Only rating 1 star because it won't let me rate any lower. Terrible service. Tried to talk about the noise in the hallway and the staff won't even listen to me. Staff wouldn't listen and would not recommend if looking for comfortable service.

This a a cool place. Attached to Mall of America. It is right in the middle of things, without being loud or chaotic. Great dining options to for all tastes, but a bit on the pricey side. Comfortable beds. Good climate control. Be sure not to park overnight in the MOA ramp. They have overnight parking of thier own for overnight guests.

We Loved being close to the mall and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a very clean hotel, sorry...you will be disappointed. Our first room was extremely smelly with a deodorizer cover. I used the phone to call the front desk and the phone looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a really long time.
The staff was great in finding us a second room. That room was not very clean, either. The glass to the shower was not clean, bedskirt etc..etc..To me they have a real issue with cleaning. 4 star hotels MUST BE CLEAN.

I stayed un Rm 543 which was very comfortable. The view was not great, but that's not thebreason for my stay. Hiusekeeping was very prompt, with only a slight flub on the final day where they did my room late and only left one, not two, bottles of water. The restaurant was wonderful and a place I would done even of not staying at the Radisson Blu.

This is for the general public, my wife is currently up there at an educational conference with 16 other individuals; water main break, so they could not shower the first day, and on the second day the hotel got the dates wrong so they were made to pack up and go try to find another hotel...in what universe is this called customer service in the hospitality industry?!.

I would highly recommend staying elsewhere!
(Radisson, you ruined the entire trip!)

The hotel was a little bit intimidating at first but the staff at the front desk were very helpful. The room was clean and they allowed us to check in early. Having the access to the mall from the hotel was worth the extra cost of the room because we never had to go out in the cold after parking in the garage.

My stay was awesome. I believe the front desk mans name was Scott. He was so welcoming and Me and my boyfriend went to the restaurant for dinner and Scott gave us 2 free drink tickets because it was my birthday and the staff at the restaurant were amazing as well. The bartender and another staff member asked us a few times if everything was good and just seemed to be genuinely involved with the guests I will absolutely stay again

Stayed here for a night in late May 2016. Great location if you are planning to visit Mall of America. It is connected straight to it so you don't even have to go outside.

Make sure you look at the American Girl options if you are traveling with kids. Ours enjoyed having a doll sized bed made up for their American Girls waiting for them in their rooms. Well worth the extra just to give the kids a surprise.

Rooms are clean, tidy and modern. It has a corporate/conference type feel to it which suited us fine given we were only staying the night. Service is quite good as well and were very helpful during our late night check in when we needed a few things.

Certainly can recommend if you are needing a hotel near Mall of America.

This hotel was AMAZING! I had the best time here. The amenities were 5 star and almost too numerous to name. They have an on-site spa, gym, bar, and restaurant. The indoor pool was clean and comfortable. The bars stocks several rare hard to find whiskeys. I got to try some legendary labels.
Also, the hotel is in a great location; it's attached to the Mall of America! This provided access to world-class shopping and dinning beyond the fine cuisine that the hotel offers.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. I came in late my first day and I didn't feel like going out. I ordered some takeout from somewhere in town and the restaurant didn't pack any silverware. I called the front desk and they rushed some cutlery right up too me. This weary traveler got to enjoy a nice hot meal in the comfort of my room.
The 2nd day that I was there I left my iPad in the gym. I didn't realize it till hours later. Panic stricken I bolted back to the gym, but alas, my iPad was gone. I checked lost and found and it had not been turned in. Defeated, I trudged back up to my room. A few minutes later my phone rang. It was a member of the hotels security team. They interviewed me about my iPad and said they would attempt to track it down. When I was checking out, I was informed that security had located my iPad and they returned it to me in pristine condition. Their staff really went above and beyond!

Bonus: You can rent a Tesla from their lobby and have it dropped off in front of the hotel.

Paid for an upgrade to check in early and received breakfast for free plus an offer to a cocktail hour. The upgrade was definitely worth it for us. The room was beautiful (but could've been cleaned better) but we were both very happy. Our favorite part was how it was connected to the mall so we could just walk around and site-see whenever we wanted. We we're also allowed to bring food and drinks back from the mall into our room which saved a lot of money for us. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were all super nice and friendly. We will be staying there again next time we're in town.

Nice place, price was great and convenient location. Wasn t impressed with the $17 a day parking. We walked a little further and at the mall for free. Needed house keeping to bring up bedding for the pullout bed and had to call down 3 times over 5 hours before someone came up.

I did an overnight stay at the Radisson Blu Mall of America with a purchase of the Blu Spa Package for a Mother's Day weekend. Check-in was a breeze, no issues there. They were accommodating to my last minute request of adding another person who is staying with me. Our room at the 11th floor was clean and comfortable. But your neighbors' doors open and closing were really loud. The massage in Solimar Spa was amazing. The spa lounge was really nice and relaxing and the actual massage was just right. We quickly stop by at their lounge bar because my friend was craving a milkshake, and at the time, the MOA was closing, so bartender made her a shake even though it's not in the bar menu. So that was really nice! My friend and I couldn't remember if we had complimentary breakfast with the spa package, so we called front desk and said it was not but they will give us one anyways but the trade off was just for me to agree on signing up with their rewards program, which was at no cost which was totally fine by me! They did the sign up for me and gave me my rewards card and my breakfast vouchers up to my room. Easy peasy! They also have Express check out, so we just had to drop off our keys at the box at the front desk and that was it. Overall, my friend and I had a wonderful stay!

Room was nice, but nothing better than most hotels. Rainfall shower head and deep tub were nice features. Hotel is very busy, events happening on weekends that fill bar area. Pool is small/crowded. Convenience to MOA is great. I'd be happy if the room was $80-100/night, not $200+.
