A very good hotel , location is good , staff are super nice and the hotel is really clean. Rooms are generous on size and amenities although bit dated. The hotel offers a gym and a swimming pool as well as direct access to the connected mall via a bridge on the 9th floor.

Parking available and internet speed is decent.

I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this place for a quick visit to abudhabi.

every thing was perfect but not when it comes to the inroom dining especially the juice taste was very bad on many drinks I ordered. I hope this is to be imrpoved

The rooms are good quality and peaceful. The view is not very good, but it does. As it is connected to the shopping center, you can go directly to the shopping center from the 3rd floor without going out. Staff are good quality but they are just as polite as the Arabs. You can easily get a taxi from the hotel. There are not many kinds of meals, but they are all worth eating. The room rates are salty. Max 3 can stay 4 days.

This is a very nice and luxurious hotel with a family atmosphere, a gym, a Jacuzzi and a private sauna for women with a special spirit. In a swimming pool for adults and children on the roof

Convenient transportation in the city center, close to the bus station to Dubai, but the hotel room wifi is very slow

Everything going smooth once you will reach the entrance of the hotel till you will leave, No problems nor hustle just chill and enjoy your stay, the pool area not really big and comparing to the other Facilities considered at a lower level, Overall most recommended in Abu Dhabi.

TERRIBLE SERVICE we booked a suite weeks ago and we came evening for check-in and the lobby told us that they gave our BOOKED suite to other people. We kept arguing and fighting with them to give us a suite until they gave us a two premium rooms facing each other in one hallway.

Another thing, at night we called the lobby about three times just to receive an extra bed.

To be honest the hotel is good as class but the Service is 0.

I wish I can give a minus star for this "hotel"! Very bad place the staff are very unprofessional, management don't know what is happening and when they do then they do nothing about it, the cleanness is big ZERO especially the rooms and the health club very dirty place. There was no hot water in the health club and all lower lockers were full of layers of dust!!! They do crazy things and never responded to any calls. I have sent all the points with photos and video to the sales who was handling our account "Anissa" who was also not professional at all. As for "Esmail" the front desk manager, he disappeared when there was a real issue with his non professional colleague the last day of my checkout. Housekeeping use to open my personal stuff and they broke my makeup several times. UNFORTUNATELY, I had to stay there for 6 months -with no contract- yet they did not credit my points to my membership although they repeatedly register my membership in their old system. The hotel side turn to be a prostitution place in the night with room booking too! the very last day I was checking out, I had an approved late checkout till 6pm, i cam down at 6:30 (as I was waiting for the usual late bellboy) so the acting duty manager -who was far from being a manager or a staff of a hospitality place- created a scene to correct his colleague's previous account mistake when he miss calculated 1 night so he made me pay the rack rate of 1 more night for 30 minutes!!! on top of that, he was shouting at us, he took pictures with his private mobile of our car which was illegal to do, and even he ordered the bellboy to bring down our luggage from OUR car while we were at the reception waiting for HIM!!!! this is the worst experience in AbuDhabi and in UAE. I always stay in Millennium hotels, but after this property I will always think twice before booking any new (to me) millennium chain! I regret spending the time there as I was there through the company. Anyway be careful people! I am glad I left that so-called-hotel.

True 5 stars hotel, very nice rooms well equipped as well as bathrooms. Perfect cleaning services. Large choice of food in restaurant and high quality cooking. You like a large and rare stack, just ask it, it is perfect. Nice beach too.

Nice hotel but during our stay they were painting the walls and the rooms begun to smell like paint (without warning). With a warning I wouldn't have cared.

Room is clean, staff to keep it clean is doing a good job. Maintenance of the hotel is not great and the restaurant is a disaster. Food will not kill you, but the quality is mediocre at best and the chefs are not paid for creativity. Every day exactly the same for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Highly overpriced. This hotel is not suitable if you are staying for business for a couple of days.

THEY HAVE STOLEN MY CAMERA!! I was there with my girlfriend, on the day we wanted to check out, the roomservice has stolen my girlfriends camera! Everyone was saying sorry nothing was found, cause they took it! Unbelievable! And this is supposed to be 5 stars... NO WORDS!!!

A lovely and nice hotel in the center of the city. Being close to each other increases the chances of being preferred. Staff friendly and friendly.

First of all, the bed and A/C will likely cause you to not have a good sleep which is especially bad if you have an important day afterwards. That out of the way, everything else is nearly exemplary. From the best location in downtown connected to the hottest mall, to the chich club and pool at the top, the establishment sets the bar for 5-star hotels. The breakfast takes a while to walk to but you're greeted by a nice view, seat, and quality of food. There's even a North Korean restaurant you can dine at and brag about at the next dinner party. The elevators can take some time during crowded times, especially tourist season and the lobby doesn't have many seats. A 5 star rating would be in order but the A/C, noise, and beds drag it down. The service is a bit lacking in terms of hospitality and making the guest feel welcome but they're not out-right rude or ignoring either. A great experience for a great price nonetheless.

The most beautiful and cleanest place where I lived and the finest deal and guided and complete privacy starts housing and thank you to brother Tarek Moroccan the right person in the right place treated and service makes you enjoy the place.

Although it is a 5 hotel but its elevators are very small and they are not up to the 5 stars hotel. Ears disturb a lot if you have to go to 31st floor in sky lounge. Elevators are small in size as well in fact conjusted.

Despite its plain appearance from the outside, this is a great mid-range hotel with comfortable rooms and good service. Nice firm bed in the Junior Suite.

Nice rooms, but 5 stars in Europe are not. Bath is big but some stains. Price performance is still great in the special offer.

Hotel with a slightly dated decoration. Hall, friendly staff. Breakfast room a little small, lack of space and waitress at the bar not smiling and lack of kindness. Breakfast ok. So our room, carpet, curtain and stained sheet, cigarette burn on the bedspread, sheet ripped off. Really for a 5 star it is not conceivable. Pool bof.
Room made everyday but always require to ask for towels. Do not expect to find a drink in the fridge, just 2 small bottles of water, 1 kettle, a few tea bags and convenient coffee as we can go to the mall via the hotel.

As a hotel is nice but I didn't like the service and the miss communication between the staff! As I had to do a late check out as we agree with the staff that was on duty with one day before and second day they call me from reception that if I wanna stay more I need to pay extra!

From entrance, reception, staff, room, breakfast and overall experience was perfect. Exactly what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Seamless and hassle free service, I would recommend and always prefer Grand Millennium for my future visits to Abu Dhabi.
