Great hotel interiors. Good staff. Its a busy place on weekends so expect delays in checking in. Rooms are great. Swimming pool and gym are good too. The accessibility to mall of America makes you stay here.

Great hotel and mighty convenient if you want to spend time at mall of America. I was there for a conference in the middle of January so I never left the area around the mall sure to the frigid temperatures.
It's a solid upper mid-tier hotel. I was surprised at how little literature there is in the room about the hotel. After three days, I still don't know where the pool is. Also, the shower is weird. Overall, really nice. Beds are comfy and halls are quite. Nothing but first world problems here, and very few of those.
A very nice hotel with nice staff. The problem is that it is a green motel. The rooms are too hot. You cannot control the temperature like a normal hotel. The fridge will not keep your food or drinks cold. There are no garbage bags in the garbage can. Other than that it is a well decorated motel with nice staff. I would stay here again if they fixed the air conditionerfixed the fridge and got normal trash cans. It is really nice that you can walk directly into The Mall Of America from the hotel. Overall I consider going green a disguise for being cheap.
No jacuzzi or hot tub. Wouldn't have came here if we'd known that. They only let like 11 people in the pool area because of covid but yet there's like 500 people checked in.
Amazing customer service, kindness and professionalism are tops. Rooms are always impeccably clean, I've stayed here several times for business. Most recently I left behind my most favorite hat, gifted to me by my grandmother, and they took the time to find it and send it to me within 3 days. Thanks so much.
Rooms were beautiful. Great service by EVERY employee: front desk, door men, baggage helpers...great access to the Mall of America. Loved everything except for the front door access. In order to park for free you have to drop things off at the front door and drive to a mall parking ramp and walk back. There is paid parking closer by.
The hotel is average. But access to the Mall of America makes this so awesome. Love the grill and there selection of wine is over average. Very cozy sitting area downstairs with the fire place.
Fantastic hotel with incredible staff. The restaurant was amazing for breakfast! The implementation of COVID-19 rules and cleanliness was phenomenal! Great place, I would recommend to anyone for a great place to stay!
Really beautiful hotel, the only bummer was that there was no hot tub. The gentleman at the concierge desk was so friendly. Comfy beds, very clean. I wish there was a Blu in Minneapolis!
Modern rooms that we're very clean and comfortable. Checking in was quick and the staff was friendly. Room service was a little slow, they made an error with our order but did discount the charge to account for the mistake.
Attended a meeting at the Radisson Blu, the staff was friendly and professional and the meeting spaces we're very nice. Great option for larger groups to attend.
The lobby is stunning and modern, rooms were clean, and accessibly to mall is unparalleled. Only thing to know is that most of the rooms have a terrible view (after all the mall of America doesn't look very pretty from the outside)
Great location if wanting to hit the MOA since you won't need to even travel, just a short walk through a hallway and you're there! Staff and service is great and room is spacious and very clean!
The Front Desk Associates are AMaZing & accommodating!! Always. I love that the hotel is attached to the mall therefore I am not exposed to the elements
Parking was an absolute nightmare! Cars were backed up around the building and blocking Killabrew drive. Valet parking takes too long - let people park for themselves, or have a separate lane for valet.
Love, love, love this hotel for many reasons. You can't beat the location with it being attached to the Mall of America. The lobby is classy, warm and inviting. My room was nice and featured two king size beds, which were very comfortable. It has a mini-fridge, safe, iron, coffee maker and free bottled water. The bathroom is also very nice, with modern features. My favorite being the large rain shower attached to the ceiling. Even the towels were nice and soft. The only thing they could do better is have a microwave in the room. Otherwise, I love the hotel and will be back
This place is gorgeous. Take your girlfriend/ wife here on a shopping trip and stay at this hotel when you're tired of spending all your money. It's ultra modern and elegant, super clean and great for kids too. Many amenities, close to the airport, different kids activities to choose from i.e Crayola, legoland, Nickelodeon universe, Wolf Lodge Waterpark (also has hotel)and several restaurants in mall and nearby.
Very nice hotel and on site for mall of America. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I can t give this property a 5 because the doors are so loud. The room doors slam shut and you can hear all of your neighbors doors closing all times of night. The walls are very thin. It s a great hotel for a family trip but not a great hotel for a work trip. I left feeling exhausted because every hour doors would slam shut and wake me up. The rooms are however beautiful and the hotel is very nice.
Food was disgusting- no pay for view options- TV takes 5 mins to load- front desk has no customer service skills. I d rather stay at a motel 6 next time
I was at a Conf. this past weekend at the Radisson Blu of America in Bloomington, MN. I will NEVER stay there again! I was told parking was Free and then was charged $75.00 for parking. They also charged My Credit Card twice for my stay. And that it would take 3 to 4 days for the $$ to be credited to my acct. I spoke to customer service and was treated poorly. This happened to other people who attended this conf. also.

Nice hotel rooms, comfortable bed, next to the mall and the train to get anywhere you could really want easily. Crowded pool, no hot tub, slightly more expensive than the value, spa services are expensive. Food is pretty good value for room service. Little to no judgement if you dress casually. No bath tub. Clean rooms. Interesting design but not obnoxious.
We had a great experience from the minute we walked in the door! Everyone was friendly and accommodating to my family. My daughter was given a stuffed moose upon arrival and then a bear when we went to breakfast at the hotel restaurant. It was phenomenal and the best meal we had while staying (Get the Walleye hash, you won't be disappointed!) We look forward to a trip back and will be sure to stay at Radisson Boy! The hotel is clean and beautiful!
