Unprofessional staff and slow services. The hotel and room interior is below average, with stain marks on sheets and threads coming out from cushions.

Highly NOT recommended in Ramadan. They are unable to manage suhoor and iftar orders for room service, and eventhough there are mosques nearby, none of them offer decent tarawee or Salahtul Lail. The roads are all blocked and you end up missing everything from suhoor to prayers in this area.

As the hotel is connected to Al Wanda mall, the traffic to get in to the hotel is also very bad and mismanaged.

The place is clean and quiet the services are quick and excellent

It's a very nice hotel, with excellent service, and the rooms on the higher floors have very nicer views. It's just missing more interesting dinning options

I did not stay at the hotel but bought Groupon vouchers for the Noor hair salon in the Grand Millennium hotel. Me and my family were on holiday from London and I took both my sons to Eihab Azzam at Noor salon. Both my boys are so fussy about who cuts their hair but Eihab was amazing and did a fantastic job! My eldest has straight hair and my youngest has curly hair but he is clearly a skilled hairdresser.
First they had a shampoo then cut followed by another shampoo. Eihab took his time and offered us refreshments. After the appointment both my sons commented on how great their hair looked. I was astonished as normally they always complain. Thank you Eihab! We will be back on our next visit to Abu Dhabi

Fantastic welcome and great location, the room was beautiful and well appointed, the Buffet Breakfast was terrific with lots of variety and catered for all types of travellers, highly recommend

Near to the main bus station in Abu Dhabi and Al Wahda mall. Very nice and clean rooms. The toilets has soaps, shampoo and conditioners. The place is very calm.

You might take a while to check in depending in traffic at the reception.

Pretty decent price and room, polite staff. Very nice location minutes away from AD Bus station and a big shopping centre. However, the room didn't have slippers and dental kits, and was equipped with only one bathrobe so my boyfriend and I had to take turns in it (even though both the booking and check-in was made for two people).

Good hotel and location is great in the middle of the city with access to taxis bus and mall. The inter emirates bus station is just behind the hotel

We had an amazing experience with the Millenium. Our room was huge with big windows and the bathroom was fantastic. Adding to it there is access to alwada mall from the car park so no need of walking outside the building. The price was also fair comparing to the 4 star hotel in dubai for same number of days excluding breakfast and extras. We are so glad we chose you for our holiday. Thank you for your hospitality

A clean hotel close to the shopping center, and there is a shower in Hammamet, which bothered me to check in at 4:10 pm We wait, without apology or compensation, where other hotels compensate us for breakfast or a larger room sometimes, and room service needs are incredibly slow.
But I thank some of the reception staff for their wonderful handling, and thank all the staff at the hotel restaurant for their good handling.
However I loved staying at this hotel.

Good hotel in Abudhabi.Hotel is internally connected to Al wahda mall. Bus station is nearby. Restaurant also very good. I am giving five star because of cancious department Rajesh (bell boy).He supported more for check-in and check out time and way of his approach is good.

Grand Millennium Al Wahda is one of the best sight for annual meetings, living together and more corporations functions in Abudhabi.Today I was very excited because the greatest mobile phone company NOKIA decided to conduct a training session in Grand millennium I will attend that function and that was greatest memory

Not worth for money. Rooms are clean but not larger rooms. Don't order foods inside you can't get at right time. approx 2 hours will be delay.

Clean, quite, good service. Very reasonably priced. Having adjacent mall is great advantage. Access to mall is abit confusing.

The hotel is big and crowded. Although the hotel claim it to be 5* but I would rate it not more than 4*. The swimming pool is very small as compared to the size of the hotel and there is hardly any space to swim. The hotel maintenance seems to be very poor. In room bathrooms water temperature are not working properly and with little adjustments either you get too hot or too cold. We had changed room because of this and the other room had a similar problem. The rooms are not at all cleaned properly and are not maintained properly. I could see lots of ants running through the food complementary box.
The shoe shiner was not new in our room and it seems like it was used more than once. The iron was not working.
The breakfast buffet although had all the necessary things to eat and the food taste was also good but the variety was not there as it had to be a 5* buffet

Wouldn't give this hotel 3 stars. Customer service was one of the worst I have encountered, rooms are unclean. First hotel that I see doesn't allow for visitors even for emergencies. Parking is provided but is a big hassle.
Overall, poor quality hotel.

Positive: Hotel location, Mall attached, Supermarket in the same building and corner room dimension is good.

Negative: Noisy AC, Adjusting the water faucets and ac controller for the right temperature is never a possible thing, simple buffet Breakfast, costly Laundry (costs around 45 AED for a shirt), very old & rough bath towels, flying lints everywhere inside the room, No proper refilling of the items, very soft pillows & without any alternate, Receptionists are not so welcoming, windows are not fully sound proof. - This hotel misses the warmth and comfort that a "Out Of Home" living space should give. This is not a worthfull 5 star category hotel.

Good value hotel close to the airport. Comfortable rooms and car parking and the normal facilities associated with a superior hotel. Located close to a busy area but an oasis away from down town and a 20 minute drive to the airport

One of the best hotels have stayed but a few small things that would be icing on the cake are not available, internet is limited to just 3 devices . I have to deposit cash for bills to my room and can't do that upon checkout or I have to make payment each time for every order. Nice swimming pool, Jacuzzi , room and nice view

Went here for a special Eid offer. 1,000 AED for two days including breakfast for two adults and two kids. Offer included free unlimited day passes for the whole family to YAS Waterworld and Ferrari World. Amazing deal! Naturally, many people took this offer and the hotel was rather crowded, especially the breakfast buffet towards 10am. Many people seemed frustrated, but all I can say to this is: You saw and you knew the hotel was crowded. Just get up early and there won't be any waiting at all. Don't be mad at the staff when it's obvious they are doing what they can to keep things going. We were nice to them and so they were very helpful and curteous in return. Considering the circumstances and they amazing package we got for the price an absolute winner! Facilities and rooms at the hotel are wonderful, definitely a 5 star rating from me!

Breakfast buffet a dream.

Showers are terrible. Either you,re getting burnt, or there's no hot water. Lighting system is horrible. No sites near the bed, so either you're have to go to the front door and flip the switch to cut all power, or go around switching off each light/lamp individually. Work has been sending me here for years and despite many comments to them, there has never been improvements.

Rooms rates are affordable and location is perfect whether you want to do business in DXB or SHJ.

Good hotel, good SPA services. Good food. Considerably good place to stau for short term or long term. Located in the city center, Main bus station is close by.

The rooms are beautiful , spacious and luxury ! Friendly staff as well ! The location is perfect for tourists who can visit Wahda mall which is only 2 min by walking and Medina Zayed bazar !

I didn't like the idea of not be able to call to get my car early in the morning.
