A beautiful and very elegant hotel .. and its beauty in the presence of the complex of unity in Geneva

Excellent hotel and services. Was even better a year ago. Their standard of breakfast buffet is getting below par. The kind and quality of services offered in the rooms has also declined. 2 visits in a year is not much but at least the second visit was looked forward to the whole time. Not looking forward to the next one. Coat cutting in businesses is understandable but it's GRAND MILLENNIUM ABU DHABI!

The worst house keeping....not worth five stars more like three stars hotel..complained to the duty Manager and could not get better service only long hours of waiting..I just hated the experience

Very bad hotel. I will never recommend. Yesterday we was make party there and we eat like 100 persons. More than 50 person get poisen in food.

I stayed here for fifteen days. It's a five star hotel situated in centre of Abu Dhabi. Rooms are better with excellent interiors. You can enter directly to Al wahda mall from hotel third floor which is a huge attraction of this hotel. Apartments are also available. Good choice for food. Cooperative staff. Taxi available round the clock.

The advantage to set here is the direct access to Alwahda mall.

Biggest shopping mall in the world, nor does it need comment, a luxury.

The hotel is superb and sophisticated and is located next to Al Wahda Mall. Its prices are very reasonable and its services are excellent

There is a great authentic Korean restaurant here. A must visit with family to enjoy entertainment show with food in evening

It is a beautiful hotel but I need to develop and renovate. I am in every visit to discover that the hotel is in the downpour. I would like the hotel management to look into the subject because this hotel is one of the most hotels in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Excellent hotel I give 5 star because I think the hotel will take care of points I may mention hotel price needs to be more cheaper also I would like to stay in the hotel more but prices for 1 month is high I stayed in appartment side it was expensive I wish hotel take care of this

I stayed there just only one night to spend time with my boyfriend. Everything went well until in the night time we came back from outside. We were entering to the hotel and stopped by the security. He asked my boyfriend directly to do the visitor card for me. I felt so bad. It's just so rude!

I was there for iftar and liked the food selection and the staff were very pleasant and friendly..

We were from 13.02. until 27.02.2018 in this hotel. We made a conscious decision in advance at home, a little unsettled by some reviews. We haven't regretted this decision from the very first minute. From this city hotel, we had a club room on the 29th floor, we designed our vacation on our own, we deliberately didn't want a beach vacation. But honestly folks, we didn't lack anything in this hotel. Starting with the check-in over the room service, the room itself with a large bathroom, to the dining room with the many busy bees that serve and clear away that nothing is left on the table. We "blocked" our room on the first day that happens when you play with the technology or the room card, we were surprised that nothing was done, but we received a note saying that it would be accepted if we did not want to be disturbed. This hotel is just mega, of course we also have a receptionist in our hearts, in this way again best regards to Asif Ali in public.

Grand Millennium hotel is nice tower building and hotel. I stayed there in 24th floor. OUTSIDE view is amazing... Service is good. BREAKFast is awesome. ABU dhabi top most hotel is grand millennium hotel. ITS high rise and iconic building in Abu dhabi.

We went here for a swim, the pool is quite small but it was nice. They have a steam and sauna room. I have to mention the foods are really affordable. It's nice to have an afternoon beer in the pool area during winter season.

I hope its best... always gibe us best service... Wow this place is gorgeous. Clean and amazing. People were amazing. But the view was the best part of it all. Very (and I mean VERY) expensive. I splurged, but it's a very very seldom splurge, because I can't afford this. Community standard are well...

The interior of the hotel room was nice and it was convenient as it was close to the main bus stop in Abu Dhabi. However, I was disappointed that the service of the staff did not reach the level of the hotel room.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, so go eat breakfast as early as possible. I went to the end of the year and had to line up every time I went for breakfast, but the waiting time was long and I saw several guests protesting. I thought the guest management was generally insufficient.

The shopping mall was conveniently connected directly from the 3rd floor of the hotel.

they lied to me as they gave me smooking room instead of nonsmoking

From the looks of the hotel you d think everything is good to go, but not so fast. While traveling with a group everyone understood that we d have a room mate but this place took it to another level. The beds way to close to each other for comfort, please see attached picture of a double room! On top of that the rooms were completely undersized for two. On the plus side, if you had single room you d be okay. The hotel had all the amenities you d like and want but going back to the room was just depressing!

Clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.. Unfortunately they took long time while check in for other customer before me.. I had to wait for a long time as only there was 3 staff for check in and out... Second, the elevator takes very long time. Housekeeping staff were good.. But when i cleaned the boiler and dried it, there was little dirt.

If you ever want a depressing night out with mediocre food then try the Italian and Moroccan restaurants at the Millennium Corniche Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The Italian is so dated design wise and gloomy by night with the food display very average for a 5 star hotel.

The Moroccan is just a mess of tables and chairs or pressed up close to each other. Typical of managers and owners who are only interested in getting as many people inside as possible with barely enough room to get up to visit the restrooms. The noise from the filled restaurant together with the music is unbearable. In addition to the room filled with cigarette smoke and I thought it was illegal to allow smokers in a dining room. The law allows for smokers in a bar/pub but even though this restaurant has a bar it is clearly a fully fledged restaurant so I pity the staff who have to breath all this second hand smoke day in day out.

Well this is one hotel my friends and I won't be visiting again. It is so average and out of keeping with modern dining experiences.

Very nice hotel in the center of the city and next to one of the best malls in the city. It has good restaurants and pool on the roof

I have been booked this hotel for 15 days from 22 nd August. Room location is OK. But the service especially related to food very poor. Since I have quarantine they are delivering food directly to the room. No one here cares timely deliver. Lunch delivering 1530 hrs. Dinner served yesterday and today at 1045 pm. When you phone the concerned they dont care at all. Even though I am complaining no improvement shown so far.

Very nice hotel with a lot of comfort. Many German guests. For the however no information in German are present. Not every guest can speak English. Nice TV, but of about 100 send only the DW in German available. Little things, but you should change.

City hotel, location okay

I'm giving this hotel 5 Stars because, the rooms were humongous and had many floors and scenery.

Food: long meal times, good food and always enough available.
With half board, unfortunately only water is included with dinner. No other soft drinks

Breakfast: every morning there was a huge line in front of the dining room. Waiting time 15-20min. He was just too small.

Rooms: were okay. But that's what I call cleanliness. The curtains were dirty.
And once the duvet.
Towels were not sufficiently available. The cleanliness could have been better.
And there are partly smoking rooms. And smoke was often drawn into our room. But that was uncomfortable.

The hotel has its own beach, but you have to pay for it. Shuttle is probably available free of charge.

The staff is very friendly and helpful .

Location: is right next to a bus station, highly recommended for trips to Dubai.
You have to take a taxi to the beach, but it is affordable.

Needs renovation and valet service needs huge improvement.

We were there once and never again. Totally smoke-filled room. Syrians were just there.

This is in Hazza Bin Zayed street which is heart of the city. Room is specious and well decorated. Roof top swimming pool is very nice. City view from roof top is very beautiful. There is spa and gym also available. Restaurant is not very fine and price comparison is very high. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Room rent is reasonable.
