours! We are beyond thankful for the entire staff at Radisson Blu Mall of America for all that they did for our wedding weekend. Thank you!!
The rooms and staff are amazing and if you are hungry there is something here for everyone!! And the bar is beautiful but a little pricey. All in all awesome. Experience
The room was nice the view boring building tops. So large you get lost in the hallway need arrows saying this way to elevator. The evening snack on the 13 th floor we paid extra for was like bar food. Nothing inspiring. They should take a look at what the grand hyatt in Tampa does for evening snack. Love the fact it is connected to the Mall of America. Nice but to modern and sterile. Time to add art and plants to give it a cozy feel.
Had a nice stay at the Radisson Blu last weekend. There was quite a line at check in but they worked through it quickly. The walkway to the mall is really convenient. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the amenities. My only disappointment was the "business class" breakfast. Aside from the pastries and coffee I didn't feel like any of the food was very tasty. Would have been better to just go out into the mall for something to eat.
Friendly staff, plentiful albeit tight parking, classy building design, and a direct connection to the mall via Skyway... Which is very convenient.
Beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Super comfy beds. Clean rooms. Love the easy access to tbe mall.
This is a first class venue- excellent food and service, a first rate facility. I didn't know Radisson had such a classy, comfortable and friendly hotel. We are staying here from now on when flying in and out of the Twin Cities.
When I decided to check-out early, they were very understanding and professional. I am definitely going back
Went for a business party and stayed overnight. Loved it!
I've been here a few times for business dinners, all good. Was at a wedding reception at Blu last night. Great time, great facilities, great staff.
Having the hotel directly connected to the MOA is so convenient.
I was at the Radisson Blu for a 3 day conference. The hotel rooms were nice, the conference accommodations were great, and the food was FANTASTIC!! Conference food usually isn't good, but this was amazing. I kept hoping someone I know would get married there so I could get the food again! The staff was also all very nice. Highly recommend just for the food alone!!
Nice clean hotel, love the direct access to the mall
Radisson Blu feels like a slightly more upscale version of your typical hotel experience. I don't really have anything negative to say.
Reserved room weeks in advance. Check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 6pm. Was told they did not have a room for me, and to sit and wait. They would text me when a room was available. After waiting for 45 minutes, I went back to the front desk and the receptionist said oh sorry, I wrote your phone number down wrong, your room has been ready the whole time. Despite me sitting in front of her waiting this whole time, she said nothing to me for 45 minutes. Room was dirty. Sheets had holes in them. Missed our reservations in town that night due to this mishap. I ve contacted the hotel and customer service for Raddison numerous times since then, and no one has contacted me back to discuss these issue and make things right.
Room was nice and attached to the mall. Small pillows in the bed which was not as nice. Other than that. No complaints
Front desk staff very helpful. Easy to find room and the room was spacious and comfortable.
Very nice and stylish hotel. Price was a little high but the convenience of having the hotel right next to the MOA makes up for it.
Very nice clean hotel. Attached to the Mall of America, so plenty of shopping within walking distance.
Actually, still checked in at the hotel. Service is really great and proximity to the mall/restaurants can't be beat. Jordan at front desk has called me by name every time I've seen him this week. Very impressive! I rated 3 stars because the wifi is awful! This is one of my company's preferred hotels yet the wifi goes up and down every 3-5 min. SUPER frustrating when trying to prep for work the next day. This is a big deal for business client.
It has become a little worn if you would like my honest opinion. The staff was friendly and accomadating but the corporation takes a nominal deposite in which they take far too long to return. The room I had looked reasonanle however I expected something much more trendy and upscale.
Very busy. Took a while to check in. Not a lot of room for drop off. Very nice lobby. Clean spacious rooms.
