Horrible service. Waited 15 minutes to be waited on in the bar. Several servers walked by us to pick up the tabs from other tables. Didn't acknowledge us. This has happened another time while we've been there . We left after 20 minutes. Very unaccommodating. Marroit is hands above Radisson Blu. Won't go back.

It was nice! I did not however like the blanket they provide. It's very light and thin. I suggest bringing a blanket with if you are like me who prefers cozy weighted feeling!

My father, daughter and I stayed at this hotel several weeks ago while my father was receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. He is disabled and the hotel was not accommodating at all with his disabilities. They refused numerous request to assist him with breakfast or to assist him with access to his vehicle. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times but will not return after the way they treated my father. It was both humiliating and embarrassing. Tony

Awesome room. Plenty of lights, USB ports galore. Bedding was awesome. Shower temp great. Maybe get an updated (lightning cable) alarm clock. Got free breakfast for mentioning celebration of a birthday.

Super convenient location. Rooms are nice. Woth it if you're going to the mall.

I'm part of a group and I was supposed to get a special rate however they aren't willing to book at the special rate and they all want to upsell me a different rate.

So Google asked me what my opinion is of the Radisson Blu Mall of America. My answer is AWESOME! And for what it's worth, I'm not a mall guy. But I'm here for a wedding and this place is great. Right now we're having a pretty loud party in my Uncle's room. And no complaints yet, compared to the same exact thing I've dealed with at several Marriot hotels with the same people. We always get complaints, and I've been all over the country going to family weddings. You can't hear anything next door. This company seriously knows how to make a nice hotel that can accommodate anyone for anything. Radisson all the way! I've said this for years. Thank you!

Hotel is stylish. Some minor inconveniences made the stay not great. Probably great for most travelers.

Wow what a great place. You can't beat the convenience and the location and oh yeah it's connected to the Mall of America. Rooms are great and the blu theme is very nice. We will be back.

The hotel was aesthetically appealing and navigable; rooms were comfortable and well-stocked; pool was small, but pleasant, and the fitness room was very well-equipped. The greatest downside of the hotel was the in-house restaurant/bar. Food and drinks were outrageously priced and the bar closed at midnight, which was too early for us as well as the 4 or 5 other guests we watched the staff turn away before midnight.

Let me first say that this hotel is very nice. I m not here to bash them by any means. Hotel Valet takes over for the 3rd party valet they use at night and early morning. I called down to have my car brought out about 30-45min before I was leaving. The hotel front desk which is also valet at this time said no problem. Within that time period they couldn t find my key, didnt call me to double check, didn t ask what the vehicle looked like, or anything like that. So after 45 min I go down and see a Mercedes out front parked. I walk out and the guy is about ready to give me the keys to this brand new Mercedes without even checking if it s mine, which it wasn t. I told them what it looked like and for 30min he was running around trying to find my van and I finally had to go back to valet parking and show him after being denied back there twice by him originally. We missed our flight by 2-3 minutes back home. Key takeaway points: Almost gave me someone else s car, lack of organization, lack of experience, and lack of accountability. The hotel staff blamed it on the 3rd party company but I 100% know it was the hotel now. The valet team was great and the manager called me and cared enough to know what happened. I was told the hotel would call me but they never reached out which is why I m writing this 1 star review. They said they would reach out to me and have not.

Love this venue! We bring our Mirror Me Perfect Selfie Photobooth business to the Blu for a multitude of functions from weddings, Corporate events, Birthday parties, Galas and Bridal Fairs and have had an AMAZING experience Every Time!!! It's a Great location! The staff is TOP NOTCH! The venue is GORGEOUS! That's a Powerful Combo to pass up!!! Book an event space at the Radisson Blu for your next Function... you will never go anywhere else again!!

Had some issues with the reservation. Asked for King size bed and found they had booked double Queen. When I asked for change to King they said it wasn't available. Called travel agency and they showed King. Was able to get the King through the travel agency. Just a little frustrated that the hotel said King bed wasn't available. Room was nice. Walk-in shower instead of tub/shower combination was a surprise. No complimentary breakfast was available either.

I liked the fact it was connected to the MoA. We did not have to carry our jackets and we could bring our packages up to the room. Parking is kind of silly tho. Doors slamming all night long is no fun either. We did not eat at the restaurant but it seemed pricey.

Nice room, well appointed and a good view overlooking the Minnesota River valley. Only negative is that the room got a bit stuffy. Even with the air conditioning running, the bed sheets felt damp all night. Aside from that, it was a nice stay.

This is our 2nd stay in the last 6 years. Thr hotel has not changed since it opened when we stayed originally. The front desk staff are pleasant but the cleaning staff only do light cleaning. We found dirty underwear and a bunch of candy under our beds. Rest of the room "surface area" was clean. Being connected to mall is great, and almost worth the price.

Very modern. Not super family friendly, but very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Really nice place - definitely worth that its attached to the mall of america. If you get tired you can go and relax in between spending all your money til you're bankrupt!

