Great hotel with lots of access to everything in the area.
Great hotel with lots of access to everything in the area.
Amazing hotel. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed
Great hotel to stay in, we had a family reunion there. They went above and beyond for our family. They made a mistake with charging us, so they corrected the problem and gave us breakfast on them the days we were staying their. Next time we're in the area would stay again. Love that they also have easy access to the mall too.
Great banquet facility! Professional servers, great food and wonderful atmosphere made our event amazing.
Rooms were great, service was pretty good (we did not need much). The hotel is connected to the mall so that is a plus. parking is a absoulte nightmare any time you are trying to park at night. Have not been back in a while but valet parking does not have anything listed and the guy did not say anything about the price but then a $30 fee was added when we checked out.
Booked a night for my mom and dad to visit, for my mom's birthday. The room was amazing, and the young lady at the check out counter was so nice. Gave them a room on the 11th floor with a pretty view, and free breakfast and drinks, as well as free parking. She was very sweet as well. My parents say they LOVED the room and really enjoyed their stay.
Good location near airport and mall, rooms are exactly what you would expect. Great bar and service
The lobby is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The check in clerk was rude, however. There was no microwave in the room and no hot tub or sauna available. The clocks are set ahead in the pool room. Honestly not worth the money.
Bar was great for late night drinks and the room was nice for a night away.
Attended an evening event here. Convenient location attached to the Mall of America.
Hotel is located next to the Mall of America with direct access to the mall. Lobby is tastefully decorated and staff was friendly and attentive.
Room was clean, bathroom a bit small and lacking storage space for clothing. Shower is a rain type and is very accommodating for taller folks.
Hotel has a very good restaurant but is a bit pricy. Overall a very nice place to stay for your mall of America visit.
Great food, best pancakes you'll ever have, and the service and courtesy to the customer is impeccable
We had a dirty room and broken lamp in our room. Not worth the$$
Went here for a corporate event. Catering and drinks selection was top-notch. Event space was a good match for my employer's event. Parking was a little tight, but given the size of our crowd, that's no real surprise.
Hotel staff was not helpful, room was missing coffee and condiments, parking charged us too much. Very disappointed for a high-end hotel.
Great place to hit aafter work for yummy apps and good drinks. Great liquor selection.
We stayed on the 11th floor and had a beautiful room with a wonderful rain shower!
Beautiful, welcoming, and convenient! We stayed in this outstanding hotel to celebrate my 13 year old's birthday. Scott was so kind at the front desk. He gave us a coupon for Crave after I told him our dinner plans. He also had smores delivered to our room for the bday. Room service was excellent! Melissa was friendly and upbeat as she extended our check out time to 1pm. Charlie was a gem and patient when storing our bags so we could go shopping before packing up our car. It was a perfect experience! Thank you!
I stopped by the Radisson Blu to inquire about a possible stay there and was given very useful information by very helpful staff. The lobby and warm, inviting, and very well kept. It made a great impression but unfortunately it was not within my budget!
Had a room on the 12th floor with a nice view and the room was very nice. Was very nice being connected to the mall.
This hotel is very nice and it's connected to the mall of America, we love it.
I was very disappointed and the air-conditioner and heat the temperature only goes up to 7now to save energy. I was very disappointed that there was in a hot tub in the room or in the pool area. I feel like they need pictures that people can see of the rooms because they wasn t that special for the hotel to be so expensive. I do like the fact that it is connected to the mall of America. I love the fact that there is a restaurant inside. I love the fact that it was somewhere to sit in the lobby real romantic to take pictures if you wanted to. Disappointed that you had to take escalator or elevator to the other side where you take another elevator to get to your hotel rooms. I got a honeymoon suite including breakfast every morning which was really great just a little disappointed in a said they bought food will be at my room at the same time it was 45 minutes late. I love the view outside from my bedroom. just feel like I should I had more space between it was a honeymoon suite.
Excellent food! Visiting someone at the hotel and saw their room. Absolutely beautiful! The lobby is fantastic as well. I felt like I was in a glacier.
A bit too expensive, and right at 12am are keys deactived. If there wasn't a maid cleaning we wouldn't got in. But it seemed like lots of people were having th4 same problem.
Weak staff at desk. Plus my wife is a Radisson member but still I felt like I was just a number in line, oh and there was only 2 of us in line. So staff was far from busy. Way to lose my business Blu
I was at the Radisson Blu for a fundraising event and it seemed like it went off without a hitch. The ballroom was on the 2nd floor and nicely laid out with several bars and the event was crowded but not overwhelmingly so. Staff was very professional, though the coat check was understaffed.
Went to a wedding at the Radisson Blu and it was top notch!
Everything is awesome here!! best place to stay in Bloomington.
Went to a dinner for a work event here. Beautiful venue with great staff.
We had a very short stay there but would have loved it too have been longer. So very nice.
Food is delicious, staff is nice and the facility is gorgeous.
