Staying for few days in pullman.overall satisfied with the service only i dont like during check in one of the chinise girl at the counter seem like useless not helping others.while others are busy check in she only standing there and playing phone not even helping.she might be manager or duty manager but dont show that attitude towards other guest.will come back again for sure.

The buffet food for breakfast is great with local food also being served. The room is big and great with sofa, office table and seperate clothing room. The bathroom is also very large with bathtub. The aircond in the room was turned on before arrival with extra room card of power supply inserted prior ro arrival. However the hot water pipe system need to be further improved.

Hotel does not have the normal Pullman characteristics in other cities or countries. I booked a smoking room via agoda but was informed when I check in that the hotel has been changed to non smoking 6 months ago. Main lobby restaurant buffet has flies. Hotel staff appears flustered at check in. We changed the rooms 3 times in 4 days. First room had very bad wifi. Second room ac temperature is either too hot or too cold. We requested for some special arrangements for room as it's our parents anniversary. Staff had to be reminded a few times. We requested for porter to pick up our luggage prior to check out but no one came. We reminded front office and the duty manager came herself to assist. I'm not sure if they are lack of staff or if the staff are doing cross training. However the same staff are multi tasking. No wonder they appear flustered!

For a 5* hotel, need to give free parking fee for your in-house guest that ride on private car. We paid 6RM per nights. We stayed 30dec-2jan
Please improve your housekeeping services too. Room was dirty under the working table and ants on the table. No new toiletries set for us on the 2nd nights, no refil for empty bath gel and ripe shower cap and used sanitary bag too. Even for the toilet paper (1 roll for 3nights its a shame) and tissue box. Face towel and doormat only given once. They just take it when they clean up our room and didnt replace it. We were out all day and back at 9pm. We were too tired for made any complain and we did hope it changed on the other nights.apparently it did not happen.
However, breakfast menu are good. And the services in the restaurant are good too and waiters are very helpfull.

One of the best hotels in Kuching. The location is close to the river but on a hill. If walking can be a little tiring but good for sports.

This hotel connects with The Hills mall. There aren't many good shops in the mall. It's better to visit another mall for shopping.

The lobby is huge and there is a fountain full of fish. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. My wallet had missed out on the front desk check-in and the staff immediately contacted me and delivered his wallet to my room.

The room is good. The bed is nice. Because a lot of furniture, the room looks narrow. Provided yoga mat and scales, something unique.

The breakfast is pretty good. Not too many choices but it's quite satisfying. There is an egg station and noodle station located outside. When cooking omelette it becomes fast. However, when asking for poach eggs you need to wait about 15 minutes; maybe because it's busy in the kitchen.

This hotel is highly recommended.

Great location and excellent room. The pass cards are still as erratic as my previous stays and needs to be sorted. The Club Lounge is excellent with a great range of snacks - nice that many change on a daily basis. The staff there are brilliant as well - good at remembering what you prefer. Special mention goes to Haffilda who took care of us especially well - a great asset to your staff for sure. The service lift ( Bomba ) has real problems with the access cards. Views and location is perfect - lovely sunsets over the mountains. Excellent stay again

One of the best 5star hotel in Sarawak esp kuching area..located near waterfront area where many shops,mall,restaurant,utc,college,banks and food stall located.,in the middle of kuching town.. strategic location for tourist.. inside hotel itself u can find Sushi King,malay restaurant,kareoke, and Mr Diy (all in one shop)..infront of the hotel got Warong Nusantara and Club..Riverside also only few meter walking distance where lotus cinema is there..

Convenient booking with Agoda and situated not too far from airport. Calm environment in the lobby. I booked superior room, a room with nice view. The room and toilet was tidy and clean except the channel provided was a bit less that's why missing 1 star.

The service and cleanliness of tis hotel have gone so bad. I visited tis hotel 8 years ago when it was first opened n i enjoyed my stay then. I came to visit again with my family but it is so disappointing. I arrived today at 430pm and was told my rooms were not ready when check in time was 3pm. I then went to coffee house and waited one hour to get some service n food when there were only two tables occupied at 5pm. It turned out that the roti canai served was actually frozen roti canai, pribably heated up with microwave n charged rm20 for it. The toilet in the room was so dirty.... if u stand in d shower, u can see a totally disgusting black rim around the toilet bowl. Tis is the first time i have seen such a disgusting sight in a 5star hotel. The ironing board was so black+soiled + dirty n there was dust in the closet. The corridors are dusty too. What happened to the management of tis hotel, i wonder? I would give zero star to tis 5 star hotel.

We booked a suite. We charged the cellphone on a USB bus next to the TV. The cellphone was damaged and no longer functional. Still waiting for a solution from the hotel. Bad bad bad.

Today we had a Borneo massage in the hotel spa. Really excellent massage, sometimes even better than the top massage of Wat Pho Thailand. Recommended.

Some days passed. Six a.m., we go for gym. The gym is open but is hot like a sauna. No aircon. No staff in the gym. We phone guest services and the promise to send someone. Nobody came. This is a weird hotel.

First experience when the hotel was first opened was very positive, however this time round the rooms and hallway smelled damp and musty. Service is still first rate but some maintenance has to be done...

This hotel is costly, but the quality service is questionable.

1. Parking fee - why still charge parking fees even we have paid so much for the room?
2. Swimming pool - is it so noisy and uncomfortable.
3. The management - if you got any problem, no point telling them, they won't response.
4. Smoke smell - You can even smell it strongly at the lobby area, its connected to a club/room that allow for smoking.
5. Overall experience - you surely won't feel any privilege, comfortable, cosy staying there.

Excellent view from the 13th floor. Good food. Access to an in-house mall. Good ambience. Nice pool and hymn. Marvelous conference facilities. Courteous & Helpful staff. Good food. 5-star. Spacious room, TV, office table.