The atmosphere is great and so modern. Really enjoyed it.

Elegant with a fun futuristic architectural twist that's appeasing to all ages. A lot of bang for your buck. Convenient with easy access to the MOA, the staff are always right there to help in any way and go above and beyond time and again, plus its one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in right down to disinfecting and providing sanitary remote control covers, spotless bathrooms, and crisp clean bedding. One of my favorite places for a unique getaway.

Great location. Booked through priceline so the price was great.

It's a bummer they now charge for overnight paid guest. The "classes" for the amount you stay has changed where we were in the elite club, we are no longer. Just a different experience in all not sure if we'll be going back.

I was working with a crew here so I can only speak to what I saw. Friendly employees and other vendors, beautiful space for galas and other events!

Had a work event here that spanned a large conference room and the adjacent bar area. Food was excellent, the variety of planned events and direction from the staff was top-notch, and it was easy to get to, park, and fin our way around the event. Excellent overall!

Rooms were sleek, beautiful and modern. Staff friendly and personable even though they were very busy during check in.

Came back to my room on my second night at 4:45pm and the housekeeper was just starting it.

So after a full day at the Mall of America, I am forced to sit in the lobby because according to the front desk "MMM ya, we are behind in cleaning that room type"

Behind isn't 5pm.

That's just lazy. Or cutting staff so badly to save money and hoping nobody notices.

Great place, convenient, and dont have to go outside to go to the Mall of America

Great environment and location. Not sure if the hotel catered the work party, but the food was less great considering how fancy the place was. Great valet service too.

Very nice hotel and extremely clean. However with how much everything costs and what we paid for the room you'd think a brand new hotel like this would have doors to their rooms that don't slam! My god, all night I could hear everyone's doors up and down the hallway all night closing at all hours. Needless to say I got zero sleep. Why are these room doors not soft closing?? Why do they slam?? Don't stay here if you actually want to get sleep. Seriously other than that it has been very nice. I just hate when my sleep gets messed with.

Just a wonderful place. The mall of America is down the hall.

Super clean room, staff was really nice and front desk held onto my luggage while I went out for an interview. Sheets weren't very soft or comfortable, no continental breakfast unfortunately. Otherwise, a nice hotel.

Conference rooms were clean and the projectors were clear. Food was good

Went to the Radisson Blue late on a Thursday at about 11pm. Parking was expensive if your not a guest so we parked in the malls lots and walked over. The bar itself was nice but felt a little cramped. From the outside it looks like it will be big and open but it's on the second floors and not really any windows that I noticed. The drinks were there and about $5-7 for beers and $10-15 for cocktails. Overall it was good, but not outstanding.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff is nice, the hotel is secured and seems safe. However the air condition in room is not too reliable. We stay 2 nights and need 2 technician to check the themostate since cold air is blowing out when the heat is on (in winter). Otherwise, it is not a bad choice.

I chose this hotel because of the convenience of being connected to the Mall of America. It was expensive with no breakfast, no water bottles, no microwave, no daily room service. I m most disappointed in the cleanly ness of the hotel. The carpet in the hallway had not been cleaned in quiet awhile (we were there 4 days and 3 nights and I saw the same straw and trash the whole duration of our stay). The room was not cleaned well either especially being in a pandemic. I have included photos below. The check in receptionist was not friendly or accommodating. She stated your room is ready but it will cost you $50 to check in now . So we took our luggage to the mall and paid for lockers until check in time. Kinda put a bad taste in my mouth to stay our stay in Minnesota.

Stayed the night in this hotel so the kids (9-6) could visit the MOA. Hotel is nice however the pool for the kids is HORRIBLE!

Kids had a great time however after only 30 minutes they're poor eyes were burning due to the excessive use of chlorine in the water and not the right chemicals to counter it.

My kids had a horrible night with their eyes burning last night. My son wanted to try again this morning to show me what he had learned. I told him that his eyes would burn and at 6 y/o couldn't grasp what was about to happen.

He was in from 9-9:30 and after that it was all over. We spent the day at the MOA and he was horrible! His eyes would burn the rest of the day until about 4 pm!

I felt horrible that I could only give him a cold towel (bathrooms have NO PAPER TOWELS!!!) We had to go eat at a restaurant and ask them for a cold wash cloth and they helped graciously.

I will never return due to this pool as I know they will do nothing to change it and refuse to allow my children to suffer like this. I FELT HELPLESS! IT'S NOT A GREAT FEELING! I LOVE MY CHILDREN AND COULD DO NOTHING!

Would not go again. Stood in line for 20 minutes to get checked in, then got told they overbooked our room (double queen). They offered an exchange to a king with a pull out, got to our room and there was no pull out couch, just a single king. Went all the way back to the desk to get it figured out...again...and finally got what we were promised: a king with a pull out. The room was great, I have no issues there, but staff training and booking practices need to be fixed. I had my room paid for 2 months early, and it wasn't available when the time came, just an overall frustrating experience.

