Good location, nice hotel, nice people.

Good location, nice hotel, nice people.
But on the 3rd day, there was no cold water to shower. Only hot water available.
Was told the water pressure was low, asked for a pail but never got one.
Had to fill up the bath tub with hot water, leave for 2 hours to cool, then use the hotel glass to bath.
What a way to take bath in a 5-star hotel!

One of the best hotels in Kuching. Spacious. Located in the middle of Golden Triangle of the city. Conveniently access to the surrounding attractions such as shopping malls, must visit tourists spot Kuching Waterfront, S-Bridge, very old 100yrs++ temple nearby and many souvenir shops within walking distance from hotel. A famous Seafood Foodcourt Centre called TopSpot is just within 2 mins walking distance from hotel.

Good location and convenient to walk to various parts of old town / carpenter street / riverside / coffeeshop and bars. Attached to the Mall building but hardly any shops open in the mall. Rooms and bathrooms are large and roomy. Service is decent and attentive but physical hardwares of the room and hotel needs to be much better. Indicated for high floor during booking but still ended up on the 5th floor (lowest).

Arrived on a Friday evening and the entire lobby / public area smelt mouldy and musky and ventilation was poor overall. Improved slightly the next day when the aircon was running.

In the room, wardrobes and cabinets are creaky and doors slam with no soft closing so every door closing felt like a fight going off. Hanging rods in wardrobe was sagging and even basic things like hangers was haphazard. Mini fridge in room was not working and we could not find the switch to turn on.

Only 1 bedside lamp on one side for a double room with king bed and only electrical sockets on one side. Ceiling light over the bed was too glaring so we ended up not using these. No lights over the shower area, and after a day, the next light above the WC also failed. Lighting in general is very underwhelming. Bed cleanliness seemed ok but the clean glasses with the complimentary water was foggy and full of prints. We have stayed in 3 star hotels that are much better equipped.

The only thing we ate from the hotel was a curry puff from the lobby cafe for an afternoon snack and it was undercooked.

the buffet had a good spread, rooms where clean, staff were friendly. The front desk allowed me for a late checkout as i had a lunch meeting hence very customer oriented. The mall was empty as not many shops were open. Le Club membership does have its benefits and the staff was friendly to apply discounts as in house guest or member.

Smooth checked in and checked out . Staffs are polite and professional .

Some little glitches , housekeeping was overlooked to replace teabags and bath robes but those glitches didnt affect the room cleanliness .

Overall very good, except for hazardous sharp edgings in the bathroom tub and furniture. Whenever you design and construct human dwellings safety assessment are necessary. I hurt my feet sitting on the desk and accidentally coming into contact with the edgings below the table.

1. Generally, the human touch is missing. I do recognise the lady in the checkout for her detailedness and a young chap who was working as the concierge for reading the room and approaching me for the bag.
2. Went for the HRDF conference - your LCD projector is not working and please replace.
3. Food - not bad for food options in breakfast but your lunch is underrepresented.

Hope the balanced feedback would help the management to think where is the hot spots.

Phenomenon hotel located in the place that is centralize and as well a lot of good food surrounding the area. 5 Mins walk to most of the historical and good food in downtown , Rooms are huge and comfortable with good service given by the staff of the hotel. Will always come back to this hotel whenever i come to kuching for quick getaway and holiday !

Excellent service. All staff at Pullman greets guest with smiles and friendly gesture. Guest feels comfortable at Pullman. Still as always, need improvement on room cleanliness. Bathroom needs proper cleaning.

Very nice hotel and rooms. Only qualm was breakfast opens at 6 and there are absolutely no staff around. All stations were empty but cooked food were available. Was craving for Laksa and omelette, but no one at the stations.
