My wife and I did a Staycation here for our anniversary. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant was great. We also ate at the hotel bar, which was fun. They have a cool space to sit and watch a game and have drink. We loved our room. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is fine. It is clean and the hotel staff are curtious and helpful. However, the hotel put many new an unexpected rules in place for the convention I always attend. The convention has moved for next year as a result.

Nice hotel on 494 and 100. Whenever major events are held at the doubletree across the street it's nice to stay here instead of the doubletree because the main tower has long wait times for the elevator at the doubletree.

I had not been to this hotel before, but the conference room was very comfortable, the staff was very accommodating, exchanging our water and glasses several times during the day, and the main level had a very contemporary look to it. Overall I was very satisfied for a full day of conference meetings in this hotel.

In an effort to live a little, I decided to indulge in a mid-day glass of wine with a girlfriend...because working on Mondays is severely overrated. I'd not been into the Sheraton's new restaurant, Lela. The service was great, wine selection elite and a charming ambiance. Granted, it was a bit pricey. At the same time, somewhat expected for a hotel restaurant. I did notice they do special wine pairing dinners which I'll need to come back for. The wine was perfect for the freezing ass cold Minnesota brought early this year.

Older Sheraton, bed was terrible bathrooms super small but rest of room was huge. Would have been nice to take some of rest of room and add to bathroom. Very clean and good staff but the bed was so bad I can only give 3 stars.

We have stayed here before when the hotel was a Sofitel and a few times since its been a Sheraton. This time the price was quite a bit higher and the hotel didn't seem to have many guests. We also were put in a room in the basement level. It was noisy, the room was dusty and had some dingy/musty odor. The shower ceiling must of had a repair and it looked unfinished. Disappointing experience and felt like I over paid for a room with with double beds.

I attended a business presentation at the restaurant (Lela) associated with the hotel. The restaurant has a nice space that is quite and professional and the food was delicious and high quality. The restaurant has a separate room that can be used for presentations and accommodated 20-25 people.

Very well maintained hotel with friendly and efficient staff. The views outside are plain so they created a beautiful view inside the hotel...try and get a room facing inward...looks pretty cool. Club access is a great plus for business travelers to get a quick and efficient breakfast. Gym is pretty good too. A personal pet peeve of mine is when hotels charge you for bottled water...Sheraton doesn t- there s water bottles available everywhere and they replace them in your room everyday. Sheraton Bloomington has become on of my go to hotels when I am in the twin cities.

Wonderful! I am handicapped and had missed my connecting flight by 2 min because I couldn't move fast enough. I was exhausted from the effort. I thought all I needed was a really clean room. The Sheraton Bloomington gave me so much more. When I got there after speaking with the operator the front desk people were expecting me. The knew and cared about my story. They had upgraded me to a King Club room with the most amazing bed and the designation allowed me to have commentary hors d'oeuvres immediately. Additionally the Host in their restaurant was expecting me as well. Delta Connect really could have cared less that I missed my flight and my Father-in laws 80th Birthday party. Delta Connect most certainly didn't care that I was in so much pain. Thank you God, Sheraton Bloomington did!

Despite the apparent age of the building, the room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that the walls seemed somewhat thin, as I could hear a fair amount of banging, door closing, and bathroom sounds from the one adjacent room.

Nice hotel. Rooms were very nice, service was good. The water temperature for the shower was great. The bed was great.
One morning was woken up by an event at 9 am, which wasn't great but how it goes.
Restaurant was nice and loved that they were pet friendly. They also gave $5 for each night that housekeeping wasn't needed which was very environmentally friendly. Would stay again.

Most luxurious. The entire hotel is a work of art. The only concern I have is the bathroom in the preferred guest room offers very little privacy. The bathroom door is saloon style, with a gap between the two, so any bathroom sounds can be heard by anyone in the room. This is a serious design flaw, which I hope they see fit to correct.

Fairly expensive, but the quality of care is very notable.

Pros: Excellent showers. Nice lighting and comfortable beds. It's an impressive place to stay. Restaurant attached.

Cons: No complimentary breakfast, no pool, everything is fairly expensive. You'll be nickel and dimed throughout your stay.

I had someone I knew from out of state stay at this hotel so I got to hang out here too! The bar is really gorgeous and the bartender was super cool. The room was really nice...I could've slept in that bed forever....and the restaurant attached had really good breakfast :-) I liked it a lot, if someone was looking for a nice hotel here I would definitely recommend this one!

The room was large and beautiful. It had a small kitchen and nice sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable too. Everything felt very clean and the hotel didn't smell funny like some places tend to.
