One of the nicest hotels in Kuching.However housekeeping can be improved.Our room floor wasnt cleaned,no refill of tea/coffee/water.Aircond some times is not cold.

Staff are very friendly & helpful. Totally 5- star experience..

At 4 pm ...we can not check-in, the room was not ready. What even worse is that my friend could check-in and went up to the room but there were belongings of someone else inside the room...which mean that he/she might haven't check out yet. Luckily he/she was not in the room....

It's not well maintained, but quiet enough, not bad!

A bit too expensive but to entertain clients yes its a good place

The service staff and managers are very friendly!

For strict vegiterians it is difficult to find pure vegiterian food.

Hotel rooms and function halls are spacious and that is the USP. Other than that, quality of service and food quality need to be further improved.

Spectacular view from the room on top floor. Great birding in various parks within half an hour drive. Excellent conference venue but the drinks are too expensive and the buffet was mediocre.

Pullman Kuching will always be my choice whenever I'm in Sarawak. The comfort of the room & shower is unbeatable. Laksa Sawarak for breakfast is a must and I only have my Laksa Sarawak in Pullman Kuching. The taste is so good. Believe me!

Despite it is a very highly rated hotel, I find it a little run down. The shower in particular, the temperature can only be set between hot or cold. There s no way to adjust medium hot for instance. Once the hot water kicks in, it is all hot. Aside from room condition, the breakfast is good. Choices covers from Asian to western type of food. The executive lounge s pre cocktail dinner could have more choice of snacks and cocktail.

The swimming pool is on the second floor and is very convenient.

We experienced a few issues when during our six night stay. Breakfast service was a bit of a shambles, lots of empty trays, poor wifi and dirty bathrooms. We brought these to the attention of management who did what they could, changed our rooms, etc. etc. So ultimately, our concerns were resolved to our satisfaction. These things happen I suppose, but one would hope, not too often in a 5* hotel

Very good service. From reception to the end. Keep it up. The most important, food. Thank to the chef. Hopefully more menu being serve. Lovely.

The room is quite huge so that's a plus point. All amenities complete but the hotel looked a bit worn. It's about 10 minutes from the airport so it's really convenient.

Bad hotel, does not provide free parking for guests.
There's so many parking spaces available; but closed/blocked with the reason: reserved that apparently meant to be paid. Even though the conditions are late at night..!!!
We (me and 2 other friends) hotel guests who had paid 4 rooms for 3 nights: were treated like guests who stayed for free here!!!

Dirty dishes at breakfast buffet. Many flies in the dining area.

Ligthing issue..dark and very like scary to walk around..Pullman suppose to be like "WOW" but nehhh not for me for this Hotel..sory, this was honest review

Not worth it for the charges paid. Room seems to be old even though the building looks new. Rooms comes with an unpleasant smell and the rooms are dusty.
Think twice before checking in at Pullman.

nice and comfortable hotel. nice environment too. but at some rooms, the water in bathroom was too hot. you can't adjust the temperature.
also, you can't adjust temperature of the air conditioner.

Could smell cigarette in the room, although stated it was a non-smoking room. Shower head was faulty. Hopefully my next business trip will be better.

Best hotel in Kuching. I've stayed at most of the hotels but none come close to the Pullman. Top breakfast. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern with a great view. Bathroom is extra large. Staff are great. Save your money and don't try any other hotel.

I used to stay in this hotel since it was launched.I must say my last two visits 3yrs back n now, this year is a total disappointment. The management shud do something abt the maintainence. Toilet is so filthy,filled with hair, toilet counter top is unscrub, kettle is not working, pillow is filthy...lamp shade is so dirty etc...
Definitely not staying here again. Its artificially nice fm outside but poorly maintained inside.

The five-star hotel, conference room is as cold as the cold palace, the audio equipment is too bad, and the sound insulation system is speechless. . .

The room is big and clean. Breakfast has lot of variety. The price is cheap for a 5 stars hotel.

This is a huge hotel suitable for meetings and conference. Guest rooms are not very well maintained. Toilet doors, sink, bowl are all aging and not well maintained. Toilet flush and bidet spoiled. The beautiful swimming pool bar has leaking roof that was left unfixed.

I don't really recommend this hotel. Our room didn't been clean up properly. Still found the trace of hair in the bathroom. They didn't really maintained the hotel. We found old stain at the bath tub. Molds still there. Quite gross. We made a complain at the check out counter but been informed that only complain made via form in the room will be entertained.

Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Had a great massage for 2 hours in the evening, which was very rushing and very reasonably priced. The pool was closed, but there was an option to go to the Hilton down the street and use theirs.

Had wedding reception dinner here this evening. Food was terrible, I give it one star.

Staff are kind, informative and polite. The Hotel is located at the top of the highest Hill in Kuching and overlooking the whole of Kuching City.

Very bad. Check in at 5pm but until now 7pm still don't get the room. Reason not enough housekeeping staff to get it done.

I would say buffet was not bad as well. Surrounding is not commercial, so I would recommend if u r planning for a retreat. The corridor has a undesirable smell, perhaps it due for an upgrade. They provide free shuttle to the spring mall. Spacious room which comes with bath tub and a shower.

horrible dining experience, the utensils are not washed properly, there are still pieces of food stick to it. gross

The hotel is in the heart of Kuching. Rooms were really spacious. Clean and tidy. The breakfast was really delicious with local and Western items. The staffs were friendly. There are many restaurant in the same building.

Go for the je course ... don't stay in the hotel ... great food, good service

Have stayed there,it was a very nice hotel,clean rooms,though a bit small,for a 5 star hotel..The bed were of high quality and the place quiet.. The counter staffs were courteous and helpful,would definately stay there again during my next trip.

One of the best hotels you can get in Kuching albeit slightly on the pricey side

Bell boy is less adab ... I put stuff in the car e hailing to ask first to the owner of the car .. Ni ko continue to open play in my purse bag ... I'm not my dad who bought keta kite org bro! I can get tips but we can scratch the car ... Comfirm will not have to change.

Spacious hotel and convenient location at top of a hill. Good spread of breakfast buffet. But signs of aging were appearing. Although the lifts had a card reader, the reader did not work and you no longer needed a card to get to the upper floors. The pool bar seemed permanently closed, the pool water appeared greenish and a couple of underwater lights were not working. The temperature setting for bathroom shower was wonky as it got scalding hot easily. Walls were thin. Time for rejuvenation perhaps.

Great hotel, huge room, great view of the city, location is good. Only complaint is parking should be free.

Good environment & very comfortable. Receptionist quite slow but very friendly & helpful.

Overall, great service and a good team of staff that respect's a man's privacy.

As the title would suggest. Our stay was ok, but not exceptional, and in no way special. Staff were good; facilities acceptable; F and B disappointing. Hardly 5-star hotel, but nothing awful.

For a hotel this grand looking, disappointed to see the buffet lunch they serve are normal Malay and Chinese food.
