the worst experience till now, first they took 2 hours to check me in as there slowest housekeeping team was cleaning the room , it took 2 hours to make one room ready, and then i was having issue with my wifi i have made several calls they said they are gonna send the IT, still i m waiting no signs of him, they allow 3 devices to connect and u can't even connect two, i had to use my mobile hotspot to connect my laptop send some emails, this hotel even not deserve 1 star, i have no information about there restaurant breakfast timing dinner timing nothing at all, all the staff need to be trained , they should visit the other 4,5* hotel and see how they manage, i made a mistake booking this hotel room. worst worst worst worst worst worst, no respect for guest at all.
