Tuscany P. sold us windows from Champion and we are very happy with this purchase! We've NEVER had better windows. They are of the best quality. Highly recommend Tuscany's service!!

I have replaced my back door and front door both. There is gap between door and trim but he said it is suppose to be like that, I told him why my other house door is perfectly fit then he answered me that door has something wrong. he called his supervisor and came he explain it should be like this I have convinced. But after the door installed he put the door trim. Side of the door trim and wall has big gap on both door. I told him why this is big gap he said it is suppose to be like that again. i told him to nail. he put some nail on back door trim and front door has same problem . Worst finishing on installation. I feel very bad with spending 7K for the new door even worse than old one. I am not happy at all. I have attached here just two pictures.

I have no words to describe the total lack of professionalism and competence this company has.

The sales representative was very professional and answered all of our questions with full explanations. He was very patience and will to walk us through all the details as long as it took for us to fully appreciate the quality of their products.

He was very detailed and professional and made me very knowledgeable about the products.

John is an excellent service rep, always honest and friendly when in contact with him. Will definitely be in contact with him for future services.

Very professional. From the salesman, to the sub contractor that installed the garage door to the foreman that came out during installation to make sure any concerns would be addressed.

We have 2 small dogs and we wanted a dog door to make life a little more simple. So I called Champion Windows and asked them if they could install a dog door in the sliding glass door? They said yes and sent out a sales person to get all the info. Our sales man was very knowledgeable and quite helpful in solving our need. We got the window installed. It took about 3 weeks to get the dogs to use the new door, but task complete and life is great. Thank you Champion Windows!!

They are totally unprofessional. They accepted a job that later on decided (without speaking with me) not to move forward with it without calling me to inform me of their decision while I was just waiting for them as they said it would take up to 4 weeks before they can come and install the window. If I could give them zero star if it was possible. DON"T HIRE THIS COMPANY. very disappointed

I ordered windows over 8 weeks ago and still waiting for them to be installed. I've called 3 times and they've told me they haven't been delivered. I asked them to check further and they said they would email the factory and they would get back to me. That was last week and I still have not heard from them. This is very frustrating and poor customer service.

To the owner. Thank you for your quick response last week. I still don't have the windows yet, but someone from Champion contacted me. He explained the situation of the delay. I just wanted to say that I really appreciated his phone call.

Today, I chose "Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of Seattle" over their major competitors. We believe the value and the services promised will be the best fit for our home renovation needs. My wife and I were really happy with our sales representative "Greg." His willingness to take the time (overtime) to make sure we reviewed all options to satisfy our "scenarios" comfortably. We look forward to the upcoming stages of our project. The price is right and based on input from some friends who worked with the Champion team in the past, we are confident future posts will be positive even in these trying times (yes, he was conscientious about wearing his mask, following social guidelines and making sure we minimized any contact during the 4 hour presentation).

Measure and order windows. Still waiting on them being built, delivered and installed.

Our sales representative was excellent. He guided us through the process and gave us our quote within min. The quote was reasonable. It was a very easy process and I can't wait till the job is done...I will be posting pictures in 6 - 8 weeks!

Johnn Saechao is very knowledgeable when it comes to windows. I had him over for a quote on a couple of old windows that need replacement. Although I opted to wait till the winter months for this repair I am very impressed with John and will be contacting him without a doubt when it s time to take on this project.

Our representative Avery was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us as window newbies . She helped to guide us in a genuine way that didn t feel pushy, which we really appreciated.

Good company ! My house was serviced quick, and was left spotless. Great customer service was helped by John.

Jared and his team did an outstanding job. From showcasing the different doors available and recommending the best product for my house. To installing them in a very timely and professional way.

Called and setup appointment with champion windows. I took off work and drove 40minutes to meet with sales rep. The rep did not show and did not call. I call the office. I was told they would call the rep and call me back in a few minutes. I waited 30 minutes but no one showed or called and then had to drive 40 minutes back to work.
I call back the next day to find out why I did not receive a call and why the rep did not show. I was told the same thing; the district manager would get back to me in a few minutes. No one ever called back.
This is an unprofessional company. I do not know how they stay in business if they blow off perspective customers.

Sloppy and careless workmanship. Terrible communication, slow to respond (if at all). Wholly unsatisfactory outcome.

Patio door:
- It took 4 attempts to install the lock correctly. It still doesn't work right and feels creaky and crunchy when I turn the mechanism.
- Caulk was smeared in several spots on the patio. The caulking job around the patio door was sloppy and left holes in places.

