PHI Learning is a Delhi-based Publishing company having marketing channels in India as well as abroad.
It has wide range of publications including medical, engineering, management, general science, school books. Recently agriculture & veterinary science/Animal Husbandry is also included in the list.
I had a work experience with this publisher as an author. In 2019 one of my books was published from here entitled 'LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT'. It is written as per ICAR 5th Deans committee recommendations for Agriculture and Dairy Technology UG students. It is equally suitable for the Veterinary students for their LPM course.
One can expect quality books from this firm.

Buy at your own risk, I ordered a book thorugh their website, order no. 47464. You will get a auromated email reply after the order, then your endless waiting starts. They don't reply to emails, phone calls not answered. They simply don't care for retail customers. I made this mistake once, never again, find other sources shops or ecommerce websites who will atleast respond if the order is delayed.

I'm Pavan, a student of physics. I bought a book of PHI Publications, details I'm giving here.

Electromagnetism - Problems with Solutions by
Ashutosh Pramanik.

The problems have been intentionally repeated in the solution section. They could have simply indicated the question number for each solution as every other book does. But I am very unhappy that this kind of cheating has been done by them. This is unacceptable. I have no idea why they have to do this. To get a extra 5Rs they don't have to cheat students. I see all the learned people falling for cheap money. They seem to have no quality control wing as the book is tearing up the very day I bought. Hope they are sensitive enough to correct this mistake for the next edition.