Racist. I would never suggest this place to anyone of color. Sure took my money without issue. Chase... the "security guard " should be fired immediately.
Loved staying at this hotel with our two young children! Being connected to Mall of America, especially when we visited in the cold of winter, was awesome. No bundling everyone up and strapping into car seats every time we wanted to go out. It was perfect for us!
The hotel staff was very nice, particularly one woman who answered when I called down to guest services with a question. I believe her name was Dottie. She was super friendly. Cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the room clean, which is saying something when you've got two young ones eating and playing in it.
Pool was nice. It would be nicer with a hot tub :)
Only complaint is that they charge for their parking structure. This is why it's 4 stars instead of 5. I would do 4.5 if it allowed for that. I feel like the amount they charge for parking is unnecessary as the hotel is in Bloomington, not downtown where you'd expect paid parking. Guests can park in any mall parking lot for free, but it's quite a walk. We found it was easiest this time of year (freezing temps) to park in the East ramp and walk thru the mall to our hotel as opposed to one of the uncovered lots. You have to complete a form with your vehicle info and exactly where you parked so that the mall doesn't tow your car for being parked there overnight. That's not a big deal, except it is annoying that you have to fill it out every time you park somewhere. One evening we'd forgotten to do it and remembered at about 10 pm. I called down and asked if they could just take the info from me over the phone to complete the form but they said it had to be filled out by me (even though there's no signature on it... go figure). However she was sweet and sent a rep up to our room who waited while I filled it out, which was nice since the children were sleeping. If they improved their policies on parking, this hotel is definitely a 5 star stay in my book!
WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! WHEN WE FIRST PULLED UP TO THE HOTEL TO PARK ONE OF THE VALLET GUYS SCOOTED HIS BODY ACROSS THE HOOD OF THE CAR. UNPROFESSIONAL! THEN WE ASKED FOR EARLY CHECK IN, NOPE THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL WHEN THE ROOM WAS AVAILABLE. NEVER CALLED. THEN CHECK IN TOOK ALMOST 25 MIN. THEN WHEN WE WERE LEAVING CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE AND AGAIN NO ONE CAME UP. ALSO CALLED VALLET, AND THEY HAD TO BE CALLED TWICE BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET THE CAR PULLED UP. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. EVEN MY NINE YEAR OLD SAID IT WAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I stayed on October 9th and October 10th. This experience was not worth the money. After calling regarding my reservation, I even paid to upgrade my room. With my experience, one theme will play throughout my stay. Poor communication...and lack of accountability. Before going there, I want go start with my 1st impression of the hotel. From a distance, it looks nice. After parking and making my way to the lobby, I was not impressed. The hotel looked worn down that gets a lot of traffic. I walk up and check in, while checking in, I confirmed my husbands name as the additional guest, I even completed the needed paperwork. I let them know I would be away for a portion of the evening and I wanted to make sure my husband would not have delays with obtaining a key. I was informed...TWICE that there would be no issues since I had him on the paper dor additional guest an all he would need to do was show his ID...After checking in, I made my way to my room. Over the phone, they really glamorized this room with upgrade status. I was in the room on 13th floor, with teal carpet and "sparkly floors." Throughout the hotel it just did not give off top clean. It seemed very worn in and dingy. When I made it to my room, I noticed the chair had stains on it. Also, being in this room the walls also looked like they needed to be wiped down. I'm also asthmatic but only need my pump on rare occasions, this...was one of them. My asthma was not good in that room. Something was triggering me. Fast forward, I leave and come back for the evening. As I'm coming to my room, I'm getting a call from the front desk, asking me to confirm my husbands name...So...from all the discussions, and having his name listed on the paperwork, they STILL had my husband waiting downstairs. Now what if I was not in my room? What would have happened then? That struck a very negative core with me...I feel that is very disrespectful that he had to stand downstairs and wait!!! Now moving to next day, the saturday. My friend had paid for my 2nd day in the room. We discussed this MULTIPLE TIMES....that Saturday, before leaving for the afternoon, both my friend and I confirmed and asked would there be any issues? We were reassured that there would not be any problems. We spoke with a female that wore eyeglasses. She even went as far as making me a new set of keys to use to get into my room. We leave for a few hours, and after return, I make attempt to go to my room. To get in elevator, my friend used her key because we were on the same floor and I did not think anything of it. I want to note that I needed to also use the bathroom. So walking up to my room and using the key..just to find out it was deactivated...left me beyond frustrated. Now...I have to go all the way downstairs to fix this issue....while still needing to use bathroom. I go to front desk, don't recall the name of who helped. I let them know of my keys, she looks at reservation and says I now need to do another $50 deposit...I tell her we already had all this resolved and was told nothing else was needed. She said I could not go to my room (where all my belongings were) until they did the deposit. I asked for a manager, she said he was in a meeting...so basically, I was stuck downstairs until I spoke with someone. I let her know I need this resolved. What was the MOST DISSAPOINTING PART was the female with the glasses was standing at the very next register. She did NOT say one word. No confirmation that she spoke with us. Or that she was the one that gave me the new set of keys. As I'm waiting, I see all these others come to look at the computer reservation. NOT ONE PERSON...introduced themself...and I find out after the manager gets there that one of the ones that was standing there, was a supervisor!!! She did not announce herself. No apologies. Nothing! The manager apologizes and gives me new keys but the damage has been done. This was a waste of my time and money! I will never.go back to this hotel.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating, even during the COVID times. Room was $120 for two queens on a Saturday-Sunday stay., you will be able to get it for less depending on the day of the week of course. Rooms are pretty typical, a nice fridge with quick chill option was available. Shower was rainfall style with the shower head above the bather.