Bathroom window:
- The window was not installed level! Installer tried to pass it off like the frame of the house wasn't level, but that's nonsense.
- The interior seal wasn't caulked. Even after it was pointed out, the installer still only caulked the sides and the top - I had to caulk the bottom seal myself.

Entry door:
- The threshold is warped and bent.
- The paint around the door knob and deadbolt started chipping the moment the installers left.
- The deadbolt wouldn't fit snugly into the opening, so the opening had to be ground out. It now looks like it's been gnawed at by beavers.

Responsiveness and communication was awful. I repeatedly had to wait for over a week to hear back from anybody, and often had to call and call again to get a response. Sometimes it felt like nobody knew what was going on with my project. At one point, I was supposed to get a whole new sash & lock for the patio door, then I was supposed to get a sash repurposed from another project, and in the end I got no new sash or lock, but rather another lame attempt at a fix.

This project cost me nearly $10,000 and the refund they offered me was $150. For this kind of money, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a higher level of quality, especially from such a high-profile, local company. I'm disappointed in their work and their customer service. I would not recommend Champion to anybody.

I only agreed to it because it's clear you won't provide me with a solution that I actually find agreeable, and I'm tired of dealing with you and your so-called customer service. Understand that I'm not satisfied with the installation work, I'm not satisfied with the customer service, and I'm not satisfied with the resolution. I'm simply done with you guys. Thanks.

Greg was easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and help us to make the right choice.

Measured for siding, won't be done for months, they said 10=12 weeks. Don't send these surveys before jobs are finished or even started. Waiting for repairs for the sunroom.

My husband and I met with Greg to start the initial process of getting windows on our house. We were incredibly nervous to undertake this huge project that we knew was going to be an expensive project. Greg came in and not only educated us on what makes a great window vs just a good window. He laid out all of our options and made our choice easy and made sure we were confident with our decision. He clearly laid out the next steps and walked through every possible situation we could run into with installation. We are happy to say we decided to go with Champion and are excited to see the end result.

We had a great experience working with Jared. He helped us get exactly what we needed for our home. He provided great service and bent over backward to make sure we were satisfied!

This review is regarding Jerad, We first met through an estimate we requested for a door to be put in. He was very polite and professional, yet left a great impression on our family. He knew his products and was very patient with all my questions. He worked with us and for us to get the best products at a great price. After our door purchase, we opted to get new windows because of the care and professionalism that was given to us during the door purchase. The windows were not only a great investment but working with Jerad was like visiting with family.

If you re looking for solid products, professionalism, and wonderful customer service ask for Jerad. This young man is a blessing to work with and very respectful.

Put new windows in over 15 years ago. And they are replacing the window after I had window broken by a bb drive by. For free!!

John was very pleasent to deal with. He is also very knowledgeable in not only windows but with cars as well. He gave us a fair quote for our house with 9 windows. We will be definitely passing his info on to our friends. He always had a smile. The quote was kinda pricey but he showed us the quality of our windows (which are single pane glass from the 90s) verse champions. He even demonstrated how much heat we are losing through the glass. More then likely will be calling him back when we decide to do our windows!

I needed to replace some bad windows, and that's what they did. The process took about a month in total. The actual installation took about 6 hours. The new windows look good and function well. I'll need to live with them for a few months to really get a feel on how they hold up over time, but I think they will do well.

Call John Saechao right naooooow! He s the number one player in the game with the funky last name that will fix your pane...windows that is! Excellent customer service and just an all around good dude! Down to earth, has incredibly soft hands, and a laugh that will warm your spirit. He also loves cars. Oddly enough his favorite car is a PT Cruiser, but I don t hold that against him. Thanks John!

The windows seemed to be of good quality, however the silicone on one of the windows failed.

We invited several window replacement companies to come to our home after the Home Show. We were impressed with the quality of window and the installation process, including the extra insulation around the windows, etc. Decided this was the company for us! However, both the sales person and the official "measurer" told us the windows would be ready for installation in 4-6 weeks. On week 7 (!) after hearing NOTHING from them, I called. "Oh...the scheduler is on vacation until next week..."!
A message was left for him. I called him the following week. "Let me check...your windows are not here yet...I'll call you."

This went on for weeks. We placed our order the end of September. They were ordered early October. NOT installed until week of Dec 10th! Delaying our holiday plans, etc. Also the sliding glas door had sloppy caulking and some places were missed. They had to come back to re-do that job.

Very Unsatisfactory communication! Never any explanation for delays, etc. Will not work with this company again, and we do not recommend them. Expensive project, too!

