Very good hotel. Staff and amenities are good. Valet parking is free for the guests. My own experience is that my room was upgraded to junior suite with a nominal charge. Hotel is located breast to city bus station and centrally located. A good hotel for family stay

I booked it on phone and when i reached there they increased charges without any intimation.

An accident for my car was caused by a parking fleet

My job housed me here until I got situated. This hotel is great. It s in the heart of Abu Dhabi, it has the most amazing breakfast buffet. They even have amazing prices if you go in person (online prices are a ripoff, book in person and negotiate). I ve met the manager in person and he s so amazing. He ll bend over backwards to make sure you are nothing but satisfied. They even have housing apartments for people who have a big family and need access to a kitchen. Also fair prices.

The hotel does not deserve 5 stars. Service not too helpful. The rooms are not cleaned, with a 2-day stay. There is a lack of towels, cosmetics in the bathroom, paper etc. Object quite tired, rooms very basic. Absolutely a hotel not worth the price inadequate to quality.

Stayed next to this hotel for many years, regular visitor here to use roof top swimming pool and fitness club facilities. One of the best in town with almost all modern fitness equipment and amenities. Near the city center; sightseeing, restaurants and next to public transport bus/taxi station. Highlight is , this hotel is adjacent to one of the best shopping mall in town

Just checked out ...check in and check out process is very very slow unlike other hotels in abudhabi....no iron box in room ... restaurant opens at 7:30pm while it opens at 7 pm in other hotels ..similarly breakfast timings are late too ....pickup drop parking is congested...

I had a great time staying there. The staff are wonderful. I met the general manager who is a wonderful person and a great place to stay.

Not happy to stay in Grand Millennium Al Waheda Hotel because of :

1- The AC and the smell come through the AC.
2- As 5 star hotel, the response from the staff to fix the AC and get me the refresher machine was poor and after three times calling from 10:00 PM till 11:45 PM the room services!! I got it the next day at 09:00 AM ??????
3- The way from the Hotel to the Mall for the guist who is having kids it's very difficult and it should be connect it directly from floor # 3 to the mall, instead of passing throuth the parking area with steps !!

It has good Restaurants and nice view with good services inside the Hotel.

For a 5-star hotel this does not live up to the standards. The rooms were as good as a 3-star or maybe a 4 star compared to the USA. The business center printer was low on ink. The staff was always willing to help and did a great job. The room facilities were not up to the task of a true 5-star hotel.

Pleasant hotel friendly staff and large rooms. Close to the large and very beautiful mosque.

Good location. Car access is not easy. They don't have hard pillows for people who ask for it.

I was disappointed about swimming pool(It is only for children!) and wifi internet.

Amazing place..very very friendly staff starting from cleaners to staff at breakfast lounge. They are the most smiling people I have seen and all there to help you out quickly and happily.The best I have been too . Excellent service 24/7.

This hotel scores highly as it provides excellent and friendly service in all departments. Credit where credit is due, from Nicoll in the foyer to Arlene in the Club Lounge, all the staff we encountered really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible - nothing was too much trouble for them. If you want to be made to feel completely at home then this is a hotel I would strongly recommend you try.

Worst hotel I have ever visited in UAE. Lunch is served by 15:13 hrs. Dinner served at 19;10 hrs but no cutlery, you have wait more than 2 hours for cutlery, if you inform them immediately. Never expect a proper response if you call reception, they will connect your call to many numbers but no one will answer...

Just in the center of all the other places that you want to visit

This is one of the worst 5 star hotels I have ever stayed in. You cannot escape noise of the street even on the highest floors. The key cards never work even on check in. The laundry service takes too long. Staff service is appalling and do not even try to respond to needs. If you are a frequent traveller or want decent service, skip this one. There are better propositions in abu dhabi.

A very large centrally situated hotel close to Al Wahda mall. Easy pedestrian access to the mall make it a tourist and shoppers favorite. However, for car access the entrance is difficult and time consuming.

We stayed at grand millennium during Eid holidays. Great hotel with prompt service. Out room included breakfast which was very lavish and fresh. Good place to stay anytime of the year. Close to the city as well

The surrounding environment is very good. There are large shopping malls nearby. It is also very convenient to take a ride.

I have stayed at the hotel many times. Rooms are clean and modern. And dont rely on the price you get from hotel find online you will find cheaper for same room (Which is weird). And be prepared to wait 1-2 hour to reach the first receptionists it is taking to much time to check in usually. Last but not least, The rooms with the mall view, are having AC noise of Mall incredibly. I suggest to you not to stay at that rooms especially at lower level.
