Gorgeous hotel with good service and great shopping center next door

PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL IT IS VERY BAD HOTEL!!

No sign guide you to hotel entrance and by sure you will miss that.

We have arrived after midnight and I have small kid 4 years with me.

I went down 3 times back to reception since the key was not working and reception even doesn t bother himself to send anybody with me to check!!!

Unfortunately I took smoking room but believe me nobody can stay in that room since the smoking smell was terrible and you cannot sleep.

Hygiene is not considered in this room.

Valet parking is taking very long time even no rush at all at the time we check out.

I felt that nobody is interested of your comfort at that place and when I asked somebody to make complain he informed me that he is the manager and nothing happened!!

Great hotel in Abi Dhabi. Located centrally. The rooms are very large (box spring beds). The bathroom was huge (bath and large shower). Breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.

A huge hotel but unfortunately I was really confused how the resturant staff will refuse to give you your morning coffee as take away and you have to go to work without it, and if you are explaining that you are late to your work and you should take your coffee at car, they will not understand you, honestly it never happened for me previously.
I also asked for a manager, they said he will definitely contact you and he never did till now

It's a very nice place. 5-star service and beautiful views. The only issue with this hotel is its location. The presence of the mall makes it very difficult to drive into the area, especially during the rush hours

City center hotel above Al Wahda Mall, Muroor Road and Airport, Abu Dhabi

Location right in the center, right next to / in the mall. Breakfast good and rich, fantastic rooftop pool, good gym and different equipment. Very spacious rooms and bathroom.

Favorite place during stay at Abu Dhabi. Delicious food. Affordable rate. Attach to Al Wahda Mall. Nearby bus station, just a little walk.

I have been denied a deposit from the debit card that was booked and paid through the reservation site, although the mini bar is empty knowing that I use it inside and outside the country

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city and walking distance to corniche, very friendly and caring staff and awesome Marrakesh restaurant & Bar.

I must commend the staff for how helpful they where. Nothing was an issue and all their worked performed with a smile on their face. The rooms are lovely and tidy, however the food really does let this place down. If they improve the food it s 5 stars

A very comfortable hotel with all amenities you would expect and friendly and helpful staff. Food and drink on the pricey side

Great atmosphere, great band. The food was not that good. Barbecue was cold. Veal lacks taste. No grilled fish available. Desserts needed a upgrade. More choices needed for beer with the brunch package. Plus, a few flies was buzzing around the open cheese station. Still, the band was excellent.

You need a clear addition to the name of the hotel.

Supposed to be ranked among the top 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi. But experience shows as contrary.

To start with, the time spent at checking- in is beyond any imagination. Attitude of front-office staff is also not to the best of expectations.

Ironing table - which is a standard in all rooms, was missing during a recent stay.
Delay in delivery of laundry ( need to remind them a couple of times)

The AC is the worst- design . The switching on/off of the fan gets highly noticeable and gets to quite high levels as well, enough to disturb your sleep

I love shopping in al whada mall is one of the best mall one should visit

We landed in Abu Dhabi very early in the morning and we were able to move into our room at about 7.30 am Deluxe rooms with sea view booked and on the Millennium Club floor a great room. Very nice courteous staff at the front desk, in the restaurant and also service and lifeguard at the pool very friendly and helpful. Little downside: the concierges could also a little friendlier look, but our questions and requests were completely fulfilled. Breakfast buffet very rich and varied and was constantly refilled. The location in the center is ideal for excursions in Abu Dhabi, and the hotel's shuttle brings guests to selected destinations for free. Unfortunately the pickup at Heritage Village did not work out. Nevertheless, full marks. Anytime again and full our unreserved recommendation for this house.

1) noisy rooms because of the chiller plant.even when windows closed
2)poor internet connection '3 mbs come on!'
3)no parking and slow valet service

Rooms are unclean. Food is terrible and the Wi-fi is poor. Better places to stay in Abu Dhabi

A hotel in an urban forest, the convenience is not a problem, the facilities are somewhat old.

I stayed in the hotel on 15th September, 2018. Very clean room & hotel in good location next to Al wahda mall, Tarik in Front office from Morocco is so helpful and upselling, the Valet parking needs improvement as it takes longer than necessary to get my car, I even volunteered to take d car from the basement parking by myself if there's not enough valet staff, the valet team just kept me waiting. ...finally I had to use the Taxi - see attached bill. Upon coming back to the hotel the front office incharge apologised - Opeyemi Michael

The receptionists were saying one thing and find something else completely, did not care to solve any problem, the security lock in the room is broken and the smell is not good

Terrible experience, the beds were uncomfortable and the tv was not working.