We used Champion windows for replacement windows of the whole house. We have been very pleased with our choice, what a difference to the old aluminum type! They installed very quickly, efficiently and did great cleanup work. They guarantee everything from the mosquito netting to broken windows. We called them out once after installation to tighten one of the mosquito netting on one of the windows as it appeared that they did not tighten enough. They came out within a couple days and did that fix with no problem. We have had these window going on second year now with no problems. We had a few companies come quote and felt that most of them were overpriced and tried the hard sell, which we did not like.

Roman just finished or 19 window install. We couldnt be happier with the Champion product or the pride Roman took in the install. The project was coordinated by Rod without any hiccups.
Our full siding replacement job starts tomorrow. We cant wait!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We have had nothing but problems with this company from Sales to Installation with Management promising to take care of it with no follow through. This is our second go around and both times the experience was been horrible and our job still isn't done over 8 weeks later. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me - well shame on me I guess. It is sad because their windows are good, but the company is so horrible that I won't bother with them for the rest of the windows I need.

Greg Walfield, Champion's representative, was very nice and helpful. The product looked great, but unfortunately it would not match with the existing windows that we are not replacing. We really appreciated Greg's time and honesty. I would definitely refer him to anyone looking to replace windows. Thank you Greg.

My husband and I had John Saechao come over for a couple quotes on a door and a window. He was very smart and helped us understand the whole process. We will definitely be getting back to him when it s time to do these projects.

The sales agent was quite good but failed to mention the thickness of the windows (3.5 inches) would be a problem for our wood window blinds. We did not want the blinds to be pushed out, or the windows sticking out of the wall too far. They agreed to cancel the contract and refund the 50% deposit, though it took couple phone calls and about 2 weeks to get the refund. Windows look all right, but watch out for the thickness and ask about how they would be installed before you sign the contract.

Best company I ve ever had the pleasure of working with. John s was amazing and he helped guide me through every step of my experience!! If I could give 10stars I would. Next time any one of my friends or family need work done I m sending them to go see John!

We needed a new sliding glass door and new frame and had several estimates and decided on champion.

Averie was the young woman who came to give estimate and she was great and very helpful.
The only thing is, the price was 5k and was imo to high. But they had best service and price.

Both my Sales Rep and Installer were punctual, professional and pleasant to work with. However, after the install was done and we finally got some sunshine, we decided to wash the windows inside and out. That's when we noticed streaks and fingerprints in BETWEEN the window panes. When the afternoon sun hits them, they also put off an unpleasant smell in the house. Outside in our flower bed, were several screws left behind from tearing out the old windows. I've been trying for 3 days to get someone to reply to my service request (you have to do it online). In our technological age, I find it hard to believe nobody is available to contact me and address my concerns. If it were a bid, they'd be here in a flash!

Although I did not purchase. Tuscany s professionalism blew me away. He was really looking at my wants and needs and going the extra mile to help me out as much as he could. When I am ready to make a purchase I will definitely go with Champion. They have the best quality and stand behind their product 100%. Not easy to find that in contractors or home renovators anymore.

My husband and I met with multiple people getting quotes for Windows. We met with Ryan Dowell who is with Champion Windows and we re highly impressed. Ryan called to advise when he was on his way and was very knowledgeable and kind. Ryan was very patient as my husband and I asked lots of questions. Ryan was very through and worked very well with our family and our needs. Ryan was able to give us a quote during his visit and in the end we chose to move forward with Champion Windows. We have not had our windows installed yet however they were prompt to come out and measure our windows. The communication with Champion has been Fantastic. They re always prompt to call or email me back if I have any questions or concerns. I m very excited for our new windows and I will definitely be adding a review as soon as our new windows are installed.

Requested a quote from champion. Came out, took measurements, the salesman was new (admittedly) so he skipped past a lot of the presentation because he wasn t well informed on it. He then presented us with a quote for $30k for 7 windows and a sliding door. If we signed that day would have knocked the price down to $15k.... so is your product work 30k or 15???? Was told they would follow up in a week and it s been almost a month and we still haven t heard from them. Highly disappointed in my experience.

I am extremely impressed with Champion products and services. The windows have some really neat features making them energy efficient, beautiful and easy to maintain. The salesman Greg was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. Lifetime warranty is definitely what seals the deal. I would recommend champion windows over any other company. Five stars!

He even got his engineer on the phone to answer a few of my technical questions that he wanted to verify. Champion did a nice job replacing eight windows in our home this spring. We had no problems from the time of quote to final installation. We received a call three days later to make sure we were satisfied and to let us know to be sure to call if we needed anything else. We found the experience to be handled very professionally and without headache.

This is the second group of windows we are installing through Champion. Our first experience was great and we've had to use the lifetime guarantee already with our special order window. It was a breeze. We are looking forward to the completion of our kitchen windows and new sliding doors.