Great place to stay at and it's nice that it is connected to the Mall Of America. The Fire Lake restaurant they have is great too.
I am giving this hotel a 4 because it was clean and extremely convenient. Convenient being the key contributor to the four stars. The pricing is rather high. If you want to save $50+ per night the Hilton across the street has a comparable room and the staff was friendlier. On that note staff here was mediocre at best. They work in hospitality and there was nothing hospitable about the staff. I got a fake smile from the lady at the front desk which immediately turned to a scowl the moment I stepped away. I could tell she wasn t in a great mood the moment I walked up so I tried to make small conversation and she either gave 1 word responses or ignored me all together only trying to rush and check me in. There was no line behind me and in fact were only a handful of people in the lobby at all just lounging on the left side no where near the desk so not sure what that was all about. I had a business suite and they offer complimentary wine and snacks In the evening. Sounded great until I walked in 10 minutes after they opened and the snacks had all been combed thru. Open to anyone with dirty fingers and people in there crowed shoulder to shoulder coughing and sneezing. I just turned around and grabbed a water from the mini fridge before heading right out. The room as stated was just average but was very clean so stars for that as well. Overall, I would recommend again for convenience only. Just don t have your hopes or standards set too high.
Had an experience that made me feel devalued and under appreciated. The facility was nice!
It's very upscale looking with nice staff. They have a convenient location attached to the mall with a skyway attached to the parking garage to take you across the street if you have a craving for Ihop. The signage on how to get around it could be better though. We got a little lost.
Awesome lounge w/extremely knowledgeable bar keepers. High class environment.
One of the larger event centers around. Definitely a luxurious experience. Can get busy though in the lobby with regular guests if you are here for a private event
Great location with clean rooms and nice amenities. Can't beat the proximity to the MoA. Decor is nice with fun chairs in the lobby. Would stay here again.
Great hospitality, extremely clean rooms, Awesome staff!
The staff have been amazing, so friendly and helpful. Down side is the $12/parking fee, and no hot tub in the pool. Also, although there is a restaurant in the hotel, there were no comp coupons for breakfast or even a discount at the bar. Which is sad, we would have eaten there, but instead walked over to the mall.
Pros: (1) SUPER beautiful hotel room (2) great MN views (3) super great service (4) gorgeous pool
Cons: (1) Could not get the heat to stay on to save our lives. We even called to have someone check out the thermostat, which ended up shutting the little heat coming out of the vents off for the night. We basically froze our everything off. This is a huge problem when it's below 20 deg outside! (2) The pool area was FREEZING. The water temperature was fine, but the actual room that the pool was in did not make using the saline pool a pleasurable experience.
If you're up for freezing in the cooler months for over $100 a night, this is the place for you.
Attended a conference and the experience was great.
The hotel is very accommodating and right beside the mall of America. There is always something to do without having to drive.
Not impressed! The bathroom door had no lock and the shower is wide open, it does not close. We called to the front desk to get an extra towel and never received one. For the price of the hotel, I expected more. The breakfast, which is not included, is outrageous in price. The only good thing is the convenience of the mall access. This place is way over priced. You have to pay for parking which is $16 a night! Guests should not have to pay to park at the hotel they are staying at. The reading lamps in the room did not work. This was our first stay at this hotel and our last.
Loud, unruly teenagers acting up for attention and to harass, security/police slow to respond. Gigantic venue, very expensive . Very clean with fabulous assortment of shopping
It was really nice to stay at the MOA and be able to go back to the hotel in-between. The only disappointment is the lack of a hot tub!
Attended a work function. The facilities were spacious and the staff was very attentive. Overall experience was excellent.
I was visiting a friend who was staying here. The hotel looked nice but the quality wasn't as nice. We were not loud at all but we had a noise complaint at 1030. Walls were way too thin.
Conveniently located with a walkway to the MoA. Staff is friendly and there's a fantastic bar. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds. They keep bees on the roof, and harvest honey for their restaurant and bar! Fitness center is available, along with spa options.
Everyone one was great, interacted with our kids and insured they also had a great experience.
Great location, near the airport, and its literally attached to Mall of America. Clean, great service. I just hated the bed/pillows. Uncomfortable and noisy as you move while lying down. There were 4 of us that took a while to sleep.
It was amazing!! I loved how the room was connected to the mall. Room service breakfast, dinner, and drinks were fantastic as well!
We attended a work party at Radisson Blu. The venue was beautiful. Food was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful place for a party.
Tried to put zero stars but I guess google allows one to be the lowest rating: Had a reservation for 2 nights Saturday and Sunday night. My wedding was on Saturday. I got multiple e-mails saying how excited they were to have us. I check in around 2am Sunday morning. I am exausted from being up for 20 hours and not getting a lot of sleep the night before since I was excited for my wedding day. I was told my room wasn't available and they had me go to the Hyatt instead. I said it is my wedding night. They said how sorry they were and they would pay for stay (we ended up staying at Radison Sunday night). As my dad used to tell me: Radison you guys are "a day late and a dollar short." I will never pay a dime toward your hotel and will tell everyone I know about what happens. (I know a lot of people and work in an environment where I talk with hundreds of people a day.) You guys blew it.