Stayed for a work party. Rooms were nice and big. Lots of room to move around decent views of Bloomington. Bed was a little more diem than I would like but still comfy enough to sleep on. I would stay again. Nice quick access to the mall for shopping and dining
Great location very accessible to the Mall of America highly recommend if you have small children. They also have a shuttle that will take you to a local Walmart so you can get snacks and supplies. Food in the restaurant is delicious and the movie theater in the mall sometimes has a $5 movie day all day. Make sure you call and reserve the shuttle to and from the airport or else you might be stuck having to take Uber or Lyft. If you take Transportation into downtown Minneapolis use Lyft.
So clean, so pretty. The restaurant had yummy food too! I was just at a conference at Radisson Blue that they catered food - it was phenomenal.
We stayed here this weekend for a Bachelorette party. The rooms are not worth $261.00 at all. I should've stayed across the street for half that. The beds are lumpy. I had asked 3 times and confirmed that the amenity we requested be in the room at check in. It was not. I was told it would be there at 5, it was not. And when we returned later that evening again we still had not received it. Was disappointed. At check out, we put the room on two visa cards and I get home and my account was charged the full room price. Which I had to call and get straightened out and call backs. I will not recommend staying here to anyone. Only convenience is it's attached to MOA.
Very disappointed for the price. Service was great but the rooms not worth the expense will choose a different hotel chain next time I visit.
Location is excellent with the mall if you don't have to leave. Getting in and out of the hotel is a Hassel and the room we were in was small, no dresser. The bathroom is awkward with very little places to set anything. It does have very good room service, and the rooms were clean.
Really great hotel nice rooms, friendly staff and nice amenities. Also attached to the mall for all your shopping needs!
******Update******** After posting my original negative review, the Director of Housekeeping, Chris Fernlund, reached out to me to me about my experience. He was very genuine and offered a sincere apology, without an excuse. I have a feeling our experience is a rare instance and we just happened to be there on someone's "off day". Either way, Radisson Blu Mall of America has made it a point to change our opinion of them. Very appreciated! Great customer service! **************
We stayed at the Radisson Blu Mall of America for one night this past weekend. When entering our room, we immediately noticed an overwhelmingly strong scent of men's cologne throughout the entire room. It was so potent that it actually caused a headache. We were hoping the smell would fade, which it never did. Despite the smell, the room appeared clean. However, within a few moments of being on the tiled floor in both the entry area and the bathroom, I noticed that my shoes were physically sticking to the tile. There wasn't anything visible on the tile, however there was an obvious coating of something as you could not only hear the suction with each step you took, but you could feel it as you stepped. I had debated on contacting the front desk to inform them of both of these issues but decided against it since it was a busy Friday night and we had already waited about 30 minutes in a line at the check-in desk and needed to get going to the holiday party we were attending. We figured since we were basically only sleeping in our room that it wasn't worth the hassle.
Unfortunately, our bad experience didn't end there. We were woken up by housekeeping entering our room the following morning. They knocked and entered almost simultaneously, never allowing us a chance to respond that we were in the room (sleeping!). They quickly exited, however, they came back an additional TWO times, all before 10:45 am, despite a 12 noon check out time. I could understand their urgency to clean our room had we been there for several days or had we been there beyond checkout time, but to come three separate times (walking in twice), is unacceptable when it was still early and we had only checked in the evening before. Very disappointed with our stay at Radisson Blu Mall of America and have no intentions of returning, nor recommending this hotel. We stayed at a 3-star Holiday Inn only 2 nights later for another function and found that to be a far better experience.

Feeble rain shower aside, this niche branded property has all the mainstays of a mainline chain hotel capable of hosting small meetings and a fun visit to MOA.
Beautiful location! Unlike anything I have seen before.
We stayed one night as part of a stay-cation. We stayed in a king room and got the cabin fever promotion which included a complementary breakfast at Firelake. Breakfast was full-service and delicious. Our room as spacious and came with full-size, plush towels and robes. It took a while for us to get the fridge to cool, and wished the rainfall shower had a door or more of a glass wall to make it less drafty. The valet and desk staff were always more than willing to help and were working to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Great rooms. Good service but the pool area and the showers are slippery
