Nearby to many restaurants and close to Abu Dhabi bus stand

Great market, great location, good and competitive prices

Hassan in front desk had zero smile and gave our family smoking floor without even asking. Ibis and novotel are much better than this place. Pool at 9.10am didn't have any towels and it the lifeguard Mohan was saying that it wasn't his responsibility. Stay was disappointing.

Clam and competitive services offered on the whole.

Reasonable prices and convenient location for shopping and transportation. Cean room, soso interior and kind staff. Breakfast is good but not great for the price. Can be a good stay for family and travellers.

Cleanliness is not good. Furniture needs refurbishment

Nice rooms . The view is not so good but manageable . The service is also very good . They have free wifi and its fast also . Its clean. But there is a problem with the room remote always get spoiled .

I had a great experience at this hotel. It consists of two buildings. One for the hotel and another for the apartments. The staff are really friendly and helpful at all sections. The prices are affordable ( I would recommend to book directly from the hotel itself not through other sites). I stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which has a great space and view at the 16th floor. The only problem was the difficulty in accessing the mall ( AlWahda mall), I had to go down to the lobby, take the elevator of the hotel building to the 3rd floor and walk a little to the mall with some stairs. Better to exit the hotel and enter the mall from its main gates.

Wonderful hotel with great customer service. Specially breakfast is very good with lots of varieties.

Luxurious, elegant and modern 5 star hotel in the real heart of the capital city of UAE.
The staff's are high moral in the way of dealing and concerns.
I am sure that the hotel Management choose the right staff in right job, because they exceeding customer expectations, especially Mr. Nouphal & Mr. Nasir their aims just how to satisfy customers need and wants.

The hotel location is excellent which is 2 minutes waking to the main bus station, Al Wahda Mall one of the biggest mall is attached to the hotel,

Rooms, toilets were very clean Room's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning are efficien

The fine dining restaurants were excellent & no more expensive than you would expect from a hotel of this standard. There is a varied wine list with a wide range of prices.

There is a dress code which is imposed even for breakfast but it is not too onerous - mainly it is swimwear that is unacceptable. In the evenings smart casual is required. There did not appear to be a surplus of Designer wear as I had read in one report! Try it!

Came one hour before and still waiting for check in, dont know what more bad surprises I will get

A luxurious and relaxing stay. A great location, the Al Wahda mall is just next door! A great quality and selection in the breakfast too! Staff are very polite, greet you with a smile and are helpful. I would stay here again and recommend others too!

Located in the city, the rooms are large, clean and pleasant. Two fairly large restaurants, one of two slightly smaller but the setting is nice. Many customers but rooms are very quiet. You have to have the room card to access the floor of the room only.
