Great place to stay. Room was great size with a king bed. Large bathroom with bath and shower unit. Air con worksvery well and ran w4/7. Bed very soft so for me not comfy but jut my own preference. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great selections. Would use again if we came back.

Loved it! Loved the rooms and the location, very far from the airport but close by to abu dhabi city center, excellent value for money and check inn host was really nice.

The onward flight to Thailand could not take place as planned. Emirates has provided the overnight accommodation here. Great hotel, big rooms and all comfort.

This hotel was definitely an eye-catcher when it was first launched ... But the glitz and glory of the old days, nothing of that can be found today. Not just any decorations in the form of staff ...

If the current manager of this hotel didn't waste his time bullying his staff, blackmailing them to dance to their tune or threatening to have their visas withdrawn from me-nothing, you-nothing again through his very good contacts .. . yes then the hotel staff could maybe become committed staff that sometimes the "feudel swings" in order to restore the "old image" to the outside world ... Because at the moment you have the feeling that the staff is vegetating (which is really very hard-working, is nice and courteous = only to live in their daily tasks without any prospects ... without even having a life ;-(

It's a shame about this hotel, as it has so much potential to regain a very good reputation worldwide. The staff is accordingly available, fit and more than capable!

Here it is only up to the hotel management that should be replaced as soon as possible ... You can't just want to be God boss, you should also make sure that your own staff doesn't lack anything because: "Only through their staff becomes a hotel but first a home for travelers ...! This hotel is located same building of Al Wahda mall good location

Unfortunately the cleanest and hygiene of the hotel is not taken care of , specially the room carpet and curtains .
The management is not supportive as they kept my cousin in the lobby and prevented her from coming to my room to babysit my one year granddaughter, coz she has a copy of her passport not the passport itself .
They are not at all understanding or considerate .
The sheets and bed cover were not clean and smelly .

I worked there , its grand hotel to have a grand experience.

Centrally located, clean and of a standard hotel. The only breakfast restaurant is small compared to the size of the hotel. This should be prevented.

The Grand Millennium Al Wahda is super centrally located in Abu Dhabi. Right next to it there is a mall for shopping and eating. The rooms are very spacious and in a great condition. The staff always convinced by his friendliness. From the bar on the top (31.) Floor has a great view over the city.

I lived here for 1.5 years while working in UAE as a contractor and I loved it. I was always greeted and treated with respect. I am back in the U.S. and I actually miss it.

the worst experience till now, first they took 2 hours to check me in as there slowest housekeeping team was cleaning the room , it took 2 hours to make one room ready, and then i was having issue with my wifi i have made several calls they said they are gonna send the IT, still i m waiting no signs of him, they allow 3 devices to connect and u can't even connect two, i had to use my mobile hotspot to connect my laptop send some emails, this hotel even not deserve 1 star, i have no information about there restaurant breakfast timing dinner timing nothing at all, all the staff need to be trained , they should visit the other 4,5* hotel and see how they manage, i made a mistake booking this hotel room. worst worst worst worst worst worst, no respect for guest at all.

One of my favorite hotels. The convenience of the mall makes it a great choice.

Poor hygiene and cleanliness service: insects and croaches in room of such Covid 19 period It is sad and shameful in the current Corona period, the presence of insects and germs in the rooms of a 5-star hotel, such as the Millennium Al Wahda in Abu Dhabi, despite the hotel's lingering claims that the rooms and the hotel are sterilized according to the health authority system in Abu Dhabi

An awesome stay I've had at the Grand Millennium, excellent service, polite staff and class leading luxury. And the facilities are exceptional.

This hotel is awesome. Large rooms, and comfortable beds. The breakfast is always good with lots of choices. The pool looks nice, but I've never used it. It is right in the downtown area.

Very good hotel, rooms are very clean, staff is friendly and helpful as well as the breakfast is good.
With the Sky Lounge on the 31st floor, there is a fantastic view over Abu Dhabi.
The pool next to the sky lounge invites you to linger.

I like that it's close to al Wehda Mall, the rooms are vwry nice too. The service could be better.

Only the thing that i did not love it was the home it was very small but the other things are good