We left this morning and we miss our hotel room. I've never said this before. The cleanliness is most important and it was! Friendly from day one! Everyone from shuttle, front desk, housekeeping deserve a raise! Lol. Hope to get back soon.
Didn't stay long enough to enjoy the amenities but the staff seem very friendly and the room was very spacious and clean. Wish we could of stay longer...
They put my wife and I on the top floor since it was a weekend away from kids. It was a very nice room and very very quiet! Love this place. Will go back again.
Beautiful property. Great staff. Convenient location
Perfect meat and cheese platter, very nice 8ce staff.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, and you can feel it since you're at the reception. Moreover, rooms are clean and large, with TV, WiFi and all possible comfort. Buffet breakfast.
Personnel at reception is friendly and fully available to reply at your questions. This hotel is just out of the Mall of America, and to the skyway tram
The location is amazing. Connected to the mall and has a restuarant/bar right there. The whole experience is great. The rooms are nice, have their own fridge so you can store food and very spacious.
I love to dinner at The Fire Lake restaurant. Some of the drinks are overpriced in my opinion. Some of them are priced just right. If you get the bison, I recommend medium rare. I had a buddy that ordered medium and it was just a little too chewy.
The Hotel was nice, but the service was poor at best. Rooms weren't ready on time, the food at the restaurant wasn't good. A lot has changed since we stayed there a year ago. Wouldn't recommend staying here.
This Radisson is not like other Radisson hotels. This is not a 4 star hotel. The location is great being connected to the mall, and the lobby is beautiful, but everything else was disappointing for what I would expect from a Radisson. The beds are not comfortable at all, all 4 of us in both rooms struggled getting a good night's sleep. It's also not soundproof not even slightly. You could hear everything as if your door was wide open. The bedding was less than desirable as well. The pillow was nice though. For the price, id never book here again. It's definitely not like other Radisson hotels. Save your money. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was the location and nothing was dirty. Really really disappointed as I paid more money to stay here thinking I'd at least have a really comfortable bed...
I was a vendor at the Forever Bride Market,, so my experience will be a little different from anyone elses. I didnt see much outside of the ballroom or have much interaction with the main staff. It is a good place for an event like the one I participated in.
Great prices very friendly staff and very clean rooms whole experience was phenomenal
Attended a wedding and reception at the Radisson Blu and the experience was fantastic. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accomodating. Food and waitstaff were great. The atmosphere was nice for the wedding and the large event room held several hundred people and was spacious enough for a big dance floor. Parking is not available directly next to the venue but we were offered a shuttle to our parked car.
Beautiful hotel, incredibly convenient if you go to the Mall of America. Friendly staff, very clean. Loved it
This hotel only gets 1 star for having a walk way to Mall of America other than that it s not worth it. The sheets have holes in it, the carpet is super outdated, the rooms have this awful funky smell, and it just makes you feel dirty. Someone else wrote a review about it being dirty and they are 100% correct. Didn t feel comfortable using the shower so my family used flip flops as shower shoes. Definitely over priced for what it has to offer. Even thought about asking for a refund as soon as we saw the room. So much hype for this hotel but it doesn t support the hype. Also the pool looks so gorgeous in pictures but it looks completely different in person. Recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel in La Crescent MN and this hotel was wayyyy cheaper, super updated, felt clean, clean to sleep in, & included breakfast. Definitely not coming back and if I were you I would only stay here for the location. JW Marriot has a walkway to Mall of America and I m 100% sure that it would be better than this hotel. I d book their or pay for parking and make the drive. You still have to pay 17 for parking and 27 for valet.
The hotel was fabulous! The rooms were very clean and and stylish and the staff was helpful and attentive. The bar had good drinks. It was wonderful to have a hallway connected right to the mall so we did not have to worry about parking or going outside.
This hotel is located up against the MoA with good public transportation access via the Blue Line. The rooms are pretty clean and service was good. The wifi was a tad spotty, although all other amenities were fine--the fitness center is spacious with a good selection of machines and free weights. Self-parking is $16 / night.
When going to the hotel to check on a room reservation I was treated in such a rude manner. Lori specifically talked down to me as if I did not belong there. She would not even let me into the lobby to make the appropriate enquiries. I don t know what she said to her manager, but he was no more polite than she was.
Due to the way I was treated we will not be staying here. We took our three week stay elsewhere. If any charges from this hotel appear on the corporate card, it will be disputed, and removed. Furthermore in the next board meeting I will make the strong recommendation that all corporate travel refrain from utilizing this hotel in future.
I am sure this will just get a generic Call customer service response, then be ignored. However this is just as much for others to know how rudely I was treated as it is for the management.
