Excellent food. The space was well laid out. Modern feel that didn't take over.

Stayed overnight for our anniversary. Great location central to Mall of America. Hotel was busy but not noisy in the rooms. Got room service as well which was amazing - waiter was exceptional.

We went to the Radisson Blu to look at it as a potential wedding venue. It was absolutely amazing and everything you could ever want in a venue!

Horrible customer service. Charged me more than they initially said. I called to find out what went on and I kept getting transferred and sent to voicemails. Horrible horrible horrible.

Awesome cocktails and surprisingly good food. Im a big fan of the "blood and sand" and "tequila old fashioned" and both the walleye cakes and Flatbread where delicious. Great service, lots of space, and even a pool table!

I got a reservation because a delayed flight. The person at the front desk told me that they charge late checkout fees to the airline and that my card would not be charged. Therefore, I requested a late checkout. A few days later I noticed a charge on my card. I called in to dispute the charge and they would not give me a refund. The old bait and switch trick. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about it, but make sure you double and triple check that an employee is not giving you false information.

Had a great stay with my sister and nephews. The front desk were all amazing, especially Tee. They even helped us retrieve some light up balloons that my nephews left in the room. Even though it was small, it made their day to get them back. Thanks for the amazing hospitality Raddison Blu employees!

This is a beautiful place and the staff is awesome, but for someone who has never been here, it is very confusing to find where you are going.

Very nice hotel and love the quick access to the Mall of America. You can also park for free in the mall parking lot and it's a quick walk to the hotel.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. It's connected to the Mall of America so if shopping is your thing, this is the hotel to stay at.

The room was clean and modern. Its restaurant was delicious and offered unique dishes. It is conveniently attached to MOA so you can easily explore the stores and amusement park. I was very impressed with my overall stay!

Stayed for my wife's 30th birthday. Excellent service. Rooms we're fantastic. Love the rainfall shower. Internet was a little slower then expected, and the locked down TV was a little disappointing for the price of the room (no purchasable movies or extras - just "watch TV", and a few hotel marketing items). But it still deserves 5 stars.

The service provided from the women at the front desk were 5 star. My 7 year old daughter woke up each morning asking if Ashley and the "girls" were working. They were so welcoming and their service was the BEST I have ever had in the hospitality industry. Couldn't have asked for anyone better to start our Radisson Blu experience off on the right foot. The scavenger hunt was also a lot of fun for the both of us. Ashley, the "girls" Marty the moose and the memories will last with us forever! Hotel was beautiful, clean, convenient and quiet.

Absolutely nice hotel, located right on site of Mall of America this very modern & contemporary hotel was very well kept and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Will even meet you in mall to grab your shopping bags to then put in room... all so you can continue to shop, have fun, or eat without being bogged down with purchases.

Metro system accessible from Mall to go elsewhere in Minneapolis, MN (like a Baseball game or Football game).

Decent hotel. Clean and well updated. We had a nice stay.

Charged unauthorized hidden fees after I checked out. Contacting them for a refund otherwise a chargeback will follow!
Location is good, large rooms, however plumbing sucks, leaking bath tub faucet makes water pressure weak, shallow sink and tap water doesn't taste good. There is also a funny cow farm like smell in the hallways.
Walls are paper thin you could hear everything in the hallway and noises upstairs.

Great first impression as you walk in.. nice and friendly guest receptionist to check you in as well.... nice decor and clean rooms!!!!!

The rooms were clean and the soap was free. Location is right outside the mall which is nice.

Beautiful and modern hotel. Most of the staff wasn't very nice. They treated my sister and I like we didn't belong or deserved to stay there. I won't go back and wouldn't recommend it. But super easy to get to the mall. Nice rooms

Great experience at Battleground Talkers Tour in ballroom.

We stayed in the business class suite and every minute was an awesome experience from checking in to having drinks at the bar and dinner at the restuarant. Reccommend staying here when you are looking for a place to stay near the mall of America.

Nice hotel aesthetically, the bar there is nice. 2 stars because it was probably the most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Both my wife and I got absolutely brutal night sleep in it. Hard as a rock and you can feel the mattress springs. Not sure if all Radissons have beds like this but yikes guys

My visit was in part to meeting with a guest from out of state for dinner and drinks at the restaurant Firelake. The ambience of the Radisson blu is phenomenal. The restaurant is some place that I have recommended too many people. And a place I hold dear! I go there for all of my celebrations.

Great hotel and helpful staff. There are pool tables in the hotel bar-restaurant, Fire Lake.
The location was great. Very convenient to get to and from the airport. I used the Light Rail train system instead of the free hotel shuttle, because the traffic was congested due to the snow storm. The LRT station was about 2 blocks away. You can walk through the Mall of America when it is open.

I stayed there on Saturday. It was pretty amazing. Thank you for the help and support. I rate you guys 5Stars!

Amazing rooms! They are clean, comfortable and a very short walk on a skywal to Mall of America. Room service was fast and friendly. This is a great place to stay while on vacation and visiting thr Mall of America.

Great location. The bar is quiet and the bar staff is friendly. Good way to get away from a busy mall.

Nice clean rooms with modern decor that features Minnesota locals and attractions. Great staff who answered in questions in a promot and friendly manner. More of a business or couples feela than that of a family hotel. However, it does the trick either way.

I loved this hotel. It is placed in the most convenient location - Easy access to the mall.

Excellent service but the beds are terrible and concave in room 610. I woke up with an aching back. They offered to move me on 2nd night but bed in new room isnt any better.

We went here for my brother in laws wedding. All the staff at the hotel and during the wedding were very good and made our experience great! Our room was clean and the lobby was beautiful! Loved that it was connected to the mall.
The only thing was the poolside was super slick and my kids fell while walking slowly. Even I slipped and almost fell. But overall i enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are great, staff is friendly and professional. Spa is fantastic!

So convenient to be attached to the mall, especially when carting around little kids! We were on the side right by the airport, and my kids loved watching the planes take off. Loved our stay--great experience.

Great location if you plan to visit MOA. Nice rooms overall. Not ideal for families in one room. No lock on bathroom door. Bathroom is small, only a half shower door.

The Radisson Blu at MOA is absolutely unique and beautiful. The decor is modern and pleasing. We had a private party at the restaurant, Firelake, and the service was exceptional.

Conferences staff was friendly & efficient. Special, diet-requested food (vegan) was excellent, beyond expectations.