Super stylish! Friendly staff, convenient access to MOA through the skywalk. Only one set of elevators, and they're the only way to get to higher levels, which is a bit of a pain if you're shy the very end of the hall.

Great location attached to the mall and friendly staff. Good place for a shopping vacation.

Very nice hotel. Food at Fire Lake was delicious. Our room was clean but both bed mattresses were hard.

During covid they can't hold luggage anymore but have no problem letting housekeeping walk into rooms unannounced with nothing happening. Kinda messed up

We really like this hotel. It's nice, clean, and has friendly and helpful staff. Each Blu is a little different, which gives it a slightly boutiquey feel.

The important parts though : the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms in the rooms are very nice.

Attended professional event. Staff very professional. Rooms for event we're pleasant and had a feeling of privacy. Parking was excellent and we'll designed in relation to facilities. Clean, pleasant surroundings with gorgeous greenery. Lunch was presented beautifully and professionally. Food was very good.

Their hotel is very nice. I like how the hotel has a sky way to the MOA. Their lobby is very nice and has very cool chairs for kids and grownups.Their pool had a weird odor.

I was at the Radisson Blu for a wedding reception. The hotel itself is new and very pretty. The event space is huge and the staff was great. Only complaint is that valet parking took forever before the event. The intersection out front is designed poorly. If you are in a rush you may find it faster (and free) to just park in the mall and walk through the skyway.

Always love staying here. Very classy hotel. Very convenient that it's connected to Mall of America.

Customer service was awful. Asked for shampoo and conditioner, but never got it waited over an hour. Got to our room there was dirty q tips still in there on the floor went to make coffee but there was none in there told this to the front desk they didn't seem to care. Valet parking the gentleman where very nice and did an awesome job!

Hotel was really nice, they had to remake our room keys because when they were scanned into the elevator the elevator took us to the wrong floor and just stayed there without opening the doors. Other than that the hotel was really nice

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with two kids. Location is perfect. Staff is friendly. Everything was great.

Great staff, super accommodating and very friendly. Plus the suites are the perfect size for getting ready before a wedding day, able to fit your whole bridal party + hair and makeup artists + photographer + moms... I suggest ordering breakfast off the menu, room service will make sure you have less to clean up at the end of the morning!

Radisson Blu felt extremely luxurious being inside of. The amenities seemed great, especially with Mall Of America right on the side. The interior design was extremely done well. If I were a visitor, I'd love to stay at the Radisson Blu.

In my limited experience at Radisson Blu MOA I quite enjoyed myself. My girlfriend's mother was staying there and we spent quite a bit of time in the extremely trendy lobby. They have giant semi hanging chair alcove things that are almost bed-like and filled with leather pillows, that combined with the ethereal blue lighting and geometricly shaped walls, I felt like I was transported to another dimension. I would absolutely go back.

This is my third time staying at the radisson blu @ Moa. I have really no complaints from the first two times I have stayed here, rooms were nice as usual, friendly service, etc. However, this time has been much different. I am currently staying until Friday, last night being my first night. I have received HORRIBLE service from Sydney at the front desk. My mother is here on business and her company had given her a debit card to charge the room on, long story short the card could only hold 500, they needed to put a $600 hold for our 3 nights stay onto said card. When we asked the first time if we could put the rest of the hold under a different card she had told us no it needed to be on one specific card. Finally got it taken care of by using two cards after she had turned us away for check in we waited for 1-2 hours because we couldn't put entire amount on one card. This was not the worst of the problems, the two previous years we were given a room with a bathtub which are indeed very nice, this year being 7 months pregnant I was disappointed to see the room had a walk in shower instead, I realize this may not be a big deal to some but being I am pregnant and we will be staying 3 nights I was bummed. We called and were told there wasn't anything available but we could call tomorrow. (Understandable) I have worked at a hotel for 3 years I understand how it works. We went down today and asked about changing rooms and were help by a wonderful African American woman I am wishing I got her name now. She took care of us and said to come back in a few hours with my mother whom the reservation was under and she would get us in a new room. My mother returned to the front desk later and Sydney was there to help and made a sarcastic remark about how she didn't think a bathtub was that big of a deal. My mother explained that I am pregnant and it would just be nice for us to have, she replied "oh yeah, well pregnant women are like bridezillas all year long". This woman does not know anything about me, we were all very understanding that we may not get switched to a different room and had been more than polite about the situation so to hear about her sarcastic remarks and deal with her unhelpful ways has been a bit of a drag on our trip. We have been switched to a new room and hopefully the rest of our stay is positive. I wonder how she is employed here if she is not polite or respectful towards guests. Sydney you have been quite rude to us and I hope you at least can filter what you say when it comes to other guests.

We stayed with the kids over the long MEA weekend and we had a great time. The hotel is very nice as are the staff. And being at the mall was great because my wife and I could have a few beers without any worry of who would drive. And the kids had a blast at Nikelodeon Universe!

Only reason we stayed here was because of the location. Rooms were pretty cool, nothing extraordinary buissness as usual.
