I had a pleasant stay at Pullman, Kuching. The staff were courteous, the room was splendid and the whole experience was awesome.

After having a chance to visit Pullman again after a few years, it's definitely a memorable trip, though it was a short trip.

However, becareful with the taxi's outside the hotel - INSIST they use the meter, else use UBER or GRAB.

Pullman Kuching is one of the latest hotel in Kuching city.The exterior and interior is beautiful.
However service standards could be improved.I was really disappointed not to have an accessible room.One of the reasons we specify an accessible room was due to the heavy doors and we stated that in our request when we booked.However there was no accessible room available when we checked in.I feel that request for accessible rooms should be treated with a priority.Nobody request for an accessible room unless there is a real need.
Location is superb just within walking distance from the Kuching waterfront.There is a tiny shopping mall at the basement of the property.
Pool is clean and well maintained.
However the doughnut I bought the night before was half baked.
Would stay there again.But please remember my requests.

Faulty shower water leaking problem not fixed. Paid close to 90 USD for a room and facilities that are quite not worth the price.

Location is good. It is not far from China town. Easy for dinning. Room is big and clean. Bed is comfortable. Air-cond temp can be set but cannot get the desired temp. It was set to 25 degrees C before sleep but it was 20 degrees C when woke up. Breakfast is not impressed. A bit disappointed for room service, must call at least twice till getting requested stuff. Staff are friendly.

overall ok, would be better if break first with more kind of foot and better quality.

It took me 5 hours from 2 pm to get room since some customer check out late. It said 5 star hotel but very disappointed

I love its rooms with laminated wooden floor. Beats the carpet anytime!

Magnificence. Hotel was nice, room was okay. Lobby was beautiful and nicely decor.

Clean and close to waterfront. Lift in the hotel need better way to function with the access card. Hot water available but the shower needs continuous adjustment to avoid getting scalded. Others all good.

Great 4* hotel as advertised but spotty standards of catering.I have eaten Michelin star standard Chinese food to be disappointed by cafeteria standard food for dinners held there in the event halls.

I will just comment on the restaurant, which is really teruk/bad. The kitchen crew, service and management team seriously need to retrain. Just attended a cousin's wedding dinner at here and it was surprised that a five star hotel's restaurant struggled so much. Keep it up!

Overall my stay in Pullman hotel was pleasant. i enjoyed the room and also the breakfast. All your staffs are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back in the future.

If only they cleaned up all the cigarette butts left behind near the pool area...overall decent hotel but will get higher rating if they cleaned their pool area better

The staff were nice, but this hotel is clearly aging and nothing is being done to update it. I had to have at least 2-3 more options when choosing on the room service menu because every single day my first choice would not be available. In addition the food was sub par and unenjoyable. It was not worth the money.

When I first walked into my room it stunk of cigarettes even though I asked for a non smoking room and floor. I had to purchase an air freshener to put in my room because it smelt so bad. It got into all my clothes and I had to wash my clothes as well. The central vents where the AC was blowing out of also stunk of cigarettes and I awoke in the night to the overwhelming smell of cigarettes.

Every day when the room was cleaned, they did not replace all of my towels or bath robe. By the end of my stay I was only down to one body towel and one face towel. They had taken both bath robes and did not return any to the room. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the poor quality of this hotel. This Pullman does not accurately portray or live up to the standards of Pullman hotels I'm used to staying in throughout Asia.

Nice and large room. Staffs are friendly. The food at Chinese Restaurant is good too. Housekeeping & breakfast could be improved.

We are there for the lobster dinner buffet but found the food variety and quality is poor. Given the price of the buffet dinner, we do not recemmend going for it.

Outstanding. Stayed 3 nights on a special deal. Good friendly service, great views from upper floors, very quiet. The 24hr Warong Narantra resturant across the road was good

The best hotel in Kuching. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom also quite large and modern. Very good and satisfying breakfast spread. Great experience.

The room we had was really spacious, comfortable and made me wish I could stay a few more nights instead of only one. The biggest plus point for me was the huge bathroom. After a long walk outside in the evening, coming back to soak in the tub was a bliss. Not forgetting the rain shower which had a massage feature (I think).

The front desk and concierge were extremely courteous and friendly. The breakfast spread had a variety of selections though I did not eat much.

Over all, it was a marvelous 2nd stay in this hotel and I would definitely come back for my future travels.

We requested for early check in before our trip. It was acknowledged by the hotel. Upon arrival, room was not ready and had to wait for 2 hours at the lobby. Bathroom condition as attached. Please improve on the cleanliness. Thank you.

The reception personnel were very helpful in advise on what to do in the city.
Breakfast were good, will fresh fruits and juices, fried eggs, sliced salmons and everything you would want for breakfast.

Stayed 6 days. Not that much verities of foods. Staff was not so friendly. And confusion at several times with regards to meals. Except that overall can give good rating

Supposed to be a good hotel.. but the maintenance was poor.. they offered spacious room but weak on the quality wise.. but what can you expect out of Kuching? Still the best among the rest I guess..

The hotel is great, but the employees are really annoying and untrained with good personality and manner. Apologizing at zero level.
