Nice hotel. Had some issues with toilet fuctionality and room service. Reported and sorted. Not too many vegetarian dishes in room service as in most hotels.

Comfortable hotel. Food is overpriced but you would expect that and there are lots of good restaurants in Kuching. Cafe Chat staff could do with lessons on how to make coffee from Bing coffee shop in the mall downstairs.

Good location, cleanliness, specious rooms. Room service and housekeeping should improve. Flies should be controlled in restaurant.

I had a great time at your hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and it had everything that I'd wanted, such as iron, ironing board, hair dryer etc. Loved it!

Chill, laid back, and easy of accessibility in the city. Business oriented hotel. Customer service was okay, there is a need of improvement.

A great hotel stay in a comfortable setting . Friendly staff and spacious rooms.

Attending seminar at one of the function rooms at the hotel. The hotel provide a complimentary cordial drink for guests at the lobby. The light refreshments prepared by the hotel are pastry and cakes which is tasty.

I last stayed in this hotel few years back. It remained clean and a nice place to stay. I enjoyed staying here.

Good business hotel, also suitable for vacation at a very fair price. Quiet and good location with shopping mall below. Only disadvantage that you have to walk a few minutes uphill from the river and downtown Kuching. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nicely located in the center of Kuching City. Room is cozy and nice but the chair was broken and i could find a few strains of hair on the bathroom floor. Overall, it was good and the chair was replaced after a phone call to the reception.

Where to start? First off I think the most important point is that whilst this is a nice hotel it loses a lot in the details. It is not seemingly a five star hotel, more like a four star.

Our first room, yes first room, already as soon as you have to move room because of issues in that room you know things aren't as they should be, so, our first room had a very loud noise that started very early in the morning and possibly could have been noise from the elevator mechanism despite us being the 2nd room from the shaft. The hotel denied all knowledge of the noise and sent someone up to investigate, naturally when they came it stopped and after they left it started again...

Just as a note the Wi-Fi in that room (1818) was unusable.

So we moved room. It was kind of nice that they seemingly upgraded us as we had a bigger triple room now. In actuality it made no difference as the room size we originally had was perfect.

Happy to say the Wi-Fi was better now in the new room (1726) and there was no noise. We were very comfortable from here on in.

Breakfast was great. Lots of selection and good quality food. The staff in the restaurant deserve special mention as they provided great service.

The swimming pool left us wanting. Wanting mattresses on the plastic furniture for a start! It's all plastic rattan and none of it had mattresses on it. They have mattresses but they don't just put them on the beds for the guests. Why they would do this is a mystery to me. We know they had mattresses as I asked for them on day one and we got them but after that time there was no staff around the pool constantly, they'd just leave a few towels for you to help yourself to. I even tracked down a couple of staff but they couldn't find the pool guy either, so no mattresses. The next day I even wrote on the sign in sheet "Why are there no mattresses on the plastic furniture? " and even when the pool guy came back he could see we had no mattresses but still made no attempt to provide us with some.

The pool was nice. Big, good for swimming properly and it had a small kids pool.

Location of the hotel is fine, easy walking distance to anything you might want to get to in Kuching.

Oh our fridge didn't work but I didn't feel like complaining again so we just went without one.

The hotel is quite dirty in many places, in the room and in communal areas.

All in all a nice stay but I think we were expecting more.

poor maintenance and service, poor cleaning too....Newly checked in then noted a bloodclot drop in the bathtub...It not only disgusting but also high possibility of contain all kind of blood borne disease like HIV, hepatitis etc...And poor water pressure, complaint to Pullman staff also no action taken.. Beside, swimming pool are dirty!! My worst hotel experience of the year.... Comparable or may be worst then budget hotel

The stay of the year and the future best hotel in city's vacinity

Rooms good size but awfully dusty. Stayed in other hotels near by and they had metal kettle for boiling water. This hotel you pay more but no detail is put into your stay. No slippers provided is not an issue because I brought my own. But if the floor has no carpet you would expect slippers. The room is super dusty. Got house keeping to vacuum again but the photos show not much was done at all. Cheap interior finishings used. Only plus is bed is comfortable. Good views. Just tried the breakfast. There was a worm in the porridge. I guess it's probably organic rice. Please look after finer details in this hotel. At the most this hotel is a 2.5 to 3 star.

The hotel is very far from the standard of other objects of this brand. The poor quality equipment is particularly striking. Service however fantastic!

Everything OK except the room bathroom shower spoilt on room 908 and outside looks OK but inside not so well maintain. Kinda disappointed.

This rating was for the early 2010s but now most shoppers there are now closed leaving a few open.

Bed is comfortable. Other than that, everything else is around 3 star standard. One of the reception always pull a long face. There are better choices

made my booking in agoda, arrived a day earlier, stayed for a night under my company's corporate rate and countinued with the agoda booking, question is i find that the room is much smaller than what i normally would get under agoda

Nice ambient to have our dinner there. Ramadan buffet dinner was good and worth the value paid.

Level 1 Giza have no aircon. Very warm for participants in papers presentation. The air con at level 1 colosseum 1 hall was not cold enough during the opening ceremony. Please improve. Tq

I have stayed in other Pullman hotels in other parts of the world, always wonderful. Everything was seamless in Kuching - service check-in, rooms (large, comfortable, spotless), multiple re-bookings to extend my stay, fast check-out. Excellent location, spacious lobby, modern decor. Wow, definitely staying here again next time! I was not a Le Club Accorhotels member but I signed up on the spot because of this experience.

Great view and great location, the waterfront is 2 minutes walk away. Iron, sports mat, weights and daily two bottles of water are included. The WLAN is free, stable and very fast. The rooms are overall very spacious, everything has its place and there is enough storage space. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, toiletries were reduced to the bare minimum, eg there was no razor.

The housekeeping did not change the bedsheet on daily basis. I have stayed here from the 7-10.12.2018. The bedsheet was the same since then. The room was not sweep. The staffs not friendly surprising this happens in the land of Sarawak where known for their warm welcoming people

Stayed twice. 1 night once, 2 nights once.
I don't see any priority for le club accor members. Not allowed to park in reserved parking at the entrance although is a guest. Lunch buffet was terrible although the breakfast was good. Could not connect to wifi at all. Twice check in, both time wifi just didn't work at all. Staff were not so friendly. Priority lane at the reception dont seem to have anyone there. Only for the 2nd time check in. Seems like staff don't really have the knowledge about le club accor membership. During check out, told receptionist we're checking out gave my member card and room key. She took it and asked if we have any booking on that day i was confused, told her no bt we're checking out, then only she said oh you're checking out? I said yes, i just gave you the key. Hmmm

I was on my business trip to Kuching in which I spent most of my time visiting customers and dealers. I arrived at the Hotel quite late and what impressed me the most was the treat at the front counter - a marvelous smiling face and cheerful greeting. The registration was fast, accurate and friendly. It was glad to see such a facility so clean, neat and tidy. I had a quite sleep before the morning sun woke me up at 6am. The nice breakfast geared me up for another challenging day. I looked back and whispered to myself, what a wonderful stay!
